Pickup order wasn’t finished for 30 mins past the time they gave me. Then when I got home we discovered we were missing an appetizer and sides, and most of the food was cold.
Great place, we go on Thursday for bogo boneless wings. Great staff.
DO NOT GET TAKEOUT HERE. Its a joke. Never fail to screw up. I mean cmon, it says right on the ticket. Not to mention the 35 mins late it was. Once maybe but 7 times in a row? Youd think Id learn.

Waiter was more worried about hitting on the 4guys next to us than doing his job .I almost walked out without paying because it took an extremely long time to get food drinks ,and appetizers.wont be going back anytime soon.
My carry out order was supposed to be ready at 5:10. At 5:15 pm they said it would be 15-30 minutes. I received my food at 5:48 pm . I wasnt offered a discount or anything. The boy doing the carry outs was very sweet, and apologized often. No manager came out to talk to any of us.
Showed up to pick up order at 2 Sunday...not busy, but still waited 10mins for hostess to come hand me a takeout order that was in a warmer right where I was waiting to be helped. Maybe next time Ill just grab it myself, since I paid online already.
Very slow due to lack of servers, food was good, prices in line with competition.

Typical BWW food and atmosphere, but not a great selection of beer on tap. The wait staff were polite but always on the run because they were short-handed. Not much else to do on a weeknight when youre from out of town, so this was a good place to hangout with friends.

My first time here. I will not come back!! I ordered boneless wings and onion wings. Both items were horrible tasting and barely warm!!! YUCK!!!!
This was the worst food in my near 65 year life. First the modifications were totally mixed up. If you are going to have them learn to follow them. Second the site will not let me in to cancel my payment information. Even my dog wasnt excited about eating any.
We were never greeted by hostess. Even called and told the hostess that four different groups of people were there waiting to be seated. She still didnt come out and greet us. All the groups of people ended up leaving..
Dont come here of you plan on eating within the next 2 days. Cheese dip came out rock hard as well, an hour later.
Very clean and prompt, yeah no issues with food or drinks and we had a great time with the server!
Pretty busy but our server kept her cool, bless her heart lol.Got the dorito wings and my god, they were so delicious but MAN were they hot!!

This place was packed. With it being so busy the service was not quite there. We got seated right away but took over an hour to get our food. Food was excellent, no complaints there. If you see this place packed you might want to avoid it for now.
We couldnt get in because of short staff!! plenty of tables available but couldnt turn them over. 20 minute wait but we had 25 people in front of us

