Butler's Muffler & Auto Repair in Leavenworth County

My muffler had fallen off and needed it put back on. I went to a couple of other places that tried to get me to replace the whole exhaust system even though all I wanted (and neededwas the muffler put back on my 2009 Nissan Versa that had seen better days.When I walked into Butlers, I told them what I wanted, made an appointment and when the time came, the muffler was welded back on my car and there was no run around with other things to replace. THAT was the best part! Other than my car doesnt sound like a tank anymore of course!They did a great job with the repair, and I am very happy with the work done.I will definitely come back to them if I need service to my vehicles. Took my 08 Rav4 there due to exhaust rattle and engine noise. They were able to diagnose and repair both. I was very impressed with the service and cost. I decided to take my vehicle here because we were impressed with the service my daughters vehicle had received. Definitely recommend Butlers.

They changed my alternator on my Volkswagen Golf tdi. It works great now. Many places won’t even work on non domestic cars except for the dealerships which cost a fortune. It was still pretty expensive but it was worth it.

Butlers is surely the place to go some may call it pricey but I think its super worth it youll never have to go back for the same problem. Had my vehicles in there numerous times and they always know how to fix it and will even give further advice on other parts of the car that may be going out. Definitely would recommend to any one needing work done

Butler’s Auto Service in Leavenworth were very polite, they told me to bring my vehicle in, they would look at it and give me an estimate before doing anything. They were great in doing a custom exhaust repair on our old 2001 Ford F-150 that had broken off due to rust and age. Very fast, reasonably priced, and great customer service. We will use again and recommend for anyone needing similar work done.

My vehicle was not starting but the battery worked and held a charge. The car suddenly would die on one afternoon so I took it straight to Butlers. Not only did they accept it without appointment but they fixed it and had it back to me within 24hrs. The service was great and the staff member at the front desk was very polite and professional. Im very thankful and will return to them the next time I have any issues with my vehicle.

Within 15 minutes after I dropped it off, they had diagnosed the exhaust leak and given me a reasonable estimate for the repair. It was done an hour later. Excellent service.

Great people who are honest and awesome with customers and really care about the quality of their work and their customers, they got me In and had the work done before the time that they had quoted me it would take and the job they did was amazing on installing my new aftermarket cat back exhaust ,tanner the service writer is always helpful and Chris the tech did a great job and I love my new exhaust.

If you’re needing work on your vehicle, Butler is the place to go! They are honest, reliable, and quick! I took my vehicle in for an alignment and was out in less than an hour. Diagnostics showed the alignment of my car was within specs but it wasn’t as good as it could be. They informed me of this and let me decide if I wanted to proceed or not. They could’ve easily proceeded with the alignment, charged me, then sent me on my way but they didn’t. I will definitely use Butler again in the future!

Butlers did a great job on a car that sat for a year! It would not start an the battery wasn’t any good. It’s running very well now.

Dropped off my car for routine maintenance and they had it ready the next day. 10/10!

Butlers is hands down the best service in town! I have been to other repair shops over the years but Butlers stands out above the rest. Always great, honest and reliable service. I dont bother with other shops at this point all four of our vehicles have been and are regularly serviced here when needed. Would highly recommend!

I have been doing business with Butlers for many years. My children grew up and now they too are customers. I cant say enough about this professionally run Auto repair shop. They "ALL" are true professionals and experts in their field. They know me, my wife and kids by name. I have been recommending Butlers since day one, and will continue in doing so.

Had complete brake job done on wifes car. Great work done,but the price was the killer. Wish they had a Veterans discount or Senior one. Bring your prices down some.

Ive been using firestorm for years but now management just isnt doing it for me do I gave been going to butlers and I am really glad. Everyone there is friendly and professional. They actually seem to care about the customer needs.

Didnt solve problem. They found air fresher. I expect them to check for other noise problem driver side front wheel. Kept it all day. Then called no return call. Charged me 44.00 to remove air freshener.

