Youll wait an hour in line for food. Not worth it when you add gas cost and time lost. Food was fine. If you go later in day like at dinner time they will be out of stuff though.

Wonderful prices and wonderful food! I loved the spicy bbq sauce.

I was disappointed in the bombs, there was no bacon or jalapeno in them they were just fried breaded cheese balls, the rest of the food is awesome

We have bought here once quite awhile ago and it was good. Our family has been saving up for a long time for a bbq weekend. We went today and spent over $70 on drive up. We ordered pork ribs, beef brisket slices and pulled chicken. Soo disappointed. All the meats were very dry. Went early in the day so dont know what happened. Make sure you order extra sauce to cover the dryness. At those prices unfortunately we wont be back. Spoiled our weekend with family.

Very good.Unfortunately we tipped the nice lady who took out order and then she forgot to give us the sauce! Ugh!Would have been 5 star but time permitting, we will return.

Fried sides were a little soggy but the smoked meats are great.

Very good food. Had the bbq pulled pork sandwich with Mac and cheese. Very good, must try, you wont be disappointed.

The meat fell right from the bone, sauce was good, the sides were great and the home made desert was fantastic. I have driven past this place lots of times and there is always a line of cars. Glad I finally stopped to try it!

Best damn BBQ in the area. I drive 30 minutes one way to eat this food. The brisket and ribs are by far the best Ive ever eaten.Ill add photos the next time I go.This place is a tiny, shack-like building off the main drag; you may not notice it unless you are looking for the building. If you havent been, please go! You wont be disappointed! They only have drive-thru service, so be prepared to wait in line. The longest wait Ive had was about 20 minutes but so well worth the wait. You can call your order in ahead of time, which will help.

This was my first time and I am going back. The ribs were fall off the bone good and the spicy sauce was just spicy enough for us. I say make sure you tip to keep them going. Yum.

Dont pass up this bbq shack! It doesnt look like much but it is damn good! Just take a look at the line that forms sometimes! Small pulled pork was actually pretty large and we also got fried mushrooms which were very good! The regular bbq is good and so is the spicy! Worth a stop.

Bubbas is usually on point with everything. We went tonight the young red haired girl at the window might possibly be the worst employee ever. Not only trying to charge us $70 for a $40 order, (we’ve ordered bubbas a 1k timesbut couldn’t be more rude when we tried to explain what we bought. Then we didn’t get a side, had to wait in line again, when we got to the window she slammed the window on us. Honestly the worst employee I’ve ever encountered

Horrible service. Rude girl works the window. Food is wrong so often you have to hold up the drive thru line to double check it because every other visit there is something missing. Made the mistake one too many times of going home to someone not getting their order. Everytime Ive called its been no apology just come back and get it-which is no solution to their mistake to inconvenience customers to do that. It just gets old after a while. Its more of an inconvenience to go wait in the drive thru forever just to have to turn around and come back to again sit in line at the drive thru because they wont bring it out to you. You order at the window so theres no reading the menu to understand it before ordering. I once asked her if the small sandwich came with sides she quickly responded, "no sandwich comes with sides. It comes with chips and a pickle" like I was supposed to know this. Which.... chips is a side to me, but okay thats fine. So, you dont get a "side", you pay separately for fries (or whatever side you want). The inside is closed. They are closed on Sundays. And because Im frustrated with them, Im gonna go there- only chic fil a can be closed on sundays. I like the food and because it is in an isolated area with very few restaurants which is why I continue to give it a shot and why it does stay so busy.

Tried Bubbas for the first time tonight after a frustrating experience at a couple of other restaurants. Tried the sliced brisket and pulled pork. The brisket was almost perfect, tender and flavorful so you didn’t need the sauce.The pulled pork was tender and mild smokey, not a lot of bark. The sauce was a thick, sweet heavy molasses sauce and the hot was thinner with a cayenne pepper kick. Overall very good and we will be back

Food is great. Prices fair. Some of the staff could TRY to be at least a little more friendly but maybe it was just a bad day. Overall though, definitely recommend

No frills. Nothing fancy. Just one of the best BBQ shacks youll find in NWA area. We sat in drive thru line for about 30 minutes, but wed have waited longer as the ribs, brisket and fixings were that good.

