Went to this place this morning. Spent $40 for outside wash, wheel cleaner, and interior clean. Looks like some kids did it. Smears all over the windows, dust on dash and doors, outside doesnt look much better. Completely unhappy with the job. Paid for a service that is halfway done and the people acted like they didnt care.

I went in for a strictly interior cleaning and these guys went ahead and shined my rims and door jams just cause. While I waited the very short wait time I enjoyed a one freaking dollar massage in their awesome massage chairs. Love this place and sending my friends here

Used to paid 60$ for the super clean car wash,That have the hand wash and now going up for 70$ that is fine for me ,But they put my truck to the wash machine to save the time and messed up my off road light system, that the reason why to pay more for hand wash . After that my truck Still not clean at all . Near my house But never come back here no more

Has gone downhill. I paid for the $31 wash which includes cleaning the console. However they didnt do a good job plus they didnt get all the grime off the outside of the car. Disappointing

Run you thru quickly. Cleans pretty ok. The facility looks a little aged, but is clean. Staff treats customers nicely. Will continue to use BriteZone again.Just had my 44 foot motorhome washed at BriteZone. Three people washed it completely in including the roof. They also dried it top to bottom and all the windows. Very happy with the wash.

I use them for auto inspections and the occasional drive through car wash. The personnel are thorough and kind. The drive through car wash uses rotating brushes and long hanging strips to wash the vehicle. They offer hand washing but use an abrasive synthetic fiber mitt that will leave fine scratches in the finish.

These guys are trash and the manager will cuss you out if you ask them to do the services you paid for. I wish I could give them zero stars. Very unprofessional dont waste your money!!!

Nice people but after my car was scratched the 2nd time and they used acetone on my hood without rewashing the hood, I took the car to another car wash and paid for it to be cleaned and waxed.

Just paid $85 to have truck cleaned and upon arriving at my destination 2 miles away I noticed they missed alot not worth the $$

Thought we would check it out since its the only place in town that offers monthly memberships. Spent $20 on a platinum exterior wash that totally missed the roof of my expedition. My wife also said it scratched my hood but since I left the property before finding out..... We will stick with Clean Getaway off broad Street. They get two stars for offering veterans discounts but they are only on interior packages.

Trash. Been taking my vehicles here for years. Every time the quality gets worse. I let it slide previously. Got vehicle back with smeared windows and mirrors, dust on the dash, coffee on the cup holders and floors still dirty. Steering wheel isnt even touched, debris all over the bed... Was told the package i purchased didnt cover it... so basically I paid 60 bucks to drive my truck through a car wash. Offered me a discount on my next wash. BS!!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Great time to get your car cleaned. Didnt have to wait in line and was greeted by a very nice and helpful cashier. Beautiful job on my very dirty car.

Good car wash for the most part, the employees are kind of rude and rush there jobs. I got my oil changed on my vehicle , I’m satisfied with the lube center, I saw 1 of the newer oil techs busting his tail to get my car & 2 other cars finished quickly and efficiently and was very polite to me & other customers including my wife. I watched as the other guys took there sweet time, even walking away from the cars that were unfinished & had the 1 hard worker (the young black guy finish the job which was sad to watch and it seemed to bother me. Don’t know what’s going on with that place but they need to get it together.

I wont be back. I spent 30.00 and then 10.00 for a tip.My wifes Mercedes was not clean and wiped down. The back was smudged with wipe and nothing was polished. So yes she saw that, then she opened up the back and that took her begging me to not go back. Nothing was vacuumed or wiped down. THIS PLACE IS A WASTE OF YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Never seen a sloppy or passive detail as this. I WILL NOT BE BACK.

Pay $30 for a full service carwash..got home the back seat was all dirty..my rear window was dirty as well..had to clean it my self when I got home..bad service will not come there again..waste of time n $..

Place is going down hill no more service inside building . Lobby is lonely and dirty no more drinks for sale . The attitude of the employees is not rude but not professional. The folks doing the vacuum and tire dressing are rushing sorry to say this but the want that tip badly I’m not against that but please do your job right so the customer feels good.Definitely not coming back sorry .

They scratched my driver seat, and I just got my car from the dealer. I’m so disappointed because the lady who did the interior super clean tried to cover the scratch with a trash bag. 😡👎

Don’t waste your money.. Went there yesterday to get a car wash and detail. We drove up to pay and the girl took the money and said the car wash machine was having issues so it’ll be a few mins.. We sat and waited a bit then they said they’re gonna wash the car by hand.. They just ran a hose over the car and barely went over it with the soap and the brushes.. The staff was just lazy and not paying attention.. Had to have them re wash the car and when we got to the detailing they hadn’t even vacuumed the back seat.. had to take it somewhere else to use the free vacuum

A terrible company that gave me terrible service. I paid $25 to have my Audi washed, my car vacuumed, my tires shined and my inside seats wiped down clean inside. They didn’t even wipe down my seats, vacuum my car, my tires were not even cleaned or shined and when I talked to the employee who took my payment about this, his excuse was that we are about to close lol. Don’t waste your time going to these guys.

