If I could give less than one star, I would! Tonight, I went through the drive through to get dinner for my mother and I. I ordered a “meal” and an additional sandwich. The person inside obviously was not hearing me well as she asked me a couple of times to repeat myself. She asked me what drink I wanted and then at the end of my order was correct… I said yes. At the window, a “boy” gave me a bag with just two sandwiches in it… I told him I needed a drink. Then the person who obviously was speaking to me through the drive through, proceeded to tell me that I didn’t order a drink…. I said I did…. She said if I wanted to order anything else, I could drive around again! I said she needed to satisfy my order and she said no she didn’t! I asked to speak to the manager, she said she was the manager….. and closed the window in my face!!! I sat there for a bit staring at them waiting for them to come back, of course they did not!! I will never go there again… and would suggest others to avoid such an establishment that does not care about customer service in the least!!!
Whoopers are COLD, flavorless, dry. All this area Burger Kings suck!
Ive been here off and on and apparently half the staff is aware of the fact that Burger King is the only place that does burgers anytime. Ive gone there at 8am and gotten burgers. I only had to wait. I just left this same bk...grouchy dude gonna tell me no they dont do burgers and I cant get one...at 1040am. Whatever took my money home.

I was starving to almost death but I am so Pleased to throw this so disgusting and oily spicy chicken sandwich into the garbage. I’ve wasted almost $10. I’ll definitely find other places for good food and good presentation of food. And I couldn’t get my chocolate shake because they didn’t have it.
It was pretty good got a whopper w/cheese but syoer expensive for what it was. I probably should have went to five guys or somewhere similar.
Says they close at 12 I went there at 11:25 through the window and they say that theyre closed this is the 3rd time now its ridiculous

Had breakfast here today, fast and friendly service, food was fresh! Place was nice and clean. 100% improvement over my last time there.
Too bad I cant leave less than one star, which is far better than the service this establishment offers its customers. I use the word "establishment" far too generously. This franchise is strategically located in the parking lot of a flea-market. They charge you to use the restrooms!!! I urge you to stay away and teach the franchise owner a lesson in some reverse capitalism. If you must stop in out of need for your child to use the restrooms, be a good patriot and prop the restroom door open, as I did, for other people in need. Im speaking now to YOU, Burger King. You should be ashamed! BTW... You forgot to give us our beverages, we were too distracted having to use the restrooms to notice! Take the money you saved and go buy some decency- God bless 😘
Lunch was great indeed, people had a nice attitude which makes me like going back.
Drives through service is always fast and great... Orders are generally correct with the occasional missing napkin. But this is one of the cleanest Burger Kings Ive been in. It looks like the employees take pride in the building and their kitchen.
Need New Management &Team! I just recently had a terrible & traumatizing experience at this location &Honestly at this point it needs to be shut down. Put a chipotle there bz the people that work there now (as of April 12, 2022has caused so much trouble to a lot of people in this community and it shows!
They really fell off. The past 5 times I went they charged me extra for bacon/tomatoes &I didnt get them. They even forgot my nuggets once &refried my fish(it was burnt). I used to work &manage fast food restaurants. I know the difference between freshly fried &refried. Smh. I called but their phone line is never available. So I drove back. The manager I spoke to had an indifferent nonchalance attitude too. That was furiating getting home &to work &finding out I got screwed. Come on BK, you can do better.
Perfect , ordering was easy and fast and food was prepared fast. Excellent experience.

The workers are often left untrained and with no customer service experience, to run the store. Bad combo. Stores clean, and they get what food they have right, most times. Dont accept app coupons, was nasty to a elderly couple over a PAPER coupon they couldnt get to work. After I paid for the couples food I sat in their lobby and did the survey on My phone. They were loud and rude the entire time, another customer recorded them probably can find it somewhere on social media. Drive the extra miles to seaford!!
Order was perfect. Customer service was top notch. The fastest BK I have ever been through.
One of my favorite things system milkshakes and you got an option of onion rings or regular fries
I would love to rate this location higher but I can not do that as they no longer accept mobile app coupons even though they are still listed as accepting on the bk app I have never had any problems or issues until a few months ago and really just thought it was a fluke but after trying to use a coupon tonight and for that reason I will no longer be using this location
Great food, respectful employees. Clean restaurant & fast service! They greeted my family when we walked in & thanked us when we were leaving. I will definitely be going there again when Im in the Laurel area.
Second time this month I ordered Breakfast Burritos Jr. at the drive through and my burritos failed to contain any eggs. No recourse :(

Lies all lies website says theyre open until midnight I pulled in the Drive-Thru at 11:40 and they say theyre closed.....smh
This place is awful with their customer service. Walked in the door and no greeting of any kind. Will not honor the app coupons. Asked the cashier if they took them she just said no and then walked off and ignored us. We stood there and was treated like we didnt exist. I mean what good is a business if they dont want business. I have worked in customer service for many years and since covid started customer service has turned to S***. No smiles, no greetings of any kind and people act as if you are a problem when you cause them to have to do their jobs.
less than 150 feet from them and have to drive 7 miles to the next town to use the app for deals, get deliveries or honor most copuns. They will not even do the 2 for $5.00. I dont think they have a chance in this town with pick and choose deals that they will not honor.
Went to this burger King order a double whooper w/cheese & bacon was given a regular whooper. Once I realized it I was out of the window, so I went back sandwich in hand. They replaced it with the wrong sandwich again (no cheeseall I asked for was a pie for my trouble. I wasnt irate or rude but got waved off like I messed up the order. Gave one star because the fries were hot

