Fantastic service at a fair price!I have taken my 2007 Lexus rx350 for both an alternator and power steering rack replacement which are big expensive jobs. The folks at Brody’s gave me an estimate up front, got my car in next day, and serviced the vehicle quickly so I didn’t have to go long without my car. The team explained the work they did and never went over the estimated cost for repair. I trust the team at Brody’s!

I had battery problems and brought my car in to see if they could check it and the alternator to figure out what was wrong. They checked both, determined it was the battery, put a new one in and it was done in less than an hour. I really appreciate how nice they were and I will take my car there in the future. 😊

Seriously the best shop. Good honest people, and good quality work. Service is excellent. My gf’s car was making a noise and they tore her car apart and reassembled the sway bar. Found out the issue was something else and said if we didn’t want to have them fix it they wouldn’t charge anything for inspecting.Then I got a nail in my tire on the way there and they patched it for free RIGHT AWAY. I mean, 10 minutes after finding the screw in the tire I was back on the road.We’ve come here for multiple repairs and every single time they have been fantastic! 10/10 would recommend, we drive from Orem just to have them work on our cars.

On my way to work this morning noticed tire was low. Got out and found nail. Originally went to Burt Brothers were I bought the tires and many more sets and basically refused to help me fix the tire. Said drop truck off for the day or wait 4 or more hours. I left and Pulled into this shop on the way back home and they were just awesome! Had tire fixed in 20 minutes and not 4 hours like Burt brothers told me it would take. I’ll be moving all of my business here. Great customer service and actually cared about my situation and wanted to help!

Brody’s is the best. I have taken all my cars and my 4 sons cars to Brody’s. Even installing an engine. They always try to get us in asap. They do a great job to diagnosis the problem. They get our cars back quickly. Their fees are fair and everyone has been very nice and helpful. I have been to several mechanics in the past and haven’t always had the best experience, nor trust others. I trust Brody’s.

I used Brody’s for switching to my winter tires and an oil change on my X3 and had a great experience.I was able to get an apt which worked for my schedule and the car was completed in a timely manner. The summer tires were even bagged and neatly placed into the trunk. We’ve used them before and will continue to do so because of the convenience and professional service provided.

Dropped my car off because my engine light was on. They called me with the diagnosis and estimate for the repair. The cost for the repair was very reasonable. I didn’t have a way to get there and pick up my car when it was finished. They were so kind to give me a ride to their shop. Excellent customer service. Thank you.

Recently moved to SLC and have heard nothing but good things about Brody’s. Needed some work done after my road trip and everyone I dealt with was super friendly and knowledgeable. I had some questions and concerns outside of what I originally asked and they honest, didn’t over sell me and offered fantastic advice. I would highly recommend Brody’s!

I continue to take my car to Brody’s for service. They are consistently, honest and reliable, I’ve had nothing but good experiences with their shop.

Very friendly front desk. Called me and explained what they needed to do and the cost. I just moved to Draper from Arizona and my mechanic there told me the same thing. Finding an honest repair shop puts them at the top for me.

I have only heard good things about them and having had car issues for over a month working with other shops, they got me in and out in 1 day. Honest. Nice. Overall a better deal than anywhere else.

Excellent service in a timely fashion!I have used Brody’s before but not with this Jeep. I live out of town and drove to Sandy to get repairs performed. When I dropped it off, they were professional and said they would call me when they had a chance to diagnose the problem. They called later and gave me an estimate on repairs. I mentioned I needed to get the car back today because I was traveling from out of town. Within the hour I was called and told my car was repaired and ready pick up.

Saved me thousands of dollars! They got my car repaired and fixed quickly. I will come here in the future for car troubles. Highly recommended.

Incredible service. I had my KIA sent in for an engine issue, they determined that it was a warranty issue within a day, and referred me to KIA. They are so responsive, polite, and thorough. Dan has some of the best customer service you will encounter. I will be back for any service in the future.

I called and asked if they could fit me in for an alignment. They said they’d get it done in a few hours if I can leave it there. They called me within two hours and said everything was good, fair pricing great customer service.

I’ve been a customer at Brody’s for many years. I trust them with any work that needs to be done. They have been honest and thorough with every service done from oil change to suspension work and many others.Nice to have mechanics you feel good going to for help.

