Best Mexican food Ive had in years. The quesabirria tacos with birria broth are incredible! Quaint, quiet place with excellent service and phenomenal food. Were looking forward to our next meal there.

The restaraunt is very clean! The emplpyee that was working was very polite and the service was quick getting my food. I ordered the pazole and it was delicious! I highly recommend eating at this place if you are in the area!

Food is at a low quality been to most of the Mexican restaurants in eureka ca. this one was a bummer, food with no taste waitress was good quality of food taste sucked sorry for the bad review but it was it was no wonder this building has gone through so many different Mexican restaurants with no long term quality ownership

Its not right to serve a dish containing seafood without a citrus wedge as garnish, this includes burritos. Even if it were just carne asada I would want that included, but with something containing seafood its an especially bad oversight. If they cant keep lime or lemon in stock to serve as a garnish they should probably just eliminate all seafood from the menu. I noticed the flour tortilla used for my burrito was of poor quality. It was a little stale, I think. The tortilla chips were average, but would probably benefit from being heated before being served. The chicken tacos dorado were especially terrible. Besides being bad tasting and dry, it had the worst chicken broth served alongside it. It tasted like sour *raw* chicken juice. Guacamole was flavorless. I also found it a little strange how you have to ask for a hot sauce and there are none on the table other than the sauce that comes with the chips when dining in. An unfortunate restaurant experience. I was ill after I ate here and it caused me to vomit.

I enjoyed the atmosphere, the music selection of new artists, the churros, the sope/gorditas, and the service. Excellent experience. Ask for the pickled red onions.

I got the mole burrito. The mole itself was not great. No chips or salsa were given with our order.

Worst service ever. Sat there on my birthday for an hour and a half and they didn’t even start cooking our order - a very basic one at that.

Absolutely revolting slop.The "regular burrito" was a sour, soupy mess. Inedible.Nachos were stale and overcooked. Hard cheese.And the other thing we ordered was... not what we ordered.

Ordered combo #6. Asked for crispy tacos. Taco burnt thrown in pan not even close to crispy. 1215 lunchtime. Food was hot though. 15 minute wait.

Everything Ive had from here has been great. Theres a homemade flavor to it all. I just wish the atmosphere was different, but hey! I go for the food!

The food was okay, my mom waited an hour for a burrito and Chile Reyeno, for the burrito I asked for extra sour cream and extra cheese, if this is how "extra" is then Id hate to get a regular, my mom got a Chile Reyeno and only got one when usually you get two, and we paid almost 40$ the only thing that was good with our order was the horchata

Very great tasting food!!! One of my favorite local Mexican restaurants in Humboldt. Their Cajun shrimp and crab is to die for. The marinated sauce that goes with it is very flavorful and it goes just well with the crab and shrimp. I asked for a half order and they were more than happy to do that for me! Perfect for 2 people!! Staff is very kind and restaurant is clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend

Worse salsa I have had, and the refried beans were watery abd had green olives in it?I can not comment on the rest of the food, I left when the chips were stale and the salsa was junk

Will go there again tortillas are freshly made and the food was all good. I would have given them a 5 star but the chips arent fresh. Everything else was perfect. Enjoy

Tortillas and chips were yummy but the service was crazy slow and lacked attention. Food was just ok and they gave us an adult dish for my toddler--? That just seemed like an oversight thing-- again lack of attention overall by wait staff.Food was just ok.

Wow!! Homemade tortillas, decent portions, kind customer service, and the BEST darn grilled veggie burrito one ask for. I added sour cream & guacamole which is worth the extra charge. Both my friend and I agreed it was our new favorite mexican place in Eureka. Cant wait to try more. I hope they continue to make yummy, quality and affordable food!!

Todo fresco y delicioso.Everything was fresh. We had chicken Mole and the Cajun prawns served with corn and slices of Cajun potatoes sooo good !!!I will definitely be back.

Shredded beef was great. The portions where generous and price was very reasonable. Definitely will be back. Refried beans salsa and chips for starters was awesome.

Great to find a Mexican restaurant serving some less typical dishes on the menu with very local offerings and an extensive seafood and vegetarian menu. I had the fried mojarra. The meat of the fish was tender and moist and the skin crispy and flavorful - a lot of fish for just $10. Also had the shrimp taco which was bursting with nicely sauteed shrimp for just $3. My wife had the spinach enchiladas and thoroughly enjoyed. You even get warm bean dip with your chips and the staff are very friendly and attentive.

Great service, very flavorful food (shredded beef tacos were delicious!). Menudo (white or redavailable all week along with pozole and albondigas. Great portions.Chips, salsa ans refried beans served if you dine in.

So glad these folks have opened. Theyre offering some unique and delicious dishes from Mexicos state of Sinaloa. Tried two dishes, the huarache and the squash (yes, they have a squash main dish!because I had never found either on a menu before. Both were well above average and good size portions - gave me two nights dinners. Even the re-fried beans were above average. Excellent new restaurant, family-owned too.
