WARNING! In my opinion, this company engages in unethical practice with its customers, by selecting which customers they will price gouge. I called them for a toilet leak. They quotedme $250.00 for a possible wax ring change. The problem was the flange, which needed to be changed. Josh or Jash was the plumber who then said it would cost an additional $595.00 fora grand total of $845.00. I questioned him about the exorbitant price since I knew a wax ring and flange maybe would cost a total of $50.00. Ultimately, I payed $645.00 which I believe wasexorbitant. I should have called his office or simply told him to leave, but I was going out of town the next day and didnt want to leave an exposed hole in my bathroom. Dont do what Idid. I may have been a fool to pay that amount, but I dont want anyone else to experience what I have experienced with this company. It is unfortunate, there are so many unethical businesses out there. A very expensive lesson learned.

I have used American Plumbing numerous times over my 26+ years in Antioch. Never been disappointed. Again this past week. Same results. Great job.

When our house developed a problem with hot water flow in one bathroom that I couldnt figure out I called American Plumbing based on previous good experience. Josh showed up within a few hours and after a bit of troubleshooting soon had everything working properly again. I was impressed with the response time and with how quickly Josh identified and corrected the problem.

These guys are quality we had a blockage in our back yard drains and had 2 other companys come out no one could handle it .then we called American and these guys were so friendly the tech josh was very professional and cleared the line at a very reasonable price .I will use american again and recommend them to everyone

New to the area and a friend recommended when I asked for someone trustworthy and would tell me the truth. Two plummers from the home warranty told me two different things, both gave me the feeling of selling something I didn’t need. Jose came out today and was super nice and honest. Will ask for him again. Great company communication as well. I think the lower google ranking are because people are crazy, my experience was 5 star all the way.

DO NOT use this company, a waste of time and money. They didnt guarantee their service and did not informed us until 2 days later when the back-up occurred again. Attempted to charge me again for the second visit, so we ended up going with another company.

Always call them when I have a problem. And have for years now. Professional and far priced.

I went on Google to find a plumber to install a part for my hot water tank there’s supposed to be a 24 hour service they made me wait two days and not even show up the service is unprofessional and a waste of time

We had a situation with a faucet that while not an emergency, it was urgent that it be repaired. I called American Plumbing around 10:00am and was informed that a technician would be at our house between 1-3 the same day, and was asked if that was okay. I said yes, that would be great! At around 1:20, I received a phone call from their office advising that the technician was on his way. The technician was professional and knowledgeable about the problem, and he explained how and why the situation happened, as well as how he repaired it, and what I can do to prevent excessive loss of water should the problem happen again to another faucet. In general, he explained everything in detail and so that I’d understand, and without making me feel stupid for asking a question. Everyone I spoke to at American Plumbing was helpful and friendly, and the experience was calming and very impressive. Plus, the cost of the repair was quite reasonable, especially with the urgency of the matter. I highly recommend American Plumbing!!!

I was referred to American Plumbing by Whirlpool Corporation to have a recall repair work done on my homes water heater! They responded very quickly, which was appreciated because the Water heaters burner no longer work, so no hot water for the house. A technician showed up early the next morning, and the repair was finished within a hour. Judging by the example of courtesy and Professionalism for this repair, I would definitely reccomend American Plumbing to others.

Yellow pages says free quotes.They came out, measured several pipes quoted approx. 800.00 and that it would take the biggest part of a day. Came out at 9:30 was done at 11:30, replaced one area that he measured. Husband said, you saud it would take most if the day, it only took 2 hours and I am not paying almost 400.00 an hour. He said well I will knock off 150.00. Husband said, 325.00 is ridiculous. Daughter spoke with owner, owner said we gave to charge for the quote (yellow pages said was freeand he saud the van gas a GPS and it said he was here an extra 45 minutes ( he sat out in his van in front of the house and did not have any further contact with us. Way to treat a 70 year old disabled Viet Nam Veteran.

Called American Plumbing and scheduled a quote. The plumber came out and was really irritated and rude that it wasnt the issue that was originally given to him. Turns out it was just a hardware replacement and he fixed it on the spot. I am grateful he fixed it but it cost me an arm and a leg. I would have preferred he told me what the issue was and let me know the cost before finishing the job.

We had a leak that we thought was going to be a nightmare. We must have called six or seven different people to come out to look at the leak. It was bad enough that I had to shut the water off. I called and got a nice dispatcher and not even five minutes later I got a call from Rob. He was at our house within 30 minutes and had fixed the leak in under an hour! Very professional and QUICK!

Zeek took care of a clogged drain 11 days ago. Vedal took care of a busted toilet today. The prices were reasonable. There was no upsell and no BS. They just did their job. I couldnt be happier.

In the last 2 years I have had rather serious plumbing problems. I called 2 or 3 plumbers in the Brentwood area, and the soonest anyone could get to my house was 2 days. In both instances, I called American Plumbing and they were able to come out the same day. And in both cases they arrived earlier than promised, fixed the problem in a very professional manner, and the cost was less than I expected both times. I highly recommend American Plumbing.