These guys are amazing! My Jeep is jacked up and very large and doesnt fit through the regular wash so it has to be hand washed and they really do pay attention to detail. I dont know if you own or know about Jeeps but they are some of the hardest vehicles to clean, and they do a wonderful job. I recommend them 100%.

Overpriced. $60 for a drive thru wash, towel dry, vacuum, and a bit of armor all on the dash. The back of the car was still dirty, and there wasnt even an air freshener. It used to be $40 for that with an oil change, and you got an air freshener too. Disappointing.

I decided to pay for the 100 express wash. As I sat there my truck was taken straight through the machine. I did not see them do the clay bar process at all. While it was in the machine I did not see the ceramic light pop up. Which I was told was part of the wash. I thought at first that maybe the light was broken, but it was not. A care came behind and it turned on. The total process took 30min. It was advertised as a 3 hour process. I know doing the clay bar alone would take an hour, because of the size of my truck. The interior was cleaned, but they left a big spot completely dirty. It will not let me attach pictures, but I do have them for proof

They vacuumed up cables within the car, as well as not holding to their discount as displayed. Avoid them at all costs. Their "deep cleaning" detail was surface level at best.

Last went in Apri for car wash & dryl!! The gentleman did a great job.Went in November of 2019 for a complete clean up!! They did a great job with everything! Drove it to the front door, had me inspect everything before I left. Only 1 spot was missed & it was done right away.Weve only had 1 issue years ago & I say theyve stepped up their game!!Hopefully, when I take my daughters car, service will be the same. Ill be back for that review.

First time using the establishment. Had my state inspection done and got a car wash with it. Friendly. Sanitary. Reasonable.Will have to try out the auto detailing.They do not do oil changes on BMW or Mercedes.

It was another great experience. With COVID-19, they have people drive up to a specific lane. Once youve informed the employee of the service you want, you are instructed to stay in your vehicle and drive through the car wash, you drive back and your vehicle is dried and vacuumed. You pay the attendant outside. I love this and hope they continue this way always. It keeps the workers out of the sun and heat (98% today - haha, I just thought of the singing groupand the customers too. The workers seemed less stressed and happier.

I have taken many cars here for many years. I dropped off two cars today for over $300. My second car came back with a scratch in the leather on the consul. Found it before I left the parking lot. The GM tried to tell me it was already there. It is where my elbow sits. No way it was there when I dropped the cat off. Will never go back. Horrible customer service! Check the other reviews!

Britezone has officially lost my business!! We bring our cars in because they are dirty! They want to charge 5 extra on top of the 26 i was willing to pay for the car wash because I had extra dirt on it???? I have been a customer since JJ’s took over and now britezone. Spoke with manager and he said he would chg 10 extra. Whatever! Went down the road to classic express and received an excellent job!!

Well went there to get my car cleaned and was told it would cost me extra to really get it cleaned above the &26.00 wash by 5.00 dollars to make sure all the dirt got off. No joke. Even went inside and ask manager and his reply was “ I would charge $10.00 if was up to me”. Well we left and went up the road on Cooper street and tried out Classic Express and WOW I will definitely be back!!! Great wash Great crew awesome price!!!!! Just saying

Great full service car wash in Mansfield. They do a good job of detailing & have services in a variety of price points. You can get your car washed, oil changed, etc, so its very convenient. They are quick, too! The staff is very friendly, & there are a couple of waiting areas. You can watch TV or work in a quieter area. Snacks are available, too.

Paid $40 for a hand wash which included cleaning of wheels and tires. Was certainly not worth $40. Left the vehicle with them and waited 2.5 hours before I decided to call them only to find it had been ready for quite some time. Wheels were still dirty and overall cleanliness of the car was mediocre at best. Again, certainly not worth $40. Probably wont be back.

I wish I could give a 0. But it wont let me. Paid almost 30$. Outside so so. Inside? As soon as I get home I will have to do it. First a d last time. Dont bother, my experience, my car was worst than when I got there. Furious. If I go to a car wash is because I dont have the time to do it, not paying someone and then this....

Have gone here for years and never been overly impressed but it was decent for the price. Last trip was my last trip. Car interior was not vacuumed. Dash not wiped down. Interior windows not cleaned. This was on a time was slow and they appeared fully staffed. The last several visits have been very disappointing service wise. I doubt I’ll be back.

