Lowering review because their response was just to save face. They didnt even respond back.We tried a few of the burgers, all were pretty bland except for the mayo which was really sweet. Not worth $15 for a burger. The chips were very good though

Nothing special about the taste, though care should be taken as staff/teenagers were eating while making food ??

Wonderlicious wings and magnificent mac n cheese. My day went from pretty alright to beyond amazing after I filled my belly at Burgertory. Wonderful staff and sad to see the meatball mac go! 100% recommend

It is very tasty but it is the second time that I place an order through Uber Eats and the order arrived incomplete, the fries did not arrive with the order and they charged me

Got to say, really bad customer experience.Waited around 40 minutes for our order, when asked for an update, she had not idea where our order was.The guys in the kitchen dont even use gloves when making the burgers?!!!!When we got our order,the burgers were a mess.

Lovely, friendly staff with a functional, modern interior. Excellent choices on the menu and we found the burgers delicious. The fries were seasoned well and the serving was generous.The only complaint is that they need to be more up front with their pricing. There are no prices on the menus. You have to ask what everything costs. This is very inconvenient. The screens above the counter werent working, so perhaps this was where the prices were normally advertised.Otherwise, highly recommended.

Well. Weve never had a burgertory before but tonight seemed to be a great time to try it. I ordered a wrath burger. My partner ordered mac and meatballs. Ordered over the phone. Specifically said no onion or chives due to allergy reasons.When picking our order up my partner checked her food and found chives on there. She informed one of your staff that they were on her food when shed specifically asked for there not to be any. Its a mistake, no dramas, however... a female member of staff who was out of eyeshot but not earshot said: "theyre only chives!" Nice! My partner asked to have it remade as she cant eat that one. She sat down and looked up to see 4 staff members looking into the same box, in her opinion it looked like they were thinking about removing the chives from it. She told them that there had better be a new one being made as with her being 8 months pregnant an allergic reaction would really not be great for her or the baby.I would like to make a suggestion that you as a business may wish to invest some time in training your young staff on what food allergies are and the consequences of not taking them seriously.When she got back her food was lovely and hot. My burger was cold. Microwaved it tasted not to bad and on another night I might have even enjoyed it. Alas, tonight that was not happening.Quite honestly Im not impressed at all with the customer service... or lack thereof. If I could rate a 0 I would. Will go in for a meal Im sure but takeout is very much not happening again!

Amazing dine in today with my friends from Brisbane, they love this place, food was amazing, service was fairly quickly as we came in at 7pm i believe that would be their busy time. Lovely and joyful customer service from this tiny girl, she really made us laugh

Amazing burger, the Abraham with melted cheese was just outstanding, Gabriel burger was so delicious, will definitely take my work colleagues for lunch here next week!!

The prices are just ridiculous. Food is average. You could literally go out to a nice restaurant with proper table service for less money. The worst value for money I have ever experienced at a burger joint. Never again.

Very disappointed with our meal today. We first had to wait for more than half an hour for our order even though there was only me and my partner at that time of night. We could hear the people who were working there chatting and laughing and when we went to ask for our order, they didn’t even respond, they all simply went the other way ignoring us. We went back and waited for 15 more minutes for our order. Then one server came with our order. The order was also wrong. The buns were not correct for one of the burgers that we ordered. We should have taken back our food and got it sorted but we didn’t have any more patience for that. We just left our food as the patties (one chicken and one mushroomwe not cooked at all. The Pattie’s felt apart more quickly that the burger. We left half of the food uneaten and just walked out. I wanted to complain about the food, but there was no one at the counter, everyone was at the back talking about only two more hours they have to work and then they’ll leave together. What a pathetic , disappointing and bad experience we had today. Will never be going back again. I wish I had taken few pictures of our order today.

Burgers were fresh & tasty, variety of options with good portion size. Didnt like the loaded mac & cheese with fried waffles though, it was a bit bland.

I love their food. Fried chicken is a very good choice but don’t forget to try the juicy beef as well.Loaded fries is a good add on. Prices little bit high but I’m sure that you will enjoy every bite

Food was Good-Average. Ordered 2 burgers, presentation is good, taste just above average. Mac n chese for the kids was a generous serving. Chips was the best. Considering being under staff, the wait wasnt very long... Kudos to the waitress and cook for making our experience being with 5 hungry kids not so agonising painful 😆

Dined in, all the tables were dirty bar 1, (obviously short staffed, there was no one to clean )Waited 30mins for 3 mealsOrdered a mac & cheese Parma in a meal. Parma came out with no chips or knife & folk. When I went to the counter he said here is a folk but we have ran out of knifes.Lots of swearing in the kitchen between staff members not seeing eye to eye about something.Will never return.

