Burger King in Orleans County

Ordered eggnormus burrito meal, $8.39...then they add $1.49 for a drink. Dont you think a drink would be included in a Meal? So thats $9.88 for a meal. And the menu board had it at $7.39 for a "meal" ... straight up crooks. The guy at the counter didnt seem to bothered by it when I mentioned it.

Ordered sausage breakfast sandwiches and when I got home 1 was sausage and 1 was no sausage. Please pay more attention to how an order is made

Went to Medina BK around 3:30 pm today and I was very impressed with the team work of the crew that was working during my visit. The young woman at the counter was delightful, friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be visiting again very soon !!!

Not all BKs are created equal some use fresh ingredients like the one in Wellsville and some like the one near me dont.

To much salt on frys. Drive thur is the fastest in lockport if you are in a hurry.

Today was freaking awesome. She was SOOOO excited when we drove by!!! The King was outside waving to cars on Maple Ridge Road. We did an immediate U turn (thank you McDonalds 🤣🤣🤣and are currently enjoying a cold drink and a cheeseburger in the AC. He is here till 7.

Prices are high. $23 for 2 people. 2 burgers, 2 chicken sandwiches, 2 small drinks. Could have gone to a real restaurant for the same money.

The kids meal..Chicken nuggets we not eatable.

Trying to keep fast food as cheap as possible, this is the place to go. Biggest bang for your buck if you want something quick and cheap.

Always gotta wait in the parking lot after u order and pay cant get your food in the drive thru window always waiting

Restaurant was clean and looked recently upgraded inside. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food came quickly was up to my expectations.

Flag has been at half mast for over a year. Now it is torn and shredded. Digraceful. Should be ashamed.

It would really be nice if they could serve you what you ordered.

Jan 31st, only 3☆ bcz it was NOT ♿ accessible tonight due to snow & ice buildup blocking sidewalk entry to get into building.4☆Service was very kind, caring & friendly. Also, accurate order, made quickly & cooked right, despite busy dinnertime drive thru. Good food. Clean dining room with seating-type options, video gaming consoles & "fireside" (though not turned onseating with entertaining TV video programming. Good place for spending spare time.

Curbside app doesnt work for this location. Which is ok because this location is hit or miss. You could show up order for 5 people and get your fast food fast.You could show up and order a single whopper. Be asked to park out front. Wait 15 minutes. And when you get home the whopper is not correct.It gets 3 stars because its food. Its BK and for the most part you know what its going to taste like.

Normally good food. Today the chicken sandwich roll was almost burnt and the crispy fries were obviously old and heated up. Thrown out.. definitely disappointed.

Went there today they messed up my order and there was bugs everywhere they had ants crawling around the trash and fruit flys and stink bugs in there straws just a nasty visit if I would have seen all the bugs before I paid I wouldn’t have stayed just nasty

When I asked about the spicy chicken sandwich on the value menu the guy said, "I think your thinking of McDonalds. Then corrected his self. Was also shorted a bacon double cheese burger and large fry that I paid for.

Normally this location in Medina, NY food is fine with acception of overly salty fries however today was just gross. Fries are so gross that they literally made me spit it out in reaction. They arent close to being edible due to being so undercooked, soggy, salty, and old.....its just some fries but some awful fries I wouldnt give to a starving person let alone a paying customer. Cmon now lets be better**UPDATE 10/23/21 3:30pm EST**--added 2 burger photos from trip 2 give em another chance today...ended with less money and not a single bite or piece of edible food!!MY RANT; Horrible service, horrible food, all happened in last year prior to that I frequented and would recommend but in the last year or so its taken a drastic turn for the bad. Each successive trip has ended worst and worst with this being the final laugh on me. Burgers so old and hard you wouldnt eat let alone ponder feeding it to your animals. Fries are always mix match of soggy 2 day old grossness to massively over-salted fresh outta the fryer undercooked messes. Whichever way you slice I would highly recommend avoiding this location until they show drastic changes and improvements! This will be the last time I pay them for something I cant eat let alone want to touch after how old and gross it is. SAD 😥

Normally love it here, but the service has gone way down hill due to lack of employees. The woman didnt give us straws, she forgot to return my debit card, she put ice in our drinks when I asked for no ice then said my payment was rejected. I pulled up my bank app and it showed that I was charged, which I showed her, but she said shed have to run it again. Then, as I was driving away my kids noticed that they didnt give us part of the order, though they charged us for it. Just feel badly for these places, they must be so overwhelmed.