Pulled pork is DELICIOUS! The fries are AWESOME!! This was a good new try for us while camping up the highway! Will return and recommend!

Pretty good BBQ! Had the pulled pork sandwich with fried mushrooms as the side. The pork was pretty good, if just a little... bland is the best word Ive got. Tender and well pulled, just not a lot of flavor. Maybe having an off day? Will try again, and plan on trying other meats.The mushrooms were ok. A solid 3-4. For the price I felt I had a good meal. I really do suspect it was just an off day, and will go back without a doubt to try more they have to offer.

Consistently high quality ribs. Never dry. Their sauce is our favorite. Always friendly. We call ahead to make sure they have spareribs because we like them better than baby back, but both are excellent!

Ribs are always delicious. Fries tasted like they were cooked in burnt oil this time, but normally good. There is ALWAYS a wait so dont be in a hurry if stopping by to get food.

Excellent half chickens. They do offer hot and mild bbq sauce both are great. I find the hit real hot so I get both mild and hot and mix them to make warm. I went thru the drive thru Im not sure if you can order ahead or go inside to pickup to go orders. Sometimes the drive thru is long but they are usually quick. I like supporting small business like this as we need more restaurants in the area! Give them a try I think you will like it.

Bubbas ribs are always the best.Their mac and cheese is awesome too and their large pulled pork sandwich is big enough for my husband and I to share. We keep returning for a reason. Yum.

Ive been here twice now and the ladies that work here (both the older one and the young brunetteare just plain RUDE. They cut me off over and over when taking my order, randomly close the window to my face in the middle of taking said order, and are flat out ungrateful and unfriendly. The food is "meh", although I do like the mushrooms quite a bit. I gave this place a second chance because I thought maybe the first time I went someone was just having a bad day, but thats obviously not the case. I definitely wont be back and will take my business to an establishment that is welcoming.

Their BBQ is quite tasty. The wait in line is a little much, but I can understand since its their only way to serve currently. But the smell while you wait is very enjoyable.

Great brisket and smoke sausage sandwiches and the sides of fries and potato salad were spot-on! Just the right amount of spicy in the hot BBQ sauce and the regular sauce had its own unique taste. JWD Bubbas BBQ! 👍🤠👍

The absolute best BBQ sandwich Ive ever had. The pulled pork was tender, moist and gristle free. My husband tried the half rack of ribs and he also said they were great. Drive thru only now..they were fast and very friendly. Dont miss this place! Turn onto George Hollow off Hwy 71 at the Walmart.

Lived in the area for 20 years and didnt know about Bubbas BBQ til today. Had a hankerin for ribs and looked it up. Ribs were awesome and we kept on ordering. Some of the best pork nachos weve had. Also had the sliced brisket, sausage links and fried okra. All good!! My favorite besides the ribs was their Mac n cheese. Just like my mamaws from south Arkansas. So good!! Highly recommend!

Tried Bubbas BBQ driving from Missouri to Arkansas, located on 71 highway near the state line border. The restaurant is tucked just off the road, and I nearly missed it (across the street from Mc Ds), but Im SO glad I spotted it. The brisket sandwich (smallwas overflowing with luscious, smoked, perfectly cooked beef. A small sandwich is PLENTY because they do not skimp on portion size. I also hadfrench fries and fried okra (pictured), as well as fried mushrooms. The fried mushrooms didnt make the photo because we (myself and 2 traveling buddiesate them too fast....they were that good! Definitely stopping back for more in a couple of days on our way back home. Great food, fast and friendly service, drive thru! What a gem!

One thing that is good about the place is that they give good size portions. Another is that the staff seems friendly. There were several negative points, however. The most important being that when people want bbq, they want smoked meats. The brisket I got was not smoked; it was boiled or braised. There was no smoked flavor, no smoke ring on the meat, and it was a little soggy. None of the sides we got appeared to be made in house. They all tasted like frozen, packaged or canned. I dont expect everything to be made in house, but having a few signature things made there is important. Even the sauce tasted like a store bought brand. And they only had 2 sauce offerings - hot and mild. Good bbq places have more sauce varieties than that and they have their own recipes.

