We purchased our first property -- a monumental step in ones life -- with the help of conveynancing.com.au. Josephine was very meticulous and patient. She replied to all my queries, even those which bordered on the amateurish, as I was very new to the whole process. Josephine also went out of the way to address a minor payment goof-up of mine and made sure that I got the refund on time. We completed the settlement almost a week in advance -- all due to her promptness. Liam, our solicitor, was professional and thorough, too. Overall very happy with dealings. However, the company structure is very complicated. During the process, the case has passed so many hands. Finally we end up with Erwin, who managed is very well.

No quite happy with my experience with Conveyancing.com.au. Not sure about all the photos posted on this businesss profile. As far as I know from my experience with them, there is no physical office. Its an online business. The paralegal assignmed to my case was working from home with no landline. All the calls were going to softphone (Skypeand there were baby background noise at some occassion. During the time of engagement I recived ZERO phone calls from my paralegal. ALL correspondances were through emails. All of it.My paralegal almost lost couple of days as he missed an email from me.Overall I do not recommend Conveyancing.com.au as I feel I didnt get the value for my money.

We engaged conveyancing.com.au for our first property purchase and had been generally satisfied with their service at a reasonable cost. Their communication has been consistently professional and patient. All the necessary tasks were completed on time without any issues. There were a couple of instances of minor miscommunication (not necessarily their fault), but they had been thoroughly addressed once pointed out.We did, however, get the impression that the paralegals here were somewhat overworked, and as a result it could take some time and an occasional reminder to get their response. I suppose this wouldnt be any issue if the clients case is straight-forward. A client with an unusual settlement situation or someone unfamiliar with the process might benefit from a bit more attention.
