Coffee always great!
Warm and watery coffee
Very good coffee and sweet treats. Authentic. Managing pretty well in this crazy busy ski season.
Great coffee and hot chocolate, exceptional service with a smile and a great range of nibbles including gluten free options.Coffee and hot chocolate still as good nibbles and other options still as good as ever.
Very rude to my children who are young, I guess being a monopoly allows you to be rude?
Great vibe and amazing staff. Easily the best coffee on the mountain!
Still best Coffee on snow at Perisher.
Paid $6.50 for a soy latte. Pretty fair price for the snowy mountains. Good selection of bakery goods and sandwiches. Hot chocolate is available here. Seating is plentiful, but gets packed during peak times. Bit of a queue in the early morning.
Best coffee so far at Perisher.
Excellent coffee & food, also fast friendly service 😁
Always nice and busy .. great staff
Worst donut ever
amazing food and have the absolute nicest staff! price is the very reasonable and food is always delicious. the staff are just so nice, i spilt my drink and the male worker was so nice about it cleaning it up and was also very friendly with the people sitting next to us. the girls are so sweet and together they make the cafe run very smoothly with a nice atmosphere.
*****DONT ABUSE THE STAFF*****I have been going to Brunellis for decades for both the coffee, food and the banter. Bruno and Roberta have been an iconic part of the mountain culture and have always been a friendly face. They constantly go the extra mile and now they have stepped back to let the next generation step up, the same friendly atmosphere has continued. There has been, however, a disturbing amount of abuse levelled towards the girls, Lauren, Jackie and Lily. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!! If you have an issue, treat people with respect, sort it out with a cool head or walk away.If you listen to the anger is some of the previous comments and imagine being confronted by that in person, you will probably understand what I am getting at. It is easy to take to social media and vilify someone or an organisation unfairly. So I encourage you to read between the lines on those comments as the truth is often absent or at least altered to a state that bears little semblance of fact. The staff work long hours with a busy workload and do not deserve to be treated as they have been. There are many regulars and staff members that will also step in if your behaviour becomes abusive. We, the regular customers of Brunellis will not stand idly by and do nothing. People behaving badly, you are on notice!!
Brunelli’s cafe is as Awesome as ever in 2022.I miss the sweet tones of Bruno’s singing voice tho his daughter and son add their charm to the cafe and the coffee is superb.
Worst experience. Worst cold tasteless coffee. Owner behaved very rudely in-front of my kid when I requested her to please acknowledge the order details and to put whipcream as per order. She said very rudely “I’ll not do it I am the owner“ and walked away. I didn’t want to ruin my kids trip otherwise I would’ve have asked her very well what does it exactly means. Not Recommended Place
$5 flat white out from auto coffee machine.
The flat white was ok. The hot chocolate with melted marshmallow probably not what I was used to.
Amazing coffee and snacks, always buy a coffee here when skiing, Bruno and Roberta are awesome people..!
Best coffee on the mountain! Super friendly staff!
Service is great, coffee is unfortunately not. Cant speak for the food, but 1 button fully automatic coffee machines like from a service station yields the expected result. Dont be fooled by the fancy Italian espresso machine at the front like we were, its just decoration.
Best coffee in PerisherGreat sandwiches, especially the meatballExcellent customer service, always with a smile and pleasant conversation.
Lovely cafe with the best coffee and bruschettas. Super friendly and welcoming service in a cosy setting.
The best coffee and food 10 out 10
Wasn’t expecting to have good coffee in the mountain, but it was a nice surprise. Coffee is extremely good that I didn’t want to explore options at other shops.
The best coffee ever. You can buy their beans online...roasted after your order. Super fresh. Im now onto my fourth 1kg bag. Working my way down the list of bean roasts
Best coffee in the Snowy Mountains. Consistent quality.
Poor coffee . Lots of potential .They use a more advanced service statio super automatic machine but charge you barista made coffee rates .
