Decent apartments love how clean the place is

This was our apartment at britli estates off becklane this problem was reported emditatly after being discovered and multiple time after that for 2 to 3 months we reported this mold problem soon after we signed another lease for a year then decided to leave after nothing was being done about it to exterminate the mold and even gave a 30 day notice on top a month in advanced rent payment and they are not refunding our our rent that was paid in advance to them and didnt say anything about exterminating the mold problem until the day we gave them a notice that we was leaving this is a problem we have informed health department about but they cant do anything since we already left but we wasnt going to stay any longer because of the problem as well as they are trying to keep our month in advance rent payment and trying to throw us under by taking us to court for supposedly breaking our lease and they are now only giving us a week to remove the rest of our stuff but we arent taking with us seems how there mold problem has ruint our furniture and brand new appliances such as our microwave and majority of our food that we had to throw away because of the problem we just want people to know that they will do anything to ruin you renter history and credit if you have a problem that they wont do nothing about until you decide to leave even on a 30 day leave notice

I have lived in their apartments for six months, Its definitely a quiet, clean, and nice neighborhood to live in. Lucy and the maintenance guys have been amazing and got things done in a timely manner. Im looking forward to our new journey in one of their duplexes.

Needs some work

My experience has been extremely positive. My heat stopped working during a cold snap. I called the next a.m. and Randy the maintenance guy was here in 10 minutes. He switched to a heat pump and we had heat. They immediately ordered the part, Carol kept me updated the next day.3 days later Lucy wants to know if they can come fix my heat.I rarely need to contact The office, whrn I do, Carol and Lucy are nothing but helpful.The neighborhood has lots of kids so very family friendly.

We rented for a year here before buying our new home. We never once had issues that others seem to have had. We never had a utility bill over 100 dollars a month. We always comminicated and paid our rent on time. Repairs were always timely and always done with a smile. I would rent here again.

Land lord is super nice and apartments are cheap. The inside is spacious and cute.

DO NOT MOVE IN!! HORRIBLE! I would give this a negative 10 if I could. We were supposed to move in and when our apartment was “ready” it smelt like pee, cigarettes, and wet dog. I even had a professional come out and clean the carpets and he said that the entire apartment was covered in pee and hair. DISGUSTING! And to make things even worse, the place had fleas! When I told the manager that we were not moving in and that we were wanting our money back she said “legally” I cannot give you any money back. Horrible way to do business so I am still out $1200. That was 3 months ago...

* we were told our unit would be clean before we moved in. Move in day and I had to pay a family member to properly clean the carpets because our shoes stuck to the floor and it stunk like dog.* our furnace was messed up the entire year we lived there. Heat worked, air didnt. They knew and wouldnt fix it until we turned in our intent to vacate notice.* hardly ever did we have a utility bill under $400.* i cleaned and cleaned our unit before we moved out. We were informed that the stove and cabinets werent clean enough so they were going to charge for it. I just received my remaining security deposit. $100 cleaning fee for a stove and cabinets. $110 for "professional" carpet cleaning. I left the unit in better condition than what i moved in to. What a joke.I guess i should consider myself lucky. This place is notorious for not giving any deposit back.I would NOT recommend renting this place to anyone. Nor will we ever move back to this place. We are very good renters. We always leave a place in tip top shape. We have never had our deposits withheld. We lived in the townhomes on Britney. They look good on the outside but they are junk. Good luck to any future renters. Pictures are from when we first moved in.

If I could give this a negative rating I would. I moved in two years ago, and nothing really seemed to go wrong. Now, they are saying Im doing all kinds of drugs and whatnot. One of their employees (Doccame to my door drunk and was harassing my husband and I. We have a seven month old little boy that was sitting right there. I complained and am now getting evicted. Not even mere hours after this started happening (Saturday eveningI ended up in the hospital with abnormal heavy bleeding. I have paperwork stating that I was 6 weeks pregnant and having a miscarriage. I 100% blame that on the fact of added stress caused by the owners and their employee. Paul, the maintenance man, brought me my eviction notice this morning and apologized for everything Id been going through. He is the only person here who I would give a five star rating. Dont let Dennis and Carrol Hall fool you. Until these apartments are sold to new owners, I would not recommend living here.