I paid for the $22 Supreme car wash which would have been a great deal if the car had been taken care of properly. While the car was going through the wash the attendant did not turn off my automatic wipers. The entire time it was receiving the coats and wash the wipers were going. Once I got home and was able to better inspect my car I realized that no one opened my trunk to vacuum it out, at all. The area around my shifter and e-brake was also not vacuumed and still grimy. My floor mats still had dirt on them and were not put back the way they were supposed to be. Im overall extremely frustrated by the lack of detail and care given to my car and will not be coming back.

The oil change was only about 15 mins. Super fast. They tightened my battery cable for me. It was a lil loose. And I got a free car wash with the oil change. I think the car wash took longer than the oil change but they did a great job making it look spiffy. And it came with two free air fresheners. They smell so nice. I knew about this place but didnt "know" about this place. Someone should have told me how great it was.

Poor service. Got a call to pick up my vehicle after an oil change and wash and then learned after getting dropped off that my battery was dead and had been dead to their knowledge. I Asked why no one informed me beforehand and NO ONE here was responsible for their lack of communication. No apology no responsibility the Lube departments managers response was “we didn’t know it was gonna do that”. They just lost my entire office as customers. I understand that things happen to cars here but just inform me so I can be prepared. I had to call my ride to come back and pick me back up. All of this could have been avoided with simple communication up front or a customer service attitude about their lack of communication after being questioned.

I went in for a Oil change $55.99 and Interior detail for $130 on 3/28/19.I was told it would take about 1 1/2h total.I didnt have any issues with my Oil change. They did great!The interior detail however, was an absolute joke.I got there at around 12:15pm, they had my oil changed and ran my car through the car wash, by 12:45pm it was out and they were hand drying it, so I went outside thinking it wouldnt be much longer. After the hand drying I watched them drive my car to the back where it was parked with my doors open. Still no big deal, in my head I was thinking they were letting the carpet dry since the package included a carpet shampooing. My car sat there for AT LEAST 1hour until they pulled it back up into an area where, I assume, they started vacuuming it. At that point I had already been waiting for 2 hours.I waited another 30 min and the young man who took my car at the Oil changing place walked by and looked baffled that I was still there, he even said "wow you are still waiting?" So I finally decided to ask the front desk lady how much longer it would be because, at that point, I was already late picking up my kids from school.When she came back I was told that they havent started the carpet shampooing yet and it would still be a while. I had already pulled the manager aside and explained my frustration to him. Everyone was speaking Spanish to each other and I was never told why that in the last 3 hours my car had only been oil changed and through the car wash and nothing else. The manager tried to fix it and refunded me for the carpet shampooing immediately, since it wasnt done yet and so I could finally leave, and even offered me a free carpet shampooing for the next time I came back. Which was nice. HOWEVER,  when I got home and inspected the rest of my car I was extremely upset to find that even with the refund I have still spend 3hours and $60 for something I could have easily done in 20min for about $5. My interior was still dirty and had crumbs on the floor and seats. The windows still hat smudges on it, inside and out as well as the seats and the inside walls. When I took a wipe to wipe over my walls and seats the wipe was BLACK, as if it was wiped down with a dirty cloth.I took pictures of it all.I also emailed the manager and one more person to ask for a full refund but I have yet to get an answer.If I pay for a service, that I could do myself, then I expect a way higher quality of service and I expect it to be more then what I could do myself.My car was also running for almost the full 3 hours that I was waiting and my car was just sitting in the parking lot which drained my tank of gas from half full, when I pulled in, to empty when I pulled out.Sent from Yahoo Mail on Android

Sooo disappointed... Ive been using this carwash for years and everytime I go the service and washes are worse and worse. The last three times Ive had to tell the "finishers" that they missed DIRTY inside and out. How are you charging almost $30 for a $10 wash. Truly I believe that they are so backed up sometimes that they dont give you the full service cleaning that you pay for. While youre trying to get all the money by get vehicles in and out you are losing half of your loyal customers because of subpar work. I dont mind waiting an extra 10 minutes in order to get what I paid for. Do better please and thank you...

Waited for 20 minutes after they openedFor anyone in the lube center to show up. After speaking to a lady at the front desk (who barely spoke any English and honestly Im not sure how much she understood meshe didnt know when they would be there and wasnt sure where they were. I told her I wanted a car wash as well as the oil change and if I could just get the car washed now until their employees showed up that would utilize my time better.She said that they have to do the oil change first and cant do them out of order and I just needed to wait until someone showed up even though she had no idea when that would be. So I waited another 15 minutes.Finally someone showed up at the lube center. The guy turned the lights on and didnt open the garage doors knowing I was there until I eventually got out of the car to see what the deal was.Then he was extremely rude like "how dare this guy show up and wait for almost 45 minutes and make me do my job" he literally dismissed almost everything I said and cut me off. Told him synthetic he did conventional. Told him I wanted to get a wash and he acted like I cut his arm off.Been coming here for almost 2 years for all washes and oil changes. Im afraid this may be my last visit.