LISTEN TO ME CAREFULLY! This is not a national chain. This is your typical local-ran establishment. Which makes it all the better. Ordered the pork, baby back ribs and the brisket. I must tell you, there is nothing out there that compares to this food. This food is truly one of a kind. Everything has a strong, smokey flavor which is unheard of from your major BBQ chains. This in itself should attract you by all means. Also ordered the regular BBQ sauce and the hot BBQ sauce. I made the critical and careless mistake of applyinggenerous proportions of the hot BBQ sauce to a bite of my pork sandwich. Shortly after half of my face was melted off, I then realized I needed to drown the rest of the sandwich with the remaining hot BBQ sauce. I must say the flavor of the entire meal took my mind off of the pain. In short, I traveled 59 miles to experience this one of a kind, hole in the wall establishment. I highly recommend this cuisine. Well worth it.

Ordered a rack of ribs to go. They were reasonably priced and fairly quick for the order. They were not seasoned near enough. The meat was very tender but lacked salt entirely.

BBQ? I disagree. Worst "BBQ" Ive had. Didnt even finish my plate because it was not satisfying. The meat was extremely bland, especially the brisket. The pulled pork was "ok" but still bland and the "BBQ" sauce does nothing for the bland meat. The potato salad was from a tub, baked beans tasted like canned beans. Not too sure any sides are actually made fresh other than the frozen fried items. I give them an "A" for effort but wont get my money ever ever ever again. Not for me lol

This was undoubtedly the worst "BBQ" I have ever had. It should not be considered BBQ. The brisket had absolutely no flavor to it. Evidently they rely heavily in their sub par BBQ sauce. Wonder what they would pay me for a shoe covered in good BBQ sauce, since they think sauce makes BBQ. (Regardless of how good the sauce is or not).

Ive had food from all over the world. Literally, truly the best food Ive ever had. The ribs fall off the bone and the potato salad is amazing. Great service in a small family atmosphere. I dont care where youre from, you havent eaten well until youve eaten at Bubbas BBQ!!!!!

I got the ribs and the bone fell right off. It was super tender and it wasn’t dry at all. The prices are pretty responsible for barbecue. It also has a nice atmosphere. 10/10

Got 2 large pulled pork (and I mean largesandwiches to go for $14.00 that came with 2 pickles and a 2 bags of chips. Got the fried mushrooms too which were delicious. Very good BBQ

First time here. Not bad for a little hole in the wall bbq joint. BBQ sandwiches were good, not the best weve ever had but good. Their coconut cream pie need some help though. It was really thin and not a real coconut flavor. I have had thick pies for the price of theirs, it was a little disappointing. Other than that the prices are about average.

My sister and I stopped in for some good ole southern BBQ when she was here to visit me and she was not disappointed!! We loved the food, the sauces are excellent and the owners are very welcoming. 💯 recommend, in fact we are heading there now with my husband. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Five Star diner.

(3.5Northwest Arkansas, including this area of SW Missouri, has some outstanding restaurants but the BBQ is average at best outside of two locations. This isn’t one of them. As others have mentioned the ladies here are awesome, the shack is cool (you’d expect it to be one of those amazing hole-in-the-wall joints... not so muchbut they don’t know how to pull the most out of their pit. This seems to be par for the course, no discernible dry rub, dry meats and lack of smoke. Still Bubba’s is as good or better than many but the food truck down the road betters them considerably.

Was not impressed. We stopped in of if some night reviews from friends and a love for good BBQ.Ordered a couple different kinds of meat, but was not impressed as there was no real flavor or the great BBQ taste.The ladies working were awesome and friendly, the building itself lacked in appearance and was cramped and in need of some TLC. Might try it again but for now this was our first and only visit.

This is REAL BBQ folks! Not many places left serving up real pit smoked brisket and ribs, and they do it right. And to boot, real cut fries and homemade onion rings. Nothing frozen here, all fresh food. Good honest people. I’ll be back for more!

Ive seen this spot the last three times I was in Arkansas. Its right on the Missouri Arkansas wine just about. So this time I made it a point to stop in and try their barbecue. The place looks like a little BBQ Shack from the outside but when you step inside its like a rustic mountain cabin. The food smells absolutely amazing. After placing my to-go order I was offered a sample of one of their Famous Ribs. Let me say I cant wait to get home and eat where Ill probably write a second review. All too often people complain about the negatives this time I want to focus on the positive. The positive being the amazing BBQ Im getting ready to devour!!! Stop in and get you some.😉
