Burton Grove City Outlet Store in Lawrence County

What a waste of my time. Burton website and Grove City Outlet website do not state that the store was closed up. Store no longer exists in Grove City. Travelled from Canada to finally do some shopping, specifically at this store. Ruined my weekend. Thanks for nothing.

Not a great big drop in price from full price but definitely a great place to shop because of the amount of stores there.

Great shopping experience

Had a problem with my bindings, went down on a Sunday and they were closed, apparently I missed the heads up. Went down again Tuesday and they immediately went to addressing the situation, coming up with a solution to get me back on the mountain ASAP. Was in and out in no time. Great service, made it an easy decision to pick up another board while I was there. The board was a good deal, cant find better prices even at an online retailer. Staff is super friendly and knowledgable, especially considering I may have been a grumpy customer. Thanks!

Lots of stores! Because it is in PA there is no tax on clothes and shoes. Some of my favorites like Wendell August wasnt open on the day we went to the outlets 🙁. I would like more cooking utensil stores besides just Le Croisette (spelling?l. I miss Harry and David. All stores I went in were Covid compliant and offering hand sanitizer.

Stores do a steady business, plenty of parking, easy to find the outlet and courteous salespeople.

Always a great time an you can always count on great deals an tons of great stores just love it bout an hours drive 4 me but well worth the trip!!

Poor customer service. Stay away from the pop machines. Pretty sure theyre designed to just steal your money. Saw maintenance guys driving by asked if they could help. Said no go to customer service which was clear on the other side of the complex. Worthless s.o.b.

Great selection of stuff

Great experience here today! Staff went above and beyond, especially Gavin M. He got my daughters and husband all set up with gear and had tons of knowledge that he was willing to share. Gavin and Andrew had both sets of bindings on the boards within minutes. We will certainly be back for future purchases.

Its a fun store to wander around in if youre seriously in to outdoor activities (obviously cold ones in particularbut not for the casual explorer. But if you are seriously shopping for outdoor gear then this brand is very good quality. Not everything there is Burton brand but they sell well known brands.

Last time I was in here not a single employee asked if I needed any assistance. One walked past me twice and just looked at me and nodded. Didnt offer to help. Poor in-store customer service.

This Burton store is great! I bought something from them to be shipped and they were able to accommodate the time constraints I had. They were very helpful and knowledgeable about the details of the boots I bought.Unfortunately, an issue occurred during the delivery, but they made no hesitation to resolve the situation and going so far as to gather all the information and actions necessary once I reported an issue and got called back and sent me one on my way.They did this in an expedient, respectful, and understanding manner and I feel like this is a great response and good customer service overall by these guys that I dealt with.

Ive purchased two sets of gear from this location over the years. Their offering is excellent and the prices are half of a regular Burton store or online. The staff is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. They can get you onto a board that really fits your style. Would highly recommend.
