Burger King in Suffolk County

Dominic is always a pleasure and I love when he serves us because i know its always fresh. Hes very polite and friendly and hes definitely an asset to Burger king. Thanks for being an honest individual DOM.🤞🤞🤞

The night shift is awesome. Fresh mozzarella sticks. Fast and polite . i wish i knew the gentlemans name who was at drive through tonight 10/23 @ 11pm. His customer service is always on point!!

Today I ordered a meal at Burger King and received help from a female named Anna the manager at the shop who was absolutely disrespectful and nasty in nature. The way that she talked to me was absolutely atrocious. the way that she looked at me made me feel like she wanted to fight me. She made me feel like I was absolutely worthless and nasty. All I did was ask for ketchup and barbecue sauce and she yelled at me that it cost $0.25 you cant have this unless you pay for that. Whether that is true or not the way that she spoke to me and how she treated me not only in person but on the phone when I try to find out who it was that served me my food is absolutely disgusting. This particular person was so rude. she was yelling at me over the phone and telling me that she refused to help me to figure out how I could make a formal complaint the right way. as a manager she should be willing to help a customer in any manner necessary to relieve stress when it comes to her restaurant and services as well as to allow for smoother interactions and transactions when it comes to service at that particular location. I dont understand what I did wrong to upset this person I dont understand why she would treat and talk to people in such a nasty manner but I highly highly recommend that no one shops at this particular location. It is erroneous how a manager can treat customers with such disrespect and such rudeness that it drives people away to the point where they no longer even want to eat there. Something needs to be done about this particular location and this particular manager. If I could I would give zero stars to this particular Burger King restaurant. Not only that but this person was also not wearing any gloves while handling my food. In this day and age we all know how important it is to be sanitary yet she obviously does not care about that. This is the manager. Absolutely unbelievable.

Rude staff and manager,spanish lady with the blond braid cursed me out afront of my 4 yr old , because was upset I knocked the womens bathroom door while she was in there 🙄... .I had a little boy with an emergency that had to go poop and she was in ther for over 10 minutes , all I heard was the sink , what a nasty miserable person she is , the shift manager did nothing to help.

Nope, not happy at all with any of the items I bought. Bring back the old days when an onion ring was a crispy onion ring and not a soft, small something. Chicken nuggets need a lot of improvement too. The BK Jr was edible but not delicious. Overall, everything was awful and I will not go back!!

The new guys that are there suck. They forgot items from my order and then thre them in the bag all side ways and didnt even fill the fries cup I paid for I might as well have ordered a small. The women recently running it were 1,000xs better nicer and cleaner.

Food what alright, not fresh as expected but not so bad I wanted to go back for a refund. Biggest issue was the management that night, rude and couldnt care less. Tried this place a few times and same result. Go during the day because at night not worth it.

The food is always as good as the price you pay for it. Just dont forget to remind them to make sure your food is HOT. And, nowadays you have to ASK for Ketchup, and other condiments, in all fast food restaurants.

One of my all time fav fast food places. I usually order the original chicken sandwich. My husband orders the Chking sandwich, with jalapeno poppers. We like supporting local businesses.

I was glad in when pandemic became public that there was still somewhere to go to sit and eat inside as well as tables outside. Drive through does not work for non-motorists, BK was considerate of this; friendly, clean location, staff work hard and hospitable . . . happy to visit every time.

Rude employees, especially the night shift. Definitely check your bags before driving off and order your drinks with no ice with cup of ice on side unless you want 3 sips.

Fast and they get my order right. All i can ask from fast food. Just wish they had more plastic toys vs the paper we have been getting.

We went to try the new Whopper Melt. We used the drive thru. Service was lousy. The employee working the order area just could not get our order right. We repeated the order 5 times. One item we ordered was 3 Whopper Melts. The employee INSISTED that we could not order as we wanted. A very strange and weird experience.

Its quite a nice place, its very big and cozy, the food is served very quickly and the employees are very friendly, I love going there

Ordered an impossible whopper (i’m vegetarianand they gave me a normal whopper. Went back to get it replaced and they did not even ask what I got on it. Went back a third time and they made me pay for the new burger.

