Burger King in Lake County

The burgers were cold. Service was marginal at best

I had the Impossible burger. Hard to tell the difference between a regular Whopper. The fries I had were hot and crispy.

I always get coke zero but it tastes like a splash of every soda they have… foods hot and fries crispy atleast

Always friendly and clean

I highly recommend the short ribs - everything we tried was really good though

Its Burger King. This location is pretty reliable at getting your order correct, that has to amount to something I suppose. This location participates in online ordering via their app.

Horrible service, the old lady at the register was really annoyed when I decided to order something extra and gave me attitude while giving me my food. This isn’t the first time it has happened. So disrespectful.

The workers had no clue how to use the app so I would get my points.

Like all businesses they are short staffed but it has not impacted the quality of the food and the friendliness of the colleaguesvwho work there. They are very friendly!

Food/ Orders are always right! I mostly use the Drive Thru and often asked if Id like to buy a cookie? And Id Love To, But Im Diabetic so even though U can order a diet Cola They dont have sugar free cookies.

The whopper they gave me was disgusting. They obviously werent paying attention to how much mayo or whatever they put on this burger, so faster than the speed of light, it becomes a soggy and LUKEWARM mess. Its not like Im about to not eat what I just spent money for.Never get a burger with condiments pre-applied, ever.

I came here on a not so busy time and I had to wait forever for my food.

Experience went from 3 to 5 due to the manager. Two weeks ago there was an issue. Today she resolved it and made me appreciate the effort and sincerity. Thank you!

Clean well within in social distancing nice deals.and short wait to get our larger order. I would easily.consider.returning

Easily 5/5 high class establishment, this restaurant brings fast food to a new octave.The restrooms here are cleaner then most 5 star restaurants, with exceptionally clean and welcoming dining areas. The music they play is always positive, upbeat and family friendly. I have noticed that everything is made to order, no food is left on standby -everything is always fresh. Speed of service is phenomenal with very caring, well trained employees in both the drive through and front counter area. Someone is always cleaning, and the employees are always well groomed with a professional appearance, with refreshingly positive attitudes. This is the most welcoming, well managed, clean and family friendly restaurant I have ever had the privilege to dine in.Management is astonishing to say the least, I have never seen a general manager care so much about her restaurant.Sets the bar very high, the management here deserves recognition.

Every single time my family and I have ordered from this location, we have either received less items than we have paid for or they just flat out mess up our order. Tonight, my brother went through the drive through and placed an order for my family. After he received the order he placed, he pulled into the parking lot to check the bags based on our prior experiences. He discovered that they forgot the chicken nuggets he ordered so he went back through to get the chicken nuggets. When my brother arrived home with the food, we discovered that we were also missing a burger. I understand that mistakes happen. When this happens on every occasion that my family and I order, it is not just a mistake, but negligence. We will not being going to this location again and we will advise any others in the area not to, unless they are okay with the high probability of receiving the wrong order or a order missing items in which they paid for.

Food is good, service could be a bit nicer, but it was 11pm when I went so I understand that they are probably tired. I was the same way working late jobs like that

Messed up order three times in a row. How hard is it to make a plain cheeseburger. Meat, bread and cheese, it’s not hard yet three times they made it wrong.

I love this Burger King. The food is often fresh and hot. The workers are friendly, they are very quick and efficient working the drive-thru.

Always a fan of BK but this location is very outdated with broken chairs and ripped seats. They have two pop machines only one works and it dispenses flat pop. Lables are taped on and service is slow. I think most of the problems here are from outdated and barely working equipment. They could also use a more motivated staff to speed up orders and get the custom there food while its still warm.

I’ve had a lot of success with this Burger KingManagement is on top of their game and they are willing to handle any issues or complications right in there

My coworker decided to try the tacos that burger king offers, his reaction and the face he made was almost worth the disappointing food. I should have skipped eating lunch instead.

Decided to pick up dinner on the way home from work , we could tell instantly that the food had been sitting there for a long period of time , it was all dried up and nasty , should have known that this dinner was not going to be good because I was the only person at this burger king other than the two kids working there . Save your money and absolutely do not come here if your hungry.

Parking lot is horriable pot holes everywhere. The people who work there dont care and are rude. The food is subpar even for a burger king.

In general , I have liked Burger King in the past, but at this particular location, its seems that the food is never hot. Also, this location is so run down and seems to be behind the times. Most fast food restaurant in the area, (especially Mickey Ds are pretty much up to date. I frequent other fast food restaurants in the area, way more than this one. I believe upper management is lacking here; they just dont care.

Its Burger King. Two Whoppers for $6. Nothing to dislike. Just one time though, I would like to unwrap my Whopper and have it look like the one in the commercial on TV!

Weve been ordering breakfast items mainly from this wonderful location in Wauconda for quite some time. The reason we come back are because of the workers there who are so very nice to the customers. People like: Hilda, Mika, Bob and especially the manager Petra. Thanks for the chance to comment. Miguel, Andy, Barbara, Marco, Daniel (and some of the biblioteca boys).

For a Burger King the manager knows how to make a Whopper presentation 50% of the battle lettuce is always fresh green and crisp Tomatoes always red plump and sweet if you want a good sandwich reasonable Burger King Fox Lake awesome

Great place to eat, always fresh and hot. Crew is very friendly and they are fast.

There where three people near the register, and they all just looked at myself & daughter. One walked out side, one walked to the back, be the young lady that took our order. I had to ask her if she was ready to take our order. Then the fries tasted old, and the cheese on my burger did/was not melted, we had a large onion ring, and when I sat the holder up there was an inch of space. So this was my worst experience here. I normally have a great one not today!

Its a Fast Food Place. The dining area and restrooms were clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food is decent and the same every time. I dont eat fast food often, but when you want some decent flame broiled fast food, this is in my top 3.

Absolutely horrible management. These people make Burger King look like idiots. Literally 1 person in the store, 7pm on a wed night, at least 4 employees, only 2 people in line, only ordered 1 meal and two small sides, and they tell me to pull around and wait. Ok no problem, then 9-10 minutes pass by as a couple cars pull up. Then the guy next to me gets his food who was waiting before me and another 4 min go by. Ok seriously? So I go in, wait a couple min and the food is ready. Great news! It tastes old and stale and just plain. Really? Step up ur game, dont apply for a job that you really dont care about at all, I dont care if you were a janitor or a Ceo, get ur s*** together people. And you want $15 an hour? Come on lets get real.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Horrible service... Very slow.. Messed up the order then had me pay the difference and wait an additional 20 mins after I had already waited 20 to get the wrong food in the first place!! Will never go back!

Omg sooooo slow. Been in drive thru a total of 3 times. Each time had to park and wait so long that I feel forgotten. Unbeleivably slow!