Was told 3 different prices.. after agreeing to the 2nd price witch was pretty high i was slightly annoyed.. After I got up to pay the final 3rd amount was ungodly. Granted they did nice work and welds were nice. But for my first time experience I wont be going back to get any exhaust work done ill stick locally in MO closer towards my place saving hundreds of dallors next time go round. My personal opinion felt like the price was to high for the work I had done. Honest guys with good work though.

The people at Butlers are outstanding. When my Tahoe was towed in, they gave me a ride to the hotel. They were up front and honest with me. My entire experience was excellent.

Hands down one of the top auto shops I have ever dealt with from coast to coast. They are personable, friendly, and above all honest. They take care of you and your car.Recently had an AC component go out for the second time after visiting their shop in December. They chalked it up to a bad part, replaced the whole system because they wanted to make sure the rest of it wasn’t compromised, and put all of the cost under warranty and on the house.I honestly cannot think of a better auto shop, group of people, or business in general. First time customer recently. Went there on the recommendation of my father and my boss. Both who have used them for years.I had initially only gone in to get my engine looked at and an estimate to fix it. They went over the whole vehicle and recommended I get various other things done for safety reasons. Not pushy, but emphasized how important these things were for my safety and anyone else on the road. I went ahead and had all the work done.I dont think my truck ran this smooth when I bought it! Amazing work and will return.

I called Butlers initially for potential transmission issues and they ended up finding a few things to also tune-up while there. They were extremely professional and kind from the time I set up my appointment and throughout the whole process while my vehicle was in their shop. They kept me completely informed, discussed prices and got my approval before going further with any work. Highly recommend them!

Great service. Needed a new battery after over 5 years. Got me in on my appointment time. Back home in less than an hour. The made sure it was not the electrical system or alternator. It was just the battery. I would recommend them for you hometown local automotive need.

I will never take my cars to any other shop in town besides Butlers! This has been the case since an incident several years ago when I had another shop quote me an exorbitant amount of money for a necessary complete exhaust system replacement because of the rattling noise under my Pathfinder, only to have Butlers come out and tell me it was just an unnecessary heat shield that had rusted out, then proceed to remove it for just the labor...less than $50! They have consistently been nothing more than honest, helpful, reasonable and reliable.

Butlers staff are very welcoming and attentive to your vehicles needs. They do a great job and would definitely recommend them if you need your vehicle serviced.

Great group of guys working there! I got a flat tire down the road and drove to their shop. I had a spare and so I just asked to borrow their jack & a guy came out and actually helped me change it too. I tried to pay him, but he wouldnt even take cash!! Just told me Merry Christmas 🎅 🎄 ☺

Excellent service! Got an honest quote right away and service was quick and efficient. They didnt try to sell me anything-- just got my car fixed up and ready to go. They even gave me a ride to the gym and back so I could train while they worked on my car. 🙏 Definitely would recommend!!

You know you will get good quality repairs that they stand behind. I don’t need to shop around or worry about getting advice that is not in my best interest. From out of town and stopped in to get a bad exhaust leak fixed. From the time I walked in I could tell I picked the right place. Even listening to the manager talking to customers on the phone I could tell they were very knowledgeable and professional. Turns out my problem was an easy fix. They simply re attached a part and sent me on my way. I would highly recommend them for all automotive repair. 5 stars all the way!

I cannot emphasize how great this place is. Never over priced, they always call before they do the actual work to go over what needs to be done and how much it is going to cost. There are NEVER any surprises. If they notice something minor during the course of the repair, they fix it (minor folks, no major parts or labor). Grateful for the customer service and reliable service they provide. They have done several repairs for me and no complaints to date. Very happy with Butlers. Had recommendation for needed repairs which totalled $1,000. Took my vehicle to Butlers and after the mechanic examined the car, the recommendation was much different and half if the cost. So glad that I had a second opinion on car repairs.

Great friendly service. They get my car in quickly. They have always done a great job and have went the extra mile to earn my business, thats why I keep going back.Only downfall is they are not the cheapest, however I believe you get what you pay for here.All and all I really like them.

Wonderful customer service and good prices. They got my teenage sons car in the day after I called. They even offered to take him to school when he dropped the car off for the diagnostic. They called my wife and explained the issues with the car before doing the repair. Very professional, honest people. I would recommend them to my friends and family.
