The place is the best. Ive bought both of my cars there and Ive never had an issue. I get all of my service work there and there only. Sure its a little more pricy than other places but, they do quality work and have never let me down.

Comfortable waiting area with complimentary coffee. I miss the pop they used to have available pre pandemic. Sometimes, a coffee just isn’t what I’m wanting but I am thirsty and do not have change for the pop machine.

My warranty on engine, transmission and drive axels NEVER EXPIRES. As long as I own the vehicle and I can count on them. Thats such a huge relief. I purchased the extended warranty too and now I feel secure that if anything goes wrong due to no fault of my own, it will be covered.
They play poker in the service department. I dont want to say they lie so Ill call it bluffing. The only problem I had was a bad key for my ignition. By the time they got to fix it with a estimate of 200$ they tried to bluff me into a 700 $ repair. I own 3 Honda Elements and knew already the problem before a sevice guy pretended bluffed me into a big fix that was only a 10$ key.I didnt fall for it.And if you are at all aware about them dont take a bicycle to these pokerstars.

Let me start by saying Ive always been a Toyota person but this year has been a challenging year to find a new/used (almost newToyota sienna. Its nearly impossible. So me and my wife decided to check out a Honda Odyssey in which I call the "Hotyssey" lol. The salesman Barry met at the door at 9am sharp with smile on his face ready to assist us with any questions we may have. After we asked to drive a pre-owned certified Odyssey Barry went and grabbed the van to bring it up front to show us how all the bells and whistles work. Needless to say, we are proud to say we are happy to own a 2020 Honda Odyssey EX-L. The paperwork went flawlessly and we were ready to leave within the hour. And to top it off Barry took it down to the gas station to make sure we left with a full tank to cruise around in our new ride. Buckeye Honda you have earned yourself a customer for life. Buckeye Honda has been great to me. I bought my car from them, and its been the most reliable car Ive ever owned, and I go to them for regular service.The staff are always friendly and always clearly explain their recommendations and always try to find ways to save me money. The last time I went in, they rigged up a repair for the splash guard under my car until the part came in, and did it for free. And it was done so well, they said just to get the full job done next time I get my oil changed.And their waiting room has WiFi, coffee, and outlets so I can hang out there and get things done. Im very satisfied.
Bought my 2022 Ridgeline at Buckeye. Great experience, no pressure and actually enjoyed the experience. It’s a bad time to have to buy a new vehicle but if you must Buckeye Honda Lancaster is the place to go!
Took my car here for the first time to get an alignment and it’s the worst one yet the tow was Was still out I had to take it somewhere else to get an alignment. Whoever did that alignment should not be working on cars . Just saying . I won’t be back

I don’t leave reviews. This might literally be my first one but I had a ridiculous experience with this service department. I took my vehicle in about 2 months ago because the alarm was going off randomly and all the lights on the dash were flashing. They told me it was the start/stop switch and replaced it. It was under my extended warranty so all good. Except that didn’t fix the issue. The alarm went off all night long randomly a couple days ago. So I called them to get it back in. When I checked with the service advisor today they told me that the battery and alternator checked out just fine again and there were no codes for the issue even though this time the car dash was specifically flashing that the issue was with the charging system. I told them nevermind and took my car back and went to my normal family mechanic. The new mechanic shop plugged in their scanner and had codes like crazy all related to the charging issue and my battery was completely dead and alternator had a sensor that had also blown. It was all right there in the computer. Why Honda refused to actually do the work and check my car is beyond me but I won’t be going back.
We just leased a 2022 Honda CRV from Justin Lehner and were totally pleased with the whole experience. Justin was very patient with my not being able to make a decision🤣 Ive had it a week and love everything about it...the visibility out of front and back windows, all the safety features, and totally enjoy driving it. I always have red cars but none were available so we got the new Sonic Grey Pearl and have had a lot of compliments. Will be back in April, 2025 but already told Justin he has to have me a red one available!!
took my car in on on February 25, 2022 reference number#2677871. due to I kept leaking coolant out, so I thought I will get a diagnostic test ran it will tell me everything wrong with the car, the test said that I needed a new water pump, new thermostat new drive belt and transmission cooler line. I had to leave my car over night for a part to be ordered, no big deal right. I picked my car up the next day drive it home and did not leave again until Thursday afternoon when I noticed a huge coolant puddle on the ground so i opened up my hood and seen my coolant was completely empty again. So I took it back to the shop, March 3rd 2022. reference number # 2678227 the did yet another test and said that the new water pump that they just stuck in must of malfunction and i needed yet another one. It was all done for free since I had just paid to do it the week before. When I went to go pick up my car they gave me a new invoice telling me other things wrong with my car. Now my issue is that when I brought up that I just had a diagnostic test done by them days before I had asked why it wasnt reported on the paper they gave me saying the head gasket needed replaced, as well as 2 spark plugs. The mechanic told me to my face that once he found the water pump leaking he stopped looking. So to me this says you either dont care to do your job correctly or you plain dont care about the customers either way I tried to find the President of the company mr. gerald spires, and ceo mr timothy spires, or even general managment brett conrad emails so I could submit my complaint to them instead of having to blast it all over the internet. To me something should be done. this is crazy that I now have to spend more money on a problem that should have been brought to my attention the first time of bringing my vehicle in when I had the diagnostic test ran to begin with. Isnt that the whole point of having that test done?! I do not recommend them if your going to have a diagnostic testing done.
I drove 2 hours and just bought a new Accord from Corbin. He helped me out in this crazy car market and I am very happy with my experience and the outcome. I would definitely recommend them.

