BSZ MEDICAL PA in Atascosa County

Staff is friendly, nurse practitioner Shannon is great! Office is clean, overall great spot, but the wait to be seen is awful. I had an 8am Apt and it’s now 8:52 and I still haven’t been called back to be seen :/ everything is great here but unfortunately due to long wait times I’ll be switching my primary to somewhere a little faster.

Disgusting place dirty the front office is horrible gossip and are rude. Never answer the phone. The man that draws the blood doesnt care took him so long and then i almost passed out. He looked like a serial killer. No refills even though they took my blood. I have to come in again to get a refill. What was the purpose the for the first blood draw! Dont come here if you value your health and life!

Worst doctor office I have ever been to. Sherry and the medical assistant are amazing ( sorry I forgot your name and I would probably spell it wrong). The office staff talks about patients behind the desk. They are rude to patients, show no professionalism and their office manager is the worst of all. They don’t care about your concerns. Their solution for deescalation is sarcasm, attitude and gossip. Even better they don’t use gloves when they draw your blood.

They’ve been great to me and my kids. My kids old pediatrician dismissed any concerns I ever had and when I switched, I told them what was going on and they immediately wanted testing done. I was right and my son had some serious problems going on. They were the first to listen and tell me I wasn’t overreacting. Since then they’ve still been great

Just bad. Inconsistent on their rules one day you can have someone accompany you to a doctors appointment the next time your not allowed to have anyone. Very rude when confornted. People in the front dont even actknowlede that you have entered their building. Show up for an appointment and end up wait 30-45 minutes after your appointment to even see anyone. Just bad everything about this is bad.