Went here and paid 50 dollars, was not pleased. My speakers now don’t work, the car still has streaks on the paint and windows. Management refused to refund my money and on top of that also said I had to pay for a diagnostic and would not be reimbursed for it to find out what happened to my radio and why it no longer had audio. I’m going to call my attorney first thing Monday unless I can get contact information for someone above the managers. Would not ever recommend this place to anyone. I’m not using them again unless this gets made right. I spent 50 dollars for my car to be in better condition than it was going in and now it’s worse.

Went to get oil changed and car wash, knew it would be a little more, no prices posted except the $5 express wash. Then the guy was a bit rude to me when he came in and said he needed to speak to me outside. I walked outside and he said over here and pointed to my car. Showed me two filters that needed to be replaced. I asked him how much and he said $90. I told him no thanks I would do it myself. It seemed to tick him off a bit. I waited inside when he brought me the ticket to check out... ore than $45 ... they ran my car through the car wash and when it was through they pulled it out into a mess of other cars to wait to be dried and wiped down. After waiting 30 minuets after it was washed I stood outside to watch and see why it was being ignored. They like to pick and choose the really nice cars to do first. I lost count of the number of vehicles that came out of the wash after mine that were dried and ready a substantial amount of time before mine. I will never go back to this place, they are unfriendly and unprofessional and a bit price for bad service.

They do a good job on your car...if you have all day to wait for it. Got the mid level $50 wash and vacuum, but asked the attendant how long it would take. “20 min at the most.” I’m sitting out front currently going on an hour and fifteen minutes.At one hour and 25 minutes I got my car back. This was a two star rating, now down to one. Wheel wells still full of mud. Not waiting another hour for them to clean it.

They would not do their free car wash and vacuum of our car the day we got our oil changed. So we called to bring it back and they said all we need it the license plate and they could do it. We drove all the way there to the man to tell us they would not do it. Very disappointed in this company and their wasting our time. The manager is a nasty person.

Highly disappointed. I paid $160.00 to have the interior detailed. I show up to pick my vehicle up, as I walk up they appear to still be cleaning it up. I ask if its ready. They replay "Yes, its the best we could do". I am instantly concerned. I drive my car to a side parking lot to look over the interior. There are dirty spots in several areas of the car that they simply did not clean. I paid to have the seats cleaned. They did clean part of them, but ignored the sides and backs of the seats, they are still filthy. This is simply a lack of attention to detail. A half ass job. This service was not worth the money I paid and I will never do business with this company again.

Just very piss poor customer service from the manager on down. Took the wifes car for an oil change and detail (not just a wash, a full detail, wax and alllate last week. Was under $200 all in, and the cleaning wasnt terrible so I figured Id do mine as well the next Monday. They tried to tell me my tires and vehicle were too big for their machine so it would add $50 to hand wash. I explained mine was smaller and narrower than my wifes that they just did. Left the car and called the manager when I left to ask about it, thinking the oil tech was just mistaken. I was told they added some kind of device on Friday night that wouldnt allow it. Initially said just f*** it, Ill wash it myself and come get it. Manager said they probably already did the oil change so I said ok call when its done. I called back and told the receptionist to go ahead and charge for the hand cleaning and detail it, she even helped me pick out a detail that was a little cheaper to compensate for the hand wash. When I came to pick it up the manager came out and told me they didnt wash it. The poor little receptionist explained that I called back but that manager was too much of a C-UNiT to listen. They even ended up charging me a "Rain-check" of $18 which will give me $18 off of a wash in the next 3 days. Didnt have the energy to argue that one, I just go my Jeep and took it to the drive thru, with the same tracks as Britezone, and it was fine. Last time we took a vehicle there they screwed up a molding and lost it. Had to go over the video to prove to another manager that it was on there, was still impossible to get them to pay for it.

Horrible place, deserves no stars. First of all I go there and I pay $30 for a car wash, I get in my car and theres dust all over the dash, its like they didnt even touch it, and when I asked they said that the 30 dollars wash doesnt include everything in the interior.Second of all my $150 soccer ball was messing and there was a dent in the door.DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYONE.I will go back to my regular car wash "clean gateway" I pay $28 dollars for a full detail enterior and exterior & they make my car look brand new again. Never had any problems there.

Do they even have any quality control?? Paid $20 for the SUPREME DEAL and ended up just getting basically an exterior car wash. Spent 40 mins cleaning the dust all over the interior of my truck and had to re-vacuum my seats. Well, they lost another customer for sure! What a waste of my time!!
