Fast and friendly service. The manager had me laughing the entire time

Rushed me through the ordering. Pulled me forward, didnt tell me my total and didnt ask what my drink was. Got snippy when I asked politely what they had. She said oh coke for you ok pull forward. I was like umm is their anything besides coke, like coke products, she goes no thats all we have. I pulled up to the window and there was a whole line of sodas available that they were giving to the other customers inside. Got my sandwich and it was slopped together. The fries were old. They werent even busy. Spent 40minutes in line

Good food, but the wait was a bit long and the inside was closed. There were quite a few people in line. Food was good and hot, the fries were fresh. The 2/$10 meal deal was a good savings and much appreciated.

Most efficient BK Ive visited in a while. Very clean. Order expedited very quickly.

Ordered the new spicy chking sandwich. Raw on the inside. When i called to complain they simply said "no it isnt". I am so done with this place. Never going here again.

Best run fast food place in Marion. Consistently have received correct, warm food and good service. Wish the dinning room would open.

My husband and I went her earlier today. The person working the drive thru was nasty.She was talking as if we shouldnt be ordering what we had. This is the third time we have tried to eat here and something happened. I dont think I will be going back anytime soon.

I mean, read the name. Its the king for a reason. One of the only few fast food places Ill visit. And with the new cha king, I dont have to worry about chic fill a being closed on Sunday.

This is my mom and aunt favorite fast food place. They are addicted to their unsweetened teas. I take them here almost everyday.

I just left their drive thru and it had about eight cars. I was at the end of the line. They served everyone so quickly that I couldnt believe it!!! The cashiers were very courteous and well mannered. I love service with a smile!!! : Shout out to the red head cashier. She made my day!!!

I called and called even left a voice mail. No response from anyone at all.. Not even the 800 number they provide online.. please look at your burgers before eating them. From any restaurant.. I didnt want to leave the one star.

Used to be good that place is God awful now. Cold and old food I would not recommend anyone eat here.

The last time we will eat there. The food was ice cold. Lettuce wilted and tomatoe was gross. Person at the window no personality.

The only reason that I am giving this place a low review is because of it not being open at 1pm on a Saturday. Indoor dining is ok in this county so that isn’t the problem, but that leaves me wondering why it wasn’t open. At least the drive thru was open.

It been awhile since I returned back eating a Burger King. Yes I broke down and tried it again. I order a bacon cheese burger. I didnt understand why the cheese is never melted bread is cool? I got it NOW the meat isnt HOT!!enough to melt the cheese. Blame it on the pandemic

The manager BILL was not helpful at all. I spent almost 12 dollars on a meal and I ordered 2:extra sides of bacon and extra salt on my fries I asked for it fresh. I Ordered a TRIPLE WHOPPER MEAL and was chargerd for 2 extra patties. I got my sandwich it was messy with only a LUMP of bacon on top.and my fries were cold. I didnt stay in that city so I went back the next day after not being able to reach anyone on the phone. Bill was very UNHELPFUL AND ONLY CONCERNED ABOUT THE COST OF THEIR RESTAURANT LOSING FOOD RATHER THAN PROVIDING QUALITY SERVICE. he said I should have brought him the burger (after living an hour awaybecause he dont want to lose out on food. And then he made me ordering so complicated i just told him to forget it. He still tells me to come back to get free bacon and fries Smh. Who has money to keep driving an hour away to fix an order I went back already and he didnt fix it he seemed too busy and I was unimportant.

Window cashier was very rude. Tried to order an item that was "sold out" & not marked. I got to the window & she was still rude. Went as far to say "You didnt see the sold out sign on the bored?". If I did I wouldnt have ordered & no one in the car with me seen it either. We even rode back around to check & it sure didnt magically appear from anywhere.

Food is really good. Always check your drive thru bags cause they make so many mistakes of giving you wrong food or forgetting to put all of your order in the bag. Some of the staff are friendly but most including management could really use some customer service lessons.

Do Not Eat here... food poisoning in the making. They have roaches and the drink station is always full of gnats. The quality of the food is horrible. The last time I ate here I had the bubble guts😣. Dont expect to have a hot meal if you got here.

Very unprofessional..made my samdwich all wrong..and didnt even apologize just remade it and handed it to me and it was cold..Never again

My kids got nuggets and I got a chicken sandwich. The sandwich was mushy and tasted funny. The fries OLD and partly burnt. Strangely me and my kids got upset stomach after eating here. Was our first and LAST time ever eating at this BK

dont order the waffle sandwich its burnt and looks nothing like the menu advertisement check the photos I posted it.

Best Burger King anywhere. Your order is prepared after you place the order. It is not sitting there till someone else asks for it

The manager bill was very rude. Food was cold. Order 2 sourdough king combos bread was not cooked meat was cold. Waited over 20 minutes on food.

The food was treble it was all COLD they said its freshly cooked hell no lol more like freshly refrigerated

Burger king has always been a hit or miss for me. Knowing that I wasnt expecting any different coming to this one either. But I was WRONG. This burger king is the best one around. The place is nice and clean, so are the bathrooms. The food is nice and fresh too. Two things that stand out to me is how the manger runs the place and how they dont over do it on mayonnaise. The drive through is fast. The workers are mostly nice and the manger is fun to talk too. I would recommend this burger king to anyone.

Order wasnt right and had to wait awhile to get our food. The price of the "better" burgers are way to high. They are good but not worth over $6 jyst for a little burger. Inside was not that clean. A lot of employees doing nothing but talking instead of wiping tables and picking up trash off the floor.

They needs to be more attentive to my orders bcuz at the drive thru .my burger is never right..its too overloaded...I just want a double whopper with ONLY HEAVY MAYO, HEAVY PICKLES AND HEAVY ONIONS ONLY but the staff is wonderful

Is very nice to eat at BK, Is a clean n place to go with the family,or group.

Nice epescially since they rebuilt it the staff is nice friendly and cool and of here is ever a mistake with your meal they will correct it with no questions asked

I received a Whopper that was not fully cook. I returned it and it was replaced with no problem. I received a apology and free fries.

The managers are super cool. They are supportive as well👌. I have never had bad customer service there!

Good food but you better check your bill. They changed me double on my credit card.

The majority of the staff members here are younger , give the some encouragement show them that we the public care and watch how there service changes , where is the love for our future America , if we want the country to ever be great again it starts here at home in our own communities , lets get people

Literally the worst service Ive ever dealt with. 10 minute wait, our fries tasted as if they were cooked hours before served, burger wasnt plain like I asked, the lady at the drive thru interupted my order twice telling me what my bill was before I could even get my whole order in, asked for ranch and didnt get any, as we were leaving I said thank you and the lady just closed the window as if I hadnt said a word to her, all 4 times Ive been to this place their shake machine was down.. I personally will NEVER go to this place again no matter how starving I am.. This is not at all how a restaurant should be run, employees are extremely undertrained and rude.