The food is not very good anymore. I am not sure what is going on. The food used to be fantastic. Now it is cold and a lot of times messed up when you get it.Do not order pickup. Last time I ordered pickup I placed my order over the phone 2 hours before I needed it. They called 5 minutes past when it was supposed to be ready to ask if I had picked up my order yet. I told them no I am on my way. I got there and my food was not ready. I was told it should be 15 to 20 minutes before it is ready. Then I get my food and my order is not right. My nachos dont have any chicken on them. I asked the kid if they no longer put chicken on the nachos. His response was I guess not. I left went out to my truck and tried one. It was so cold and soggy and the wings were very old. I went back in and asked for a manager. Explained what happen so he remade them so I had to wait another 15 minutes for them to be wrong again. I left I was not dealing with it again.
Placed an online order at 6:15 and was told it would be ready by 7:00. I got there at 7 and was told it wasn’t ready yet. I said I would wait. 45 minutes later the employee told me she was going to reprint my receipt so the kitchen could start my food. The only thing the manager said was “I’m sorry. I understand if you don’t want to wait.” Did absolutely nothing to try to fix the situation or make it right with the customer. Will not be retuning.Edit: “making it right” consist of giving me 1750 reward points
We were driving through and stopped here. Our waiter chance was absolutely amazing. His smile lit up the whole room and he sat and chatted with us. He was absolutely amazing and the food was amazing. Will come back again just for chance as our waiter.
This place was not very friendly. They had horrible service as well as a long wait. We waited for 15 min to get out order and 20 just for someone to receive our bill. The waiter was horrible And never asked how our food was. She took forever and was very roof and snappy. DO not recommend.
Our food was wrong! Server wasnt bad but instead of excuses maybe check the food before you bring it out!
They have great food and the waiters are very nice and considerate. I also liked it because they keep it clean
5 stars cause I was eating with my favorite person in this world and food just tastes better that way. They do have buffalo cauliflower now as an alternative and it is delicious. This is a must try not a suggestion!!
We came in around noon. Was told there was only 1 server working. We decided to stay anyway. Turned out great. The hostess and bartender helped the server. We got our food in a timely manner and it was fresh and good. There didnt seem to be a shortage of staff! Great job guys.
Not the same. Poor service out of everything. Didnt show one of the biggest fights. On boxing night. Lots of ppl was disappointed. Your a sport bar come on now due better
Food was cold , told 45 min waited an hour an half food was not good , cold fries overcooked hard as a rock chicken was not good at all cheese curds not good at all burger had enough Mayo for 12 different burgers bun was soggy like dropped in bucket of water onion rings were not crunchy they to were soggy . Paid 36 dollars for a McDonalds dollar menu quality will NOT be getting from there again . An customer service was .....2 out of 10 no smiles no apologies for the wait . Wings etc. By FAR better in every aspect . WOULD NOT 🚫 recommend buffalo wild wings.
UPDATE: called the number on this review and they asked many questions and pretty much made it sound like I didn’t know what food poisoning was and that the 5 of us from all different homes all ate something else that made us sick. Also will mention we are healthcare workers we are aware of the symptoms of food poisoning . No one called and followed up with me on this or my co worker.OUR management team ordered wings yesterday from this location for lunch. They did not give us all the food we ordered and when one of our managers went to pick up food no one even acknowledged her for awhile. Last night all 5 of us ended up getting sick . Very disappointed .
Placed a carry out order online for the BOGO. Didnt receive the correct amount of wings for one order, but by the time I got to my destination, it was to late to turn around and go back. So one of my coworkers did not get her food.Also, I got food poisoning soon after eating my wings.Update, when I came in for work today (the day afterI spoke to my coworkers, and they too felt very ill with severe abdominal pains.10-18-2021: I still have not seen a resolution with this incident. I was given the run around by their customer service team. In general, this is very disappointing.
Good food! Bad staff. They are all rude and mean to people. There is no manger up in the bar . the Wait staff were sitting at the hostess station. While there is costumers waiting for their food. Kitchen manger name mavric is rude to his kitchen staff. And some make fun on other employees. Bad for BUSINESS
Arrived at 11 pm but were refused seating even though they closed at midnight. Had to wait a long for anyone to take our take out order. My wifes wings had little sauce on them. My chicken wrap sandwich was tasty. Ate our food in our car in the parking lot.
At the time, I left there disappointed. Thinking back, it was a pretty bad experience. The chicken nachos did not have chicken on it, and the boneless chicken wings, were cold. When I pointed this out to the waitress, she asked if I wanted to order something else. I didnt want something else, just the food I ordered done correctly and hot. She then offered to get me some chicken that I could add to the nachos. By the time I got that, the nachos were soggy but still tasty. She seemed very distracted during any of our interactions. After receiving the bill, waiting 9 minutes while I watched her play on her phone at a side table, I went to the bar to pay my bill. The server came up to me and let me know I was to pay her. I understand that most businesses are having trouble getting staff, so its hard to leave just two stars, but comparing to other places Ive been at the last 2 weeks, it seems like a fair rating.
