Burger King in Rensselaer County

Not a "fast food" eater usually but was traveling and needed a break from traffic and a little relief. Place was clean and the order was filled without error.

Compared to other locations this one is pretty good, I have been here a quite a few times and they have yet to mess up an order for me. In my experience, item quality is very consistent every time. The hours are ok tho I do wish they stayed open a bit later like the McDonalds down the road.

This location’s WHOPPER tastes much better and more authentic than Bergen county’s NJ location. Almost makes me not want to have the ones from jersey anymore

Want and got some breakfast. The service was good. The food was fresh and hot. Overall not a complaint. Would dine there again!

To be honest. The was no difference between the #7 chicken sandwich meal at BB King accept the sauce and the fries werent spicy like Popeyes, but $hit was 9 dollars and change and yummy. 5 star for this round.

Location is near traffick. So some waiting to pull in & out unless you catch it at a right time.Dunkin donuts is right next door. Walmart across the street.The times Ive visited have always been fast service. Employees seem kind. Obviously they stay busy.

Was quick service food always right

Went through drive thru and got home and discovered half my order was not there. I called the number on the sales slip and no one picked up. I tried again 5 minutes later and they must of taken the phone off the hook because I tried over and over again and it continued to be busy. No customer service here.

This is one of the worst BK restaurants anywhere. Its rare that they get my order right, especially at the drive thru. Ive stopped going there bc there are so many other, better options like Teds which is nearby.

Hoping they sanitize their hands after handling cash and then your food bag. Should still be wearing gloves. Covid is not over. Other wise I recommend. It’s burger king lol the food doesn’t change.

Came in 2 hours before closing and the had shut their shake machine down already. It completely ruined mine and my familys night. Had to go to Macdonalds instead..

Ordered a whopper. They put the nasty brown core of the lettuce on it. I can’t believe somebody would physically see that and put that big clump on top of my whopper

Stopped at Burger King for lunch.There were people having sit down,eat in orders. This was great to see.Also there were covid shields at each table.The dining area was clean.I was a recipient of fast,friendly service. The employees seemed happy,and more importantly,the customers seemed that way as well.My order was completed promptly.It was hot,and the order was correct.Also with the coupon I had,it was modestly priced. Really nice atmosphere,and a clean environment.The food was prepared well, with that flame broiled taste.I will be returning😁.

Pretty decent, pretty good. Frys was kind of cold and seems like they use the same oil. Other than that everythings good.

Why would you get rid of regular Mayonnaise? That Simple Mayo tastes horrible on the food, it make everything tastes sour and spoiled.

7/23/21 drivethru was fast and friendly ,sandwiches hot and made right. Nice to be able to pick a spot a year later and have the same good service.Sandwiches made to order, put together right, hot and fresh. 7/19/20 again hot and fresh and consistence. Friendly staff.

Normal Burger King drive thru. No line my order was fast and correct. They need a bigger parking lot to handle bigger vehicles.

I felt privileged being able to sit inside and not have to wear a mask and it felt so good to eat in the store instead of in my car.

The Burger King on Hoosick Street in Brunswick, NY is the only one EVER to allow me to special order. I absolutely love BKs but cannot eat the sesame seeds on the buns. I thought theyd say no, that they couldnt but I asked anyway, and they said the only other kind they could use was potato buns, to which I gratefully replied YES!!! They do something else thats almost unheard of in fast food drive-thrus. They never screw up our order. Its only happened twice, and both times the mistake was them giving us extra food.

Usually good but sometimes their chicken sandwiches vary too greatly in size and you get a very small piece. Picture attached of their crispy chicken breast which in all ad copy reaches the bun edge or goes beyond.

If I could give it a 6-star I would. Retains high-quality while keeping prices very low. Clean building and well-trained staff. Highly recommend!

They send advertising coupons in the mail and you can get a lot of take out food for a little bit of money. Thats why I love Burger King instead of McDonalds..

This is my favorite fast food restaurant! The burgers are superior to McDonalds, and having a meatless option - the Impossible Whopper - is a wonderful addition to the menu. Also, the BK mobile app offers the best deals of any of the fast food chains.

Restaurant was spotless. Food was served fast, hot, and tasty. Staff was super nice. Doesnt get much better(erthan that. Kudos, Brunswick BK!

North Adams burger king oddly enough does not have lemonade a lot of the others do, like any fast food restaurant its not a whole lot to write about the number 1 complaints will have to be cold fries ewwww everyone likes fresh hot fries 😊

Great service and staff food was to die for got the new 1 dollar tacos loved them plus made sure to get moterella sticks will definitely go to that one again when your a king you eat like one lol

We went there to try the Impossible Burger, and it was really good. Great to have a vegetarian option that we could get to at times. Works well as a Whopper. Works well as part of a meal.Location was also convenient, being just opposite of a Walmart, would visit again.

Went here only because my grandson wanted chicken fries. I said what they heck I haven’t eaten BK in years. Well I should have stayed away, the whopper was dry and tasted horrible.

I like the whopper jr. Believe it or not it is a part of my diet regimen on a low carb diet. The smaller bun works and I often take off the top half of the bun. It is satisfying having some meat and the lettuce and tomato is always fresh.

Good deal on the kings deal. Two bacon cheeseburgers, a small fries and small drink for $3.79. It was enough to feed two people. Food quality is that of any burger king, and service was nice. I always feel like they need to do a better job at cleaning the tables at that bk, they need more attention between customers.

Nice staff. Clean restrooms r a plus! Nice seating. Clean dining area too.2 for $10 whopper meal is a great bargain. Tasted great. Food was hot . Fries were fresh. Soda area was organized and everything was stocked. Garbage cans were not over flowing with trash . Highly recommend eating g here. U get ur money worth. Its relaxing here . We moved my dine in experience with my family.