Warranty is 1 year and that’s just about what you should expect from this place. Even autozone parts will last you longer. Pay a little more and just go to the dealership, get an oem part or go to autozone and do it yourself. This place like so many other companies and local businesses do not stand behind the parts they sell or services they provide. Im so sick of this attitude I’ve seen in so many places lately. Do not trust this place. When I first went here I had one bad bearing and they talked me into doing both as they said the other would soon follow. Now a little more than a year later here I am again with another bad bearing (one of the same bearings while the front ones haven’t been touched at all!and I’m being asked to give you more money? At least from the dealership I’ll never need to replace this part again as long as I own this vehicle. I long for the time when people stood behind what they did. I know I could never tell someone just outside of warranty “sorry, I know this part / service should have lasted you longer but you are outside of warranty and if you want it fixed I need more money “/rant

Had an issue with my front right tie rod and had to have it replaced. Took my car to a large chain nearby that shall not be named. They fixed it for me but afterwards there was a very loud scraping from that same wheel. Took it back and was told it was my back left brakes. I went to Brodys for a second opinion. Not only did the staff go on a short ride to hear the noise with me, they identified it while we were driving and in 5 minutes straightened the bent plate causing the noise free of charge. Only asked that I think of them for future business which I most certainly will!!

Fast service. Very straightforward with suggestions, but not pushy either. This was my first visit to Brody’s and the whole process was very positive. I chose to try Brody’s because of the great reviews and I was not disappointed. I will be back!

I got a quote from Ford of some things to get fixed but didn’t trust them to not rip me off. Was able to schedule an appointment with Brody’s Car Care Center for the next day, take it in and find out what actually needed to be repaired and what didn’t, and get the fix for about $100 less than what Ford quoted. Got it fixed the same day I took it in. Will be back.

Came in for brake repair. Friendly and prompt staff. Fair prices, quality work, and easy online appointment scheduling. Quick to assess and call with estimated costs and clear explanation of repair. No pressure to add additional services that I would eventually need but instead gave me a quote for when I need to do them in the future. Definitely recommend!

I moved to Sandy about a year ago and looked around for a new local mechanic. I saw the reviews at Brodys were pretty outstanding so I thought Id give them a try. Im VERY happy I did. The people at Brodys are truly remarkable. They know their business and they are great to work with. Ill be recommending them to friends and family, FOR SURE!

..I went in for tires and alignment. They ruined my outer and inner tie rod trying to align the vehicle. They tried to blame it on me and said that the part was put in wrong. Then they tried to say it came in that way. Luckily I live only a few blocks away because I could barely get my car home. I had to replace two parts that cost me $112. They charged me an hour of labor for the alignment that they didnt even do. That total is 212.00. They wont refund my money. They will respond to this saying they do nothing wrong and they will blame me. Its too bad they seemed like nice people. If they would have admitted they made a mistake I would have worked with them.Follow Up They finally refunded my money.

The shop is really clean. Candy dish included Chocolates and several different hot and cold drinks to choose from. Dan is very helpful and friendly.Ready codes prevented the emissions testing.I look forward to returning soon, after I drive the truck to release the ready codes.Nice to meet youMichele

Brody’s was great. Replaced both bulbs in my Tahoe for $90 which seemed like a good price including labor! Very professional, quick service, and honest - told us we didn’t need to fix certain things yet and could wait.

I just had Brodys change my oil and rotate my tires and do all the usual fluid checks. I asked them to check my brakes as well. I sat in the waiting room while waiting for my car and I overheard several conversations they had with customers re their cars. I was impressed with their professionalism and honesty in hearing them tell customers that their cars were ready and less expensive than originally thought... and my brakes were still good! I will return!

Brodys has proven themselves time and time again. Always bending over backward to make sure my truck is done right, and in timely fashion. Never disappointed. The staff is very friendly, and makes the effort to communicate with me throughout the repair process. Highly recommend!

I took my car to Brodys because my heater hasnt been working for a while. Darin was very pleasant and courteous. They took a look, figured out the problem, called me with a price quote, and fixed my heater. They were able to do the work in a few hours. I would takemy car there again. They were timely and very fair on the price. Great work!

I have been going to Brodys for over 10 years, and they have always been top-notch.They are honest, very reasonably-priced, professional, courteous, and transparent regarding what your vehicle truly needs.I have had my American, Japanese, and Korean autos serviced (some with special needs), and they have never NOT been able to complete what needed to be done.I cant recommend them enough...you wont be disappointed.
