Carley is the best! Needed a temp tag for my car and She made it painless. They are friendly and fast! If I were from Ohio I would do all my car business here!

I would say -100 stars. Instructor woman was very rude and failed my son on jis test. Said he was straddling lanes when my vehicle wont even let you. It pulls you into your lane. I wish we didnt have to go back but we do. Hopefully have a different instructor.

Failed me because she ASSUMED I did something wrong (even though she realized I was right). I should have gotten my license but she was not in the mood and She said I failed but said it’s only cuz she assumed stuff, so I’m upset and I need things fixed!! NOW. Her name was Jots or something she didn’t say ANYTHING not even her name; and even gave wrong directions and I tried to tell her reasoning rlly respectfully but she said I did it wrong even though it was HER FAULT!! Fix this

Worst I have ever been to. If you call or look on web site one list of requirements for paperwork, when you get there list of documents is completely different, fees are also different. I did contact Columbus and they said that this location is privately owned like most location in the state and can add fees. Best way is to do what you can on line threw BMV website.
Ive been dealing with this office since september amd they always give the run around on why things cant be done. Carrie (who states she is THE supervisor at this locationis extremely rude and even hun up on me multiple times when i was trying to figure out how to go about getting a temporary tag for my vehicle after moving to Ohio from Pennsylvania. I have never dealt with a more rude person in the customer service field. Every review on here about that Carrie character is correct. Absolutely the worst experience (and Ive dealt with the DMV/BMV in several states. I will definitely travel further for any future services needed.

Signed in online. Got there 15 minutes early before opening time. Used the kiosk to alert them I was there. First one in and done in 7 minutes.Shawna was a pleasure to talk to. She answered all my questions. Great experience!
It wouldve been nice to know from this website everything they will need from me to get a new license before l drive out there and stand in line for over an hour

This place is a joke. They had to fax papers into the state and when they got their response they made me take a second number and wait after at least 12 people who came after me. Go to Calcutta they are much more efficient and considerate.
Meghan and Shawna were so sweet they went above and beyond. Super fast service and very friendly !!
I would give ZERO stars if i could! The owner and manager Carrie, are very unpleasant, condescending female dogs. I highly advise going to calcuta or canfield BMV
My son was doing his driving test and they failed him because he went through a green light that turned yellow halfway through!!!!

My mother and father were there on November 13th. My father is on oxygen and he had 3 strokes and has a very hard time writing. My mother was helping him fill out the papers and a young blond, told my mother that she isnt allowed to help fill out his paperwork, (she didnt sign his name on anythingshe was just helping him put his address and answer the questions. She got very rude and my father got upset and was confused at why she couldnt help him. He barely got through the questions with his writing and comprehension damaged from his stroke. You guys need to help people and not make them feel horrible that they need help with filling paper work out. She never signed his name.. she was helping him with all the questions. I hope that you never have to do this for a loved one and end up getting some rude woman tell you that, "he had to fill out everything on his own!" The other people had to have heard her rudeness and I hope she gets corrected quickly that what she did was incredibly rude and unkind.
No matter how well prepared you think you are, there will always be some seemingly unnecessary and obscure step you forgot to take that will delay any services you expect to receive at this place, and you will have to make a second trip, or third trip back. I have never once had an experience at this BMV where I have gotten what I needed on the first try. They have always been inefficient about everything. The communication is terrible. They often forget to tell you a crucial aspect about what you need so by the time you come back the second time, you still can’t get the services you came for. The customer service is really lacking as well. Very frustrating experiences all around.
They mess up your license plates and expect you to drop what your doing and come back so they can fix it. If you can’t come in right away they just cancel your plates.

I went to the BMV to get a plate for my new trailer. I brought certificate of origin from the manufacturer that was photo copied. The photo copy was all I received from the dealership. The store manager would not accept it and said I need the original copy. I went to the Salem BMV and they had no problem giving me plates. Salem assured me that the photo copied version was legal and followed Ohios guide lines .

They gave me a temp tag. Bcs the title office could not read a pa title .Small print says .An employee of an issuing agent as a vehicle dealer by the Pennsylvania state board of vehicle manufactures, dealers and salespersons may verify a persons signature in lieu of motorization.So why did the title office tell me it had to have a stamp. And they could not issue me the title at that time.??? The workers in the title office dont even know what to do!!!!So I have to drive a fourth time and spend more gas and time to make sure they do their job right . Damn the ignorant unsure licenced office staff