I feel like all the Burger Kings are pretty much the same, but this one in particular is not exactly fresh. Fries were lukewarm, whopper mushy. Blah.

Another one of my go 2 places. It is a very, very clean environment, and the staph are very sweet and helpful. Give it a try you wont be disappointed. The restrooms are supper clean too. 👌

Burger King is good really great two people can eat for $12 and have a nice sensible months

They were rude and didnt wait for me to ask for anything else she handed my food and walked away from the window I had to wait on her when she noticed I was still there she walked over and I asked for ketchup.

Very clean. Updated dinning room. Food was as expected. Firiendly staff.. Stingy with dipping sauces. Only reason its not a 5.

Everytime I come here, the order is accurate, warm (as it should beand the employees are very respectful and professional. They go out of their way to please you. I highly recommend coming here.

It was one of those late night(1amplaces that are open and you can order something to eat and will be ready quickly, usual menu- burger or whopper with cheese, fries,onion rings, chicken sandwiches, drinks- soda, tea,coffee and gotta get the slice of Hershey chocolate pie for dessert!!

This place does a decent job, we usually just get whoppers when we eat here. The food has always been correct and we have only used the drive thru.

A large half of my drink was ice.!! Such bad experience!! It was not worth it!

Burger King sent coupons in the local mailer. I got the 2 Beacon Cheeseburger, small fries and small drink for $4 deal. The food was very good. Fries were hot and fresh and I ordered a sweet tea and it tasted like fresh brewed tea. The burger was good too but could have been warmer. (1 star loss for that.Also they made the order quick, in and out in less then 5 minutes. I will definitely return for some of the other coupon deals.

Terrible every time I come here every single time they miss multiple items even when the order is placed on Uber eats where they can see what I order the girl who claims she is the manager is so nasty telling me the Uber driver took my order and kept it not helping what so ever or taking accountability ever terrible customer service I’ve gave this location to many chances never eating here again and I advise you not to either. If I can leave negative stars I would.

Every time I come here they get my order wrong. Today was no different. After a 2 month hiatus, I decided to give it another try. Hit the drive thru on my way home, 8:30 pm. Ordered a double Whopper with cheese meal, no tomatoes no ketchup. Im allergic to tomatoes. Like, anaphylaxis level allergic. I got home and guess what? Tomato and ketchup. Had to go back and get a new one, then sit there and open it to be sure. So I didnt eat dinner until really late and it was cold. Im done with this place.

On 7/15/21 at approximately 5:30PM I went through the drive through and placed an order. After going home, I discovered my order was wrong. I returned and went directly into the store to address the wrong order. After standing about 5-8 minutes, another customer came and his order was taken immediately by the store manager, Anna. When I spoke up about being ignored, the manager was dismissive of me. After corrected my order she apologized to order customer who had serviced before me. I then wanted a refund and the name and a contact number for her boss, the district manager. She claim not to know that information, as someone claiming to be the manager of this store. She walked away from the register.

Be sure to check your food! Did a mobile order at around dinner time, come to find out I got someone elses order. Tried calling multiple times with no answer (as if the phone was off the receiverthe next day the manager/lady accuses me of not only attempting of calling the same day but made damn sure she got a good look at me through the drive-thru with an awful stare!No customer service what so ever, would not apologize for the mishap either

I enjoyed the food and the quality of how it was cooked. Also the service was quite well. I would recommend to my family and friends to go and order food at this location.

Burger King is the best flamed broil ever..Everytime I go there i literally "have it my way". I created the weirdest sandwiches, I mean stuffed onion rings in the burger , 3 patties, chicken fries on the top row and no vegetables . Again this place allows you to have it your way, what do you expect?The best, the best I tell yah..

This burger king is far different than ones from the city. Their sandwiches dont even have lettuce and their hard of hearing. I asked for no mayo and of course they still give it to me.