They lied about our move out cleaning, stating we left dog poop in a room which our dogs were not allowed in. The dogs NEVER had an accident in their apartments. Shady shady shady people.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! Moved in March 6th 2017 and still currently here. Dont have the money to move out or I would. 2 bedrooms are 600 a month not 545 as advertised. and I live in a 3 bed room which is 600 as well. but just got a note on the door a few weeks ago saying rents going up 20 bucks for water... neighbors pay 645 a month without the washer and dryer that would make it go up 50 bucks from 545. and 5 for trash. making it 600. No big deal . but they dont have them so why are they paying 645 when it should be 550 . so now with the exta 20 added they pay 665 now. STUPID,they lie and steal and are very nosey. DONT GIVE THEM A CHANCE TO TAKE YOUR MONEY, would be surprised if we get evicted for me writing this review. bet we wont even get are SSD back.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!! They will rip you off and lie to you about the places being well constructed when all you find is that they cut corners whenever they could. They also have the worst insulated places I have every been in. You can feel the cold air coming through the outlets when the wind blows through but you can also feel the air through the so called "sealed" windows. The say they follow landlord-tenant law, that is a JOKE!! They will not give you back your deposit when they say they will and they will avoid your calls when you try and talk to them about anything regarding your place other than cheap maintenance fixes. DO NOT RENT HERE even if it is your last option DO NOT DO IT you will hate living there everyday and the contract is very convoluted and one sided in their favor!! I HATED LIVING HERE!! I do not recommend anyone living here and I will tell everyone that I know! They will STEAL from you and will lie to your face on anything you talk to them about!

they dont fix anything expect for when someone moves out in December 2015 she raised the rent saying its because shes wanting to get everyone internet and cable instead you will barley find her in the office she uses the money to go on a vacation every month if your ac goes out during the summer expect to wait at least 2 weeks before its fixed i had to wait 11 days with temperatures reaching over 100° the stairs get very slippery when it rains several people have fell and had to be taken to the er and the Landlord wont even put on cheap traction strips on them several apartments have sinks and toilets that constantly run water and have manor drips and the weather strips on the Windows and doors are gone so the heat or cold from outside gets in making the electric bill high but the landlord wont do anything about it i would never recommended this place to anyone

Friends lived there for a time, they had to move because the landlord wouldnt take care of the bugs, an infestation of roaches, the landlord as in the contract was suppose to take care of it, and the two men that goes into your home whether your home or not to check the filters I guess...one of them had sticky fingers, my girlfriend had jewelry missing. They shouldnt walk in your home whenever they want unless they thought something serious was going on. Not a good place especially with how much the rent was. If you are gonna be moving there just bend over and get ready cuz their gonna F*** you crazy . sorry but its the way it is there

DO NOT RENT HERE! Rips people off, especially military. We rented an apartment we were told was brand new and then we go to love in and the blinds were tore up along with the stove being dirty etc. We informed him and he said it was no big deal. After living there for nearly 2 years we got evicted for our 2 year old writing on the outside wall (outside wall was made of brickwith sidewalk chalk. The chalk came right off. While we were in the process of moving out he kept sending his "workers" to come check on us. I had to call the cops for harassment in order for them to stop. After we moved out about 2 months later we got an invoice in the mail saying we owed nearly 4 grand in damages. Which included tore up blinds, carpet needing to be replaced because apparently we walked on it to much, needing to repaint the entire apt, and various cleaning charges when we left we had someone come in and clean and even had the carpet shampooed. So his charges were nonsense and lies. I took pictures of the place when we left and before I turned keys in I did a walk thru with him and he said it looked good. So hes a liar and a crook. Beware.