Bought a used car from them. The low tire pressure light was on the day I got it. They proceeded to bilk me for a couple hundred dollars to fix a bad "sensor". Within days had a flat tire. Avoid buying used cars here.Will not be getting my business in the future.

Tammy was absolutely awesome with helping me pick out my new car. drove over 40 minutes from Columbus to get a simple oil change on the Civic I purchased there earlier this year. Upon receiving my vehicle back my display is completely bugged out even after passing their multi-point inspection and I was told there is not much they can do to help other than have me make another 40 minute drive back to Lancaster. I have bought both of my vehicles there and been going for service for nearly 10 years and they continue to lower the bar each time. Extremely disappointed would be an understatement.

Buckeye Honda was top notch. We purchased new a 2001 Honda Ridgeline. Big credit to Aaron the internet sales manager. From start to finish he answered all our questions promptly and politely. The process was stress free and easy. We had never leased a vehicle but knew we wanted to consider that option. He quoted us prices of financing it outright vs leasing. He gave us his best prices and ultimately we went with a lease. He went over the prices of certain options as well. There was no BS like other dealers. He took the time to go over things right over the phone. Because this we never even looked anywhere else . Then we set up a appointment where Aaron and Jarrod met us at the door with a friendly smile. Jarrod works in sales as well. He was very professional and answered any questions. Last was to finish the sale with Sean in the financial department which he was just a professional as the rest of the team. They are very friendly and know your making a big purchase. For every Honda vehicle that Ive owned (3 of themI have only ever taken them to Buckeye Honda for service. Each and every time I take a vehicle there it is such a simple and easy process. I come in, tell them I have a service scheduled, they tell me how long they think it will take for the service and how much it should cost. They will also notify me immediately if something comes up during the service that could potentially cost me more and wait for my approval before moving forward with the change in service. I live about 3 minutes from Lindsey Honda and Ive *tried* to take my vehicle there once before but it was such an awful experience that from now on Id rather drive the 20-25 minutes just to get the service done with Buckeye Honda. Ive never personally dealt with the technicians but the staff that helps you when you pull into the service area are always courteous and seem to have your best interest in mind. They never try to upsell services, only recommend them. They take no for an answer and dont try to be pushy about getting a recommended service done. All of these elements go a long way in how stress free and smooth the service goes.
Great service from the staff. They offer financing options to get the necessary maintenance done. They keep you updated on your car and even will text your phone so you can reach out to the service tech while you wait. I know that I can trust Buckeye Honda to get the maintenance done accurately with out the bull I have had with other car maintenance places, and wont push their service on you. They are honest and upfront about anything that you should consider getting fixed in the near future.

I did my comparison car shopping and "test driving" online, so when I was ready to buy I knew what I wanted. I called around to various Honda dealerships and, since Buckeye was the closest, I went there first. I called ahead to make sure the vehicle I wanted was there and, when I intentionally visited the lot when they were closed, I could not find the vehicle. Hmmm. Ill chalk it up to a communications problem. I walked the lot a bit and found the same model and trim, only a 2021 in an attractive and somewhat unique color. I kept the appointment the next day, got a satisfactory trade-in and price, and bought the car. So a happy ending. The staff did a great job, they stay in touch and followup. Jessica was able to answer my questions about all the state of the art electronic wizardry that describes the newest Accord. My only sadness is that Honda discontinued the manual transmission for 2021. After 45 years of stirring my gears, the 10 speed auto will take some getting used to.

If you are looking to buy a car, new or used GO TO BUCKEYE HONDA!!!April 2016, my now wife purchased her first car at Buckeye where the finance group and Chris Barlow sat patiently and walked us through everything we need to know not pressing us to make any decisions we were uncomfortable with. She left with her brand new car because of this.November 2018, I was in the market for a civic and had a horrible experience up in Westerville, I asked if they had it in red and got a long drawn out reason why it would be hard to find. I left and had remembered that I had Chris’s phone number. Called Chris Barlow, and he answered the phone asking how things were going and how he can help, said what I was looking for he replied “yup we have it, I’ll hang onto it till you come down tomorrow”. He came in on a day off to sell me the car, to discuss my questions and ensure I was comfortable making this decision. I wouldn’t consider myself easy to work with, at all. Chris took his time stepping me through everything I need to know and do to purchase the car and we ended up closing the sale together.The finance team and manager at Buckeye Honda were incredible too, doing everything they could to ensure that both the buyer (meand seller (buckeyewere taken care of in the deal. Amazing customer service!!! I was able to get a 2017 Hyundai Accent even though I had a bankruptcy a year prior and less than perfect credit. Id never think Id ever have something this new or nice with my credit but they made it work