Very over priced for what it is and hours later we all feel terrible in the stomach. Way too much tomato sauce on the kids burgers, all the same patties despite ordering a smashed pattie. $107 for two adults and 3 small kids. The quality did not match the price. Only positive was very nice customer service though. First and last visit.

First impressions were really good. Greeted with a warm smile and a friendly attitude, Bella made the first experience at Burgertory great!! 100% would recommend to anyone thinking of trying it out!!

I love this place! Great customer service, super quick service, speedy and super delicious food and all round a great restaurant. They offer dine in/out , take-away and even a rewards system! The prices are relatively cheaper compared to other take away.

Wonderful sauces such as sinner sauce. I think am now going to be obsessed with the sinner sauce. Delicious cheese&gravy fries. Pride burger simply Delicious no complaints. The remiel burger was wonderful as well, it was simple but left you craving for another one. Polite and attentive staff. I would totally recommend this place.

Id give Burgertory 10 stars if I could. The customer service, the food quantity and quality, and restaurant cleanliness are all exceptional.

Awesome place to dine in. The lady at the front desk name Naomi is so friendly and welcoming, always suggest something good to eat.

Giving three stars. Order was not received when done online and was a mistake from their part. Had to wait about an hour. Friendly and well mannered staff. Burgers doesn’t have a consistency in taste.

Love the burgers, sitting and fully halal options. Did iftar few times.

Ordered online from the Burgertory site. Went to pick up my order and my staff advise my order did not print. They had to take my order again and had to wait 20 minutes for the food to be ready. I asked for lettuce buns thinking it was the green bun but it was just lettuce, in brackets it should say "Just lettuce." Not worth the experience and price as the food was just average. The staff was friendly and apologetic but definitely wont be coming back.

The burgers are very tasty, just a little small for the price. Ill still be back though. :)

My first time dining at Burgertory, (Anzac Dayand what a lovey experience it was. The food was delicious and the service was amazing. It was an absolute pleasure to be served by Gwen, she was so delightful and bubbly from the moment I walked in. I mentioned it was my first time dining here as I looked over the menu, to which she cheerfully replied, to let her know if she could assist with any questions. I had the Vegetarian burger (Gabrieland the mac & cheese bites, which were both delicious and very fresh. Gwen came over to check up on me and see how I was enjoying my meal, which was really lovely. Will definitely be back soon and thank you Gwen for your amazing customer service. 😁😋👌

First things first - Please STOP doing wings! Sorry, to break it to you but wings are not your thing Burgertory!Me & my wife visited this place earlier tonight (16/04/22and ordered Abraham Burger, Hot Wings, Mac Cheese Balls and a soft drink.Burger was good, except the CharcoalBun, could have been better.Wings were hopeless (please re-read first line of this comment, and STOP doing wings). Extra Thick batter, too much of oil and no flavour in the chicken.Mac & Cheese balls were ok but not worth $$!!Now the most interesting part, none of the pricing is mentioned on their menus on the table. May be its just a strategy for people to just come in, order and pay the hefty prices. It mist be on the two screens above the ordering counter but not on the actual menus, found it weird though.Anyway, it went down $56.88 for the “4” items and you come back home to realise it should have been $50.99 (Abraham Burger $16, Mac & Cheese $14, Hot Wings $16 & Pepsi 600ml $4.99May be the guy charged us extra $$ for the dine-in service?Now, if the menus had pricing on it, I would never order mac & cheese balls for $14???!!!Would happily pay $16 for wings but at other joints that start with “G” and do one of the best wings in town - never ever at Burgertory for thick battered wings (re-refer first line)Well, we were keen to check out this place after watching the news and the hype around its opening in Box Hill & all, but highly disappointed, and will not be going back there anytime soon.

Nice people. In a friendly manner they received us. Very polite. We ordered the burger, hot 🔥 chicken and fries was the complimentary. It was the best burger. Juicy, tender, crispy i love each and every bite. The fries 🍟 was still crispy even after hours. Delicious 😋

Surprisingly good "burger joint". Good was good, service friendly and prompt. At first, thought prices a little high for a burger, but after having one (Gluttony, sorry no pics, was too hungry at the time, ha ha! 🤣 ), The prices are reasonable. Onion rings and cauliflower bites are good too. Can recommend! 👍👍😋

Giving three stars for customer service.The two ladies serving were helpful,clear while giving instructions,kept on apologizing for delays and maintained the place well .Burgers were average ....felt overpriced for the quantity and quality...moreover desserts and shakes are no longer available..