I eat at most Burger King restaurants without a problem but this one is pretty bad. The sandwiches are never put together properly, the toppings are sparse, food is usually cold. And if youre going to go to the drive-thru, take the time to check your order before you leave. On two occasions I wound up with the correct receipt and the wrong food. I was close the first time so I just went back; the second time I was in Jamesport before I opened the bag. That was actually the last time I ate there.

They make people come inside during covid to pick up orders and they dont start making the order until you get there, making the entire order ahead process pointless. Awful location, avoid and go down the road unless you like needlessly risking getting a deadly disease for nuggets...

It was dinner time but had nothing good to eat but I had BK coupons. Got 2 original chicken sandwiches. The drive thru staff was friendly polite and fast. The food was hot and just as I always remember. Great thing, its only a mile away!

I like the nuggets and I love ❤ the fries, theyre so good.Edit: I asked for a whopper, with NO CHEESE, the people at BK give me a burger that I’m not sure of with EXTRA cheese.. and literally 1 slice of tomato. I get it’s busy there, somehow. But it’s really not that hard to just put an order right, and I know it was my order because I asked for 2 fries, and I got it, but a different burger. I’m seriously disappointed. I’m going to McDonald’s

Place itself was nicely kept, clean and fairly newly renovated but the food was less than impressive. I think theyre trying to compete with Wendys 4 for Four and failing... Restaurant is as good as any other Burger King though I suppose.

At the moment you arrive in that restaurant the waiters give you an agreeable feeling. Very hospitable stuff, it is a friendly place to hang out with friends and colleagues or with your date. Excellent cuisine, creative chef de cuisine, good pay and nice service. Warmly recommended.

Workers are very slow along with many unsanitary habits. As i approached the window in the car, i noticed one of the managers lick their hands while dealing with my shake. That is highly unsanitary and i do not recommend this restaurant.

Horrible customer experience. I placed an uber eats order for a king box which includes 2. 9 pics chicken fries,2 small French fries and 2 small onion rings. I ordered it several times which the order came wrong. Since it was a large order I placed O decided to call the store and speak with the manager in regards to my order being correct. I tried to explain in a non argumentative way exactly what the order detailed. She began to tell me I would only get 1 French frie and 1 onion ring. She would not listen to a word I said. Cutting me off being very unprofessional. I dont know if it was the language barrier or was she just not familiar with that particular deal. However she refused to even listen me. Eventually even hung up on me. I have been in the customer service field for over 10 years and this has by far been my worst customer experience

Food was burger king food, lol. Delicious and unhealthy but fun! Service was amazing!! Best Ive ever had at a fast food restaurant that wasnt a chik fil a. My only issue was with the chocolate chip cookies. They were going on and on about how they were fresh from the oven but they were cold and literally rocks. Like I banged my cookie on the table several times and it banged harder than a rock star.... Seriously sad faced about that. On the other hand, got some advice for the keto diet from one of the ladies working there so maybe I shouldnt be eating cookies anyways.

Went to this location today, noticed the car in front of me kept receiving bags of food but handed them back. Apparently he was given the wrong order twice. When the car begins to pull off the cashier gives me hand motion to wait so that I wont see what was going on inside. Once I pulled to the window I immediately tell the guy I do not want the bag food sitting in the window because I seen the previous customer take the bag (obviously put his hands inside to check the foodthen handed it back. I told him I want a fresh bag of food not something someone put their hands in. After getting my order I get home and to my surprise the bread on the sandwich I order was hard as if the sandwich had been sitting on a warmer for a long time.

Great service & the staff is friendly .The food is always tasty when in the mood for Burger King even late night . Ive always noticed that the Drive through staff always asks if we need sauces which has been somewhat not as common in the past few years. Inside the restaurant is clean as well as the restrooms.This is the only Burger King I will go to if Im hungry & have the craving .Recommend to anyone whos visiting us.

The people that work here are rude. The burgers come all sloppy. Sauce everywhere. I got 3 orders of chicken nuggets. Only got 1 sauce said i had to pay extra for more. Makes no sense. The worst burger king around this area. Drive the extra few miles to find another one. Any place beats this one.