The best coffee in the mountains, supported by excellant service and yummy treats
Brunellis is the only place you want to get your coffee and hot chocolate fix. Staff are the greatest. It always a must have when I am on the snow.
Best coffee in Jindabyne. You must’ve to try the almond danish. So friendly staff 😍
The Place to get coffee in perisher Valley..
The best coffee in Perisher. Great service.... and you can take home pods of your favourite coffee.
The Italian style hot chocolate was amazing. The coffee and treats were equally good.
Friendly staff, delicious food and classic Italian sweets! 😍❤️ Italian meatball mini roll was a nice delicious little snack for our morning tea.
Perfect place to begin a start to the day or a mid-day ski break. Tea, coffee, hit chocolate and delicious food.
Always great coffee and entertainment as Bruno teaches his new recruits...ha!
Great place to get coffee while you get the best wax in the Snowy Mountains on your ski or snowboard at ADIS right on the ground floor before ticket office
Delicious coffee, fair trade & organic. Added bonus of gorgeous Italian accents.
My favorite cafe on the mountain. Staff are friendly and consistent year on year (think theyre the owners). Coffee is good and a great selection of desserts. Last year my son was so sick and my other son wanted to go out and ski, so they let me sit here nursing a coffee for a couple of hours in their comfy and warm shop while I waited for my other son. I will be back every time Im visiting Perisher.
GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!My friend and I watched as our two takeaway coffees were poured out of a machine where at the press of a button, it spews out some kind of watery “coffee” - no coffee beans used in this process. We knew after the first sip we wanted a refund, which is unlike us. We would usually just throw it out and not go back, however at $11 for two coffees it was hard to walk away from so we very politely asked a lady at the counter for a refund. We were then screamed at by this old grump of an owner who also happens to be that old fashioned “barista” that made our cups of flavoured boiling water. He started screaming at us about how the coffees were sitting too long, saying we were slow to pick them up and that is why they are bad, this was not the case. They called us once and we headed straight over, I could have left them until 2020 and they still would have been warm.If you don’t want an overpriced instant coffee then please head down the stairs, across the bridge and into Aldo’s cafe like we did. They use coffee beans and milk for a start.
The best coffee on the mountain, without a doubt! And you get entertained while youre there. Bruno is an amazing character and always happy to have a chat. Also, take the time to read the coffee stories on the big mural! Definitely recommend.
Coffee not as good as in the past. Seems to be catering for the Asian market with the strength of the coffee not up to par.
Bruno has devised his own proprietary, automated coffee machine... And its very average. I guess the idea behind this comes from fast food chains where consistency is key.But it takes the craft and art away from good baristas and makes sub par coffee, served by a grumpy man that thinks he is above most of his customers. A consistently below average coffee is what youll get.
Best coffee of my life. Bruno has ruined me. I will never experience a coffee as good as his. I was spoiled by his perfect double ristretto. He has 11 beans to choose from and I loved the Costa Rican beans. Roberta & Bruno and always there and committed to quality. The Italian hot chocolate was also superb. (With whipped cream and marshmallowsI’m back in Sydney now and struggling to enjoy coffee without you Bruno.
If you want a fantastic coffee this is the only place to go. The paninis are also just perfect
Amazing coffee, delicious panini and some really nice stuff in their sweet section. Great atmosphere as well, clearly a hit with the locals as well as the holiday makers! Would definitely recommend.
Rude and didnt make my coffee the way I wanted. If I wanted a tasteless machine-made coffee, I would go to Maccas
Ive had some really beautiful coffee experiences at Brunellis. Bruno is extremely passionate about his coffee and he is always looking to share his passion and knowledge with his customers during the season.Do yourself a favour and pop on in to Brunellis and try their coffee!
Worst cafe in all food outlets up there. Not only the smallest in size. Will never come back again. Also witness the owner yelling at a customer who was queuing inside the cafe with a kebab in his hand, simply because he doesnt like the smell of it.