Every time Ive eaten here, it has always been a disappointment but the menu items are the reason Ive come back. That, and theres really not many other options in Sturgis. Last night was the last straw for me though. At least 45 minute wait for our food(2 people who only ordered wings, brisket tacos and chicken wrapafter waiting 30 minutes to be seated. My wrap was cold and hard, along with the chicken yet the wings were warm... obviously the wrap just sat there until the simple wings were done? Same went for the other persons order, tacos were cold and hard and the brisket was dry and cold. Our waiter, cant remember his name but he was the big tall guy, was the only good part of our experience. Worst experience Ive had here, out of many, and left completely dissatisfied and with $80 less in my pocket.
Went three times now thinking it might have just been a bad experience but it was definitely the same all three times . Waited an hour for food , had to bug whoever walked by for drinks, food was cold by the time we got it so we waited again for boxes and checks so we could go home and warm up the food . Pretty sure the kitchen doesn’t make cold food so I have to believe it just sat there forever getting cold and we had the same service from the same server all three times so we won’t be going back.
Service honestly is not good unless youre someone who works there, and are a regular. They seem to be more worried about certain ones rather then all the tables. Went for dinner on 5/28. Got seated at the table next to the bar and apparently the trash.. Waitress were loud, and there conversation were not appropriate for a 6 year old to hear.. We got drinks 35 minutes after ordering them. Took another 20 for her to ask about appetizers. 45 minutes for the waitress to ask about ordering. Food finally came out 30 minutes later (which was gross and cold.Not to mention how long it took for a refill. Half of the time. The waitress was no where to be found, so I couldnt tell her anything. Will not be a returning customers.
You only get helped if your a regular. Food came out cold, chicken was over cooked, I asked for coleslaw and they gave me the spring mix with no coleslaw dressing. That was pretty much a salad. I didnt eat it, I said theres no coleslaw dressing on it, I was nice about it but she gave an attitude. I still had to pay for it and they didnt even ask if I wanted something else or ask for a refill on a drink. It wasnt busy or else I would understand. But they made sure to refill the regulars drinks repeatedly. Even after I asked her for another drink. I asked for mozzarella sticks and they were frozen in the middle. Some of the staff here are great but not that night. A friend of mine asked for a Buffalo Mac and the "chicken" on the Mac was cold and didnt have any chicken inside of it, it was basically all breadcrumb. I usually love the Buffalo macs but I wouldnt have recommended it to anyone if I knew that they would just use old, cold, left over chicken.
Tonight I was disappointed. My waitress was amazing she did a great job, no complaints when it looks like she’s the only waitress working. My problem is as a manager of a restaurant myself, I hate seeing employees stand around on there phone leaning over the counter while everyone else is working. And unfortunately that’s what I saw at this establishment tonight. Message to management: STOP ALLOWING BELOW STANDARDS BEHAVIOR. I really hope they get this under control or I can see this location really failing. And please reach out to me if you need more information
It got 2 stars because the girl that took my order was GREAT! Thats the only part that was great. The wings were dry and over cooked. The lemon pepper rub was sprinkled on like someone was afraid I had a sodium problem, and the honey BBQ sauce they put on the boneless wings was just a suggestion. This was a Tuesday night... do better.
Seating was fast but we waited 1 1/2 hours for our food. When it was brought to our table our wings didn’t have sauce and we were missing our dipping sauces. We ordered the house sampler, an appetizer, to wait 1 1/2 hours and then for it to come back to our table wrong. We ordered bottle beer and that took 15 minutes to come to our table, the waitress told us they had made them draft and realized they made them wrong so they would re-circulate our order...for beer you could just pull out of the cooler/fridge. When we asked the waitress what was going on we were told “the kitchen must be behind or something.” Worst experience when it come to Bdubs. A group of 6 people walled in and no one greeted them, the servers were just standing around so the group walked out. As someone that works in the customer service industry I would hate for my employees to leave this kind of impression on our customers.
The greeters where great. Immediately sat me to a table very pleasant and grabbed my drinks asap. My server may have been having an off day she was very slow and definitely didnt make it to my table very often. I had to go get drinks a few times.... The food was fine, again it had some things that were requested not to be on it. The manager didnt seem to be around.
First of all, the waitstaff was outstanding. Attentive, but not overly attentive. Friendly. My issue is with (and this is a small complaintthe dip sauces to me are a little strong. I was given i think 3-4 dip choices and every one I chose tasted strong. Overly flavored. Over all my experience there was good, but if you order an entree with a choice of dip sauces, they may taste strong, overpower the chicken taste.
Service was really really slow today. Had a pick up order scheduled for 11:40, finally got the food around 11:50. This is not one of th Buffalo Wild Wings locations that we frequent, so I cant say if this is common or not. As for the food, it was well prepared and made as we ordered. We wouldnt hesitate to come back to this location were we in the area again.
The food was good - once we got it. 40 minutes to get a simple dinner. Our waiter told us it was 90 minutes the night before.😤 Ordered the super sampler and a chicken wrap. Good, but not worth the wait.
Sluggish service despite there being only a few people dining, but the staff was friendly and kept our drinks full while the cooks made some pretty tasty food. Our server made sure to check in with us to make sure everything was going good.
The worst service Ive ever experienced. My boyfriend and I went there for dinner last Sunday. The waiter got our drinks and took our order. After that everything went down hill from there. We got our food 50 minutes later, then the order was all wrong. When we went to flag down the waiter, he ignored us. My boyfriend had to chase him down just to tell us that they are short staffed. Didnt apologize or try to make it right. We both left the place upset. We will never eat here again!!
