This is an amazing place for martial arts (karatetraining. The sensei are great teachers of the art as well as the history. It is great for men and women alike. You can practice this art from childhood all the way to elderly as it is not a physical power only type of karate. I find that this art helps you physically as well as helps you to develop a more positive character. What you learn can be used in daily life not just self defense.