Ive been going to this Burger King for soo long and let me tell you today I had the best Whopper I have had in years. EXCELLENT they must have a new chef but he/she deserves a promotion.

Burger king in Medina NY. The crispy chicken sandwich, the chicken was like eating rubber, I couldnt bit into it! First time I ever had this happen.

Half of my order is wrong...and missing two large fries. Tryed calling no answer at 8:30 pm. New mangers or your under staffing is the problem.

They always give my family and I fresh good food. Medina and Albion BK are great 👍🏻

This place had dub par food compared to other bk and horrible management for yearsAnd a employee took a 50$ bill i handed to her with 2 ones $ - i ordered a $2 burger right before closing - and I was exhausted myself _so thinking it was a one dollar bill ( forgot I had my friends $50 bill in my purse to buy her onions from the muck- lol)and chatted me up st the drive thru to see if I knew then kept it as I called the next day as soon as they opened- the mgt blew me off for 6 months- never forget how low class the employees and management acted

Was ok except bathroom was dirty. And with covid-19 u think they be on top of cleaning it. Cashier was rude and so was other girl Then asked for a Buffalo sauce cause they forgot to add it to bag when they asked what sauce for the chicken fries and they tried to charge me for the sauce girl told me it be 1.00 for it when it should come with the chicken fries and 1.00 seriously for a lil tiny sauce i stay with McDonalds least they dont charge ya and they always give u couple sauces when u order.

2 whoppers for $6. One whopper had way less sauce then the other and tasted dry... otherwise good price for the food.

Food was good. Hot and fresh sandwiches and fries. Store was recently remodeled and looks great. Coke freestyle machines give you plenty if options and they even have some video game setup sort of thing for the kids. Id recommend.

I went there to try the impossible burger, and I have to say they did a very good job! Lots of fresh lettuce and tomato on the burger and the impossible party itself was good. You could barely tell that it wasnt actually meat. I would get the impossible burger again.

If I could rate 0 stars I absolutely would these trash a$$ people make my sandwich EVERY SINGLE TIME. I ask for a FRESH chicken jr with EXTRA mayo and a dot of mayo a sandwich colder than my refrigerator is definitely not what I asked for.

absolutely horrendous. my milkshake was handed to me half full and hardly blended with NO whipped cream when I asked for whipped topping. Never buying a milkshake here again. mc donalds woudlve never done me this dirty

The Burger King in Albion NY is much better than Medina . The food tastes fresher and not like it has been sitting around a while, like in Medina.

they had some good food specials. the eating area is cozy and they had some neat activities for kids there. Oh, the food was great(whopper & chicken sandwich!)

What can I say,its BK. As with many fast food restaurants orders get screwed up, which is annoying. I do not like the ordering kiosks and feel as if they short staff the place because of the kiosks. There were two girls working lunch time and orders were incorrect and slow. The food was fresh and as good as fast food can be

They never get any order right.i am so over this burger king. The girls are typically not nice, and then they never can handle either taking the order correctly or making it correctly. Pretty darned rediculous. This is definitely my last time going! From now on its McDonalds across the street when Im in a hurry for food.

Ridiculous. Lady at counter told me have to use kiosk if paying with card. There was no one in line. Said I will take my business elsewhere. She let me order but she had an attitude after. Sorry you have to work. My friend after me purchased a drink on his card after my order. She then slammed his cup down when giving it to him. They really need to rethink this ordering system. I can imagine some 80 year old man trying to order using kiosk.

New ordering system is nice if really busy but should be a choice, waited in line to be told I had to go back and use the machine. Not very friendly. Also, only got 2 tiny pieces of tomato and I paid extra for that. Plus the mayo didnt even make it half way accrossed the roll. Wont be returning, I work too hard for my money

Worst . BK. ever. Went thru the drive thru , ordered 2 meals and $1 to the charity they were pushing. Got to the window and were told they couldnt take cards. Only cash. We asked why they didnt tell us, they said they did. Funny how neither of us heard that. They proceeded then to be rude "yeah ok bye bye" as we were speaking to them. So we hand back the bags of food and went to McDonalds where we were treated to an accurate order and polite service for less $$. We wont make the BK mistake again. By the way, wouldnt a sign at the drive thru menu be a good idea if you cant accept cards instead of hoping your employees remember to tell customers? Just a thought.

Ordered my kids two double cheeseburger kid meals. They didnt get toys or a side so I went back to ask. I got sir you ordered two double cheeseburger meals so we cant help your crying kids unless you pay for the kid meals. Not going back.