Main road through Werribee location. Seating outside and inside. Stool style seating. Small ordering area can easily get crowded.Chicken burger, nothing flash, fairly average.Beef burger with premium beef, certainly nothing premium about it. Tasted no different from a supermarket purchased and cooked burger.Poutine was good blend of cheese sauce and gravy.Customer service and wait times average.

One of the best burgers I’ve ever had! Was so happy to celebrate my birthday with these best burgers!!!Trust me Best burger I’ve had in Melbourne town! The meat was juicy and perfectly seasoned and the bun was delicious as well. Burgertory burgers are king! We knocked up this bad boy with spicy wings. Tried LUST, GREED, and GLUTTONY burger.Fantastic flavor and good value. Love the fusion flavors. Ill definitely go back to try some others.

Have been multiple times, each time have dealt with long waits (one time over an hour after my initial scheduled pickupand repeat incorrect orders (burger modifications ignored, see pictures attached, or things being completely left off). I shouldnt have to spend time in the carpark checking over my food to make sure I actually received what I ordered! I have run out of patience with Burgertory Werribee, there are plenty of alternatives in the area.

Very fresh and tasty burgers. Loved them. Better to eat in restaurant than to take away. Also loved their poutine fries.

I really loved the Abraham(Burger). My friend and I ordered the fried mushroom along with it ...which we really couldnt enjoy that much. We also tried the spicy chicken wings with Chipotle of which we arent really a fan of either. But if I were to rate the burger ... I would go for 5 star and that 5 star I gave in the beginning is totally for the burger. I would definitely recommend you to try it.

It is so good to see some good options are opening up in our neighbourhood.They have good variety on the menu, very tasty food, amazing service and very good location, with plenty of parking.The staff is very polite, and helpful. They know their food and gives a good suggestion.The sitting area isnt very big but seems enough.Good environment, reasonble seating space, and very clean.They give you a good estimate of the time it ll take for the order to be ready.Overall very happy with the place and finally someone brought some good and unique burger options.

UPDATED 19/6/21 returned to try again. My husband and i had burgers, onion rings, fries and a shake to share. Everything was great. Smash pattys are delicious and well seasoned. Frieds and onion rings were hot and fresh and oreo shake was yum. Customer service was lovely only waited around 15 minutes for our food. Do recommend for a casual meal. Thankyou.Opening week. Terrible service. I made a booking for 8 people for 6pm only to arrive and have the staff look confused and not have my booking..they had given my booking to another party it seemed. Their only solution was to separate our table into 2 tables of 4 on opposite sides of the dining area. NOT HAPPY. We ended up going to truck stop deluxe who were more than happy to cater for us and provided excellent food and service all around. I may give them a second chance if they can accept and hold our reservation

The vegan and vegetarian burgers were delicious. Customer service is also commendable. We had a mistake in our order and the chef offered to replace with a new one.

Updated Second Review: Improved since our first visit. Wait time around 25mins which we found a little long but acceptable, just be prepared for that bit of a wait.The food itself is good. Flavoursome and juicy burgers without being sloppy. Theyve got the balance right. Special mention for the onion rings that were very good.Ps. Hopefully they are reasonably clean, but would be better if kitchen staff wore gloves... especially these days. Really off-putting watching hands and cheese combine!? Yuck. Mentioned it to the friendly cashier so hopefully you get on top of that!

Good variety. Veggie options are good.Spend $50 odd for two burgers , two drinks ( softand loaded mac fries to share. Pretty reasonable given the amount of food, similar to comparable burger places.Food was relatively fast.Only complaint would be some more drinks options. May be close the door for winter time. Place is so cold inside. But would definitely come again, maybe with an extra jumper.

Burgers and chips were cold but nice.The hot wings..... absolute vile! You really dont need that much batter on the wings to were it becomes raw! Too thick! Need to strip it back on the batter! Ugh couldnt eat raw batter hot wings. Disgusting.

I ordered online for pickup via the Google Maps page, which was really cool! Payment was easy, and provided order progress info. Meal was ready to pickup on time!I ordered the Pride burger ($12with a side of standard chips ($4.50.). Takeaway bag was stapled to keep food warm, which worked well enough.Taste was great, really nice sauce flavour and good mix of freshi ngredients. The burger wasnt overloaded.However, I felt for the price the portion was lacking. It didnt fill me up compared to $16.50 worth at other comparable outlets. (NOTE Meal picture taken after partial consumption).Also, the website offered me 50% off the Pirde burger if I signed up to their newsletter via email, which I did, but no email. When I created an account on their website later, I did receive an email. Not sure if intentional, but seemed a little sus.Ill be trying their other food offerings to see how they compare.
