Finally a place local I can get my computer fixed! Nathan was friendly and very knowledgeable and helped right away. I was lucky they had parts in stock for both laptops and he was able to do a rush job for me. I recommend them based on my first experience with them.

I cannot thank Broken Gadget Repairs enough for helping me out in a bind. The day before sending my son off to college his PS5s HSMI port stopped working. I was desperate to get it fixed before he left but when I got to the store I was told the gentleman who fixes the ports was off. After hearing my plight and making a phone call, the gentleman graciously came in to help me out. Talk about paying it forward! I am so thankful he gave up his free time to help me. I’m like 25% sure this place is a money laundering scheme. Every time my device has been fixed there it hasn’t been a real Apple anything. Just a fake display and a fake battery. Idk man not trustworthy

Took my Xbox there for an HDMI problem and it was fixed a couple hours later. Awesome people who know their stuff. Plus they do micro-soldering there.

Great people! Went up to buy a watch band and very professional and knowledgeable owner gave me an amazing deal on upgrading my watch. Just to clear up I ask ( was not pushing to sell). Helped me clear my old watch and set up my new one. Just the time waiting was pleasant. I’ve sold items here and purchased items before all a good experience and all very fair and honest pricing. If I could give more stars I would very highly recommended. Oh also fixed a screen for me before and been perfect since. Go here before you go anywhere else!!!!

Priced my two laptops that are screen touch up laptops, drives in tact just one has a cracked screen the other needs a charging port, they offer $20 each Im like 😕

He repaired what others could not for a really good price. The store was super busy and you see all of the google reviews so this is no secret. The problem I had was my phone broke and I couldnt access my photos (newborn hospital photos, foolish me didnt back them up!). I called several other stores, including Samsung, and they all said not possible. I called here, dropped off phone, and the photos were promptly recovered. Highly recommend.

If you have a broken screen or device, this is the place to go. Apparently fixing a Galaxy phone screen isnt straightforward. The guys at Broken Gadget answered all my questions, ordered my screen and fixed my phone while I waited. They were a little less expensive than the competition but its the service that sets them apart.Hamza fixes the device right out in the open, nothing to hide or shady. You can tell hes mastered his craft and for that Im appreciative. Hoping I never have to visit them again but if I break another device, this is my go to place.

I have yet to use their services because its very expensive to fix my phone. They are very polite and professional. Sometimes they sell Nintendo 64 games which are hard to find.

I like Hamza. He gives me tips, is fast and worth every cent. If you get the chance, sit and watch the Phone Whisperer work on your phone with his eagle eyes. He replaced a screen and battery for me on a 7+ and when I wet part of the motherboard I bought an 8 from him. Competitively priced.

I called because I was having trouble with my usb charging port on my galaxy and instead of him telling me to come in so they can try and fix it and way overcharging me he gave me his honest opinion that it isnt worth the money to fix and that I should just get a wireless charger from Wal-Mart, not a lot of places will give you an honest opinion like that

I would recommend this shop to anyone. Both gentleman were professional, honest, knowledgeable and went out of their way to help me with my problem. They were very reasonable with their prices and even replaced another customer’s battery for free while I was there because he was willing to wait while they looked into my problem. After they determined my problem was more serious than a software issue, they researched the phone and found it was under warranty and then showed me how to make an appointment with the Apple Genius Bar. All this for a guy who walked in an hour before they closed up shop. Very good experience. Thanks guys!

Went here to buy a phone and was able to get an iPhone 6s + for $275! Owner was very friendly, patient, and helpful. Good place to buy a pre-owned / used phone, and will be going back in the future if I ever need a repair

Ive had many broken screens and phone questions over the past 2 years. Broken Gadgets has been awesome! They fix my phone at a low cost and most of all help and answer any questions i may have. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

Adam was awesome and super quick! He had my phone fixed in less than 10 minutes and was super nice. The phone is better than when I bought it. He also threw in a screen protector! I would highly suggest taking it to him. Way cheaper than broke ass phone or apple.

This place is garbage DO NOT GO HERE. When I went there the fixed my iPad and it was good the first week but the screen was popping off and there was/still is dirt under my screen and now it shattered. Never go to this place they charge to much and they have very bad service

to anyone in new castle, just a warning for anyone that needs to have phone phone repaired. stay away from Adam at Broken Gadget Repair out on 65 across from Auto Zone. I broke the glass on my phone and since verizon would not do anything about repairing it, i had to take it to this guy adam. he ordered a new screen for me and installed it. a couple days later the screen started popping out of the casing. called him to let him know what was going on so he ordered me a new one. after 2 weeks of waiting for the new screen i called to see what was going on with it and they told me that adam said my screen was in but he wouldnt be back till may 2. let them know that if anything happened to my phone from that point on that he would be responsible for a replacement. he got back to the shop and i took the phone it for him to put on the new screen and he told me that he wasnt going to work on my phone since i said that he would be responsible. the phone and the screen were never right and of course he blamed it on me and said that i did something to it. after a short convo with him he hands me a what he called a fully functional phone and told me to keep my old one. i have been trying to charge it now for the past 5 days and i am still unable to charge it. most of the time i have to move the plug around till it starts charging and shortly after that it stops. just called him about it and he tells me once again that i did something to it, and will not do anything to make it right. the long and short of it is that i have one phone that i cant use and the other i cant charge, so now i am out 120..00 and still dont have a phone i can use... SO IF YOU WANT A WORKING PHONE STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY!!!! I would have given him a 0 on the stars but it wouldnt let me post this till i chose one of them