So, I always order a Bacon Double Cheeseburger with only mayo. I make sure to emphasize this by repeating my order twice.Every BK I go into messes up my order in one way or another. Its not that difficult, is it?So, on this trip, my burger had no bacon! They fixed it fairly quickly, so I was fine with that, sort of. I asked for one salt packet twice, and none of the employees could find it. The food was delicious and hot and employees were nice, hence the 3 stars. Otherwise, Id give 1 or 2 stars.
Almost didn’t come here because of the reviews but we were passing through town and we were desperate for food and a bathroom. I’m pleasantly shocked by the difference from the reviews to our experience! This place looked immaculate as soon as we walked in. The girl behind the counter came right to the register as we approached it and greeted us. She was super friendly and even laughed at my lame joking around. Food was fresh and quick. Bathroom was also immaculate. So I’m truly curious why the bad reviews? Maybe they turned the place around? I don’t know but I’m glad we went here!
Burger King is a classic. Even the stuff that arent the burgers are good. I got a double jalapeno popper too.
I went through the drive thru today at lunch! All I ordered was a Whopper Junior! I was charged $3.39 instead of $1.89!!!! I’m one unhappy customer!!!I’ve been calling all day and they don’t answer the phone!!!
Needs to work on consumer service and order accuracy. Also called 6 times and when I went in. They said they dont have a phone hooked up. Very inconvenient.
Was at the Lauerl Delaware location about 415 whoever is taking orders through the drive-through is very very rude I try to tell her I’ve got the phone app and the deal on it she said that I cannot use the coupon on the phone app which is ridiculous I tried to call the store the phone rang over 10 times and no one answered it
This is the second or third time I went through the drive through and did not get my whole order and no one will answer the phone when I call them it’s sad to no Laurel BurgerKing is not being honest with their customers.
Usually has decent service and food. Went today because my and my co worker usually stop for breakfast on sundays because its one of the few stores open at 6 and its a good place to eat after we get off from working all night. We sat for about 10 mins at drive through with no response. Drove around and saw there were two people inside who were looking at us and went back through drive through called out multiple times and got no response even as we left we could see them looking at us just ignoring that we were there which is very rude.
I order a chicken Sandwich from Laurel BK after taking one bite I notice the chicken was burn all the way.. It seems that they dont care about their customers.
Lettuce on my sandwich seemed to be from 1960, not sure lettuce should even be the color it was - the chicken was like that one Pattie you forget about then re-heat just to be sure its cooked, and the fries were cold and falling apart.. overall not really my cup of tea.
I have been to this location several times only because my kids want berger king but this is the worst one I have ever been. Dont get me wrong I love Burger King but they have messed up my orders several times and when I call to let them know of their mistakes no one answers the phone. I have had to make several trips back there and they never fix the problem. Most of the time they are very rude. Granted some employees are not but all in all the overall service is horrible and honestly I plan on calling there corporate office to let them know about there poor service.
Just tried going through the drive thru, and theyre telling me that theyre closed....on a Sunday night right before a holiday and before 10pm. Im not the happiest with this burger king because theyve gotten my order wrong multiple of times and when I came back for my order Ive had to wait in a long drive thru line. The shake machine is constantly down and they never tell you how much your total is at the drive thru. Then if you dont have enough, they somewhat have an attitude with you. #RIPMilkshakeMachine
The Burger King in laurel never honors there coupons.. every time we try to use the Burger King app coupons they don’t have it we have tried numerous coupons and they wont take em so we have to go all the way to Salisbury or seaford or Georgetown and I’d drive to them before going to laurel coz not only do they not honor there coupons the staff is rude as hell about it...

Took my order and put order in as they heard it but what I received was not what I ordered. The food was good that we got but because we didnt get what we ordered the cost was much higher than expected. Good food but, questionable service.
The staff were hiding in the back and closed 30 minutes early.When we arrived we saw somebody then when we pulled up to the window there was nobody there,and when we went to leave they came out and we saw them walking around.Thx for the horrible customer service ,if 0 stars was a review I would put that because that was not ok hope you enjoy losing 7 customers.
My husband just went through the drive-through. He tried to order onion rings and was informed that a Burger King doesn’t carry onion rings. Obviously the person taking orders is new and uninformed. The Manager better do some additional training with the staff.
The staff had the worst attitude ever. The lady on the speak was incredibly rude and impatient. Then when we proceeded to change an order another staff member in the back ever so rudely said “oh my god”. The lady over the speaker also kept sighing and huffing as if she was annoyed. The disrespect was so unbelievably we didn’t even get our food we just left and have intentions to never come back. Thank you for your terrible customer service.

Always love Burger King. Best ice cream my favorite hot fudge but my husband loves the strawberry sundae.
Every time we come here our order gets messed up in some way. Today we got the most dried up old chicken fries ever, burnt mozzarella sticks , and of course like always their milkshake machine us "being cleaned" This is ridiculous.
Not even worth 1 star. Second time there. The first time I got the impossible that cost 8 dollars and change. It was cold and tasted old. I go back weeks later and I was told I needed to go to seaford to use my mobile app or go home and find a papers coupon . THIS STORE IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!
