Byrd Pest Control in Stanislaus County

Had Byrd Pest Control for a long time, and the quality and level of service was awesome in the beginning. Up until recently, started seeing a lot more roaches, ants, spiders inside the house and we ended up with an ant problem. I called them and they came out to take care of it, only helped for a couple of days and the ants were back. Called again, scheduled for a Saturday between 12-2pm and never showed up, so we wasted our whole day waiting for them to not show up, not even a call from their tech telling us why. Ever since they go bought out, I wouldnt use them...they say the new owners never changed anything...well they killed they level of service and dedication they had to their customers thats for sure. I would 100% stay away from them, better off paying a little more with other companies.

Can not get a hold of anyone. It looks like they sold our account to another company. There is no communication and quality of service is not what it used to be.

Theyre very attentive to our problem. Will come and spray to rectify our concerns .

We had just moved into a new house and realize we had roaches. We werent seeing them at first however, when it started getting hotter they started coming out a lot. We called Byrd Pest Control, they told us that it will take 2 treatments a month apart to get rid of the roaches. Its been about 3 weeks since the 1st treatment and we dont have roaches anymore. We havent seen one. They basically got rid of the roaches with the 1st treatment. Extremely happy with the service if I ever need pest control again I know who to call. To think we were planning on throwing out all our infested appliances. Honestly, the money their service saved us is crazy.

Byrd pest control .....where do I start. First off let me say in the beginning the service was great Garrett and a heavy set gentleman were the best. They communicated called knocked always told me when they were coming and did a good job. As the years went on and there business changed they started missing appointments saying service was done when clearly "next to nothing was done" and the final straw came yesterday when I was told I was aggressive toward a service tech. I got home as the last tech was leaving so I yelled "hey come back!" She did. I asked her how was the service, she answered. Then I questioned her about the service, then she claimed she looked at all of the traps set on the property. I said did you see the mess around the traps. she replied the traps are full of bait no need to worry. I replied thats great but did you see what was going on around the trap. It was at this point she then changed the story and said I didnt check them my manager jj did. I said ok laughed it off and said Ill call the office, even said thank you as she got back in her truck. Called the office no reply. The next morning I wake up to a lovely accusation that I have used my weight to push the technician and they are canceling service for the property. Wow Im at a loss for words good thing my wife and children were there to witness the whole thing. I called the office and asked them about what happened and was immediately cut off saying they are stopping service. I asked why and got the reply "you know what you did" and was hung up on shortly after. I hope this was helpful for people looking for service.

My technician April was helpful. She explained what my issues might be and how I could resolve them. Thankfully, April solved all of them. I’ve been in personal contact with her to ensure that all of my issues were resolved. I appreciate that, rather than having to call a main office all the time. It’s nice to know that April knows my personal situation.I’d recommend Byrd Pest Control. They’re polite and quick to reply, and they’ve always resolved my issues.

Byrd has been providing residential services at my home in Patterson for about 1 year. They have been on time for the appointments and clearly communicate appoint times VIA text and email; they also provide a recap of service provided. I have no complaints about their pest control services. Unfortunately, an interaction over the phone with a Service Technician forced me to cancel service. Byrd did not seem concerned about losing a customer. Guess I am a drop in the bucket; this is why I gave a 3 star rating. I figured a smaller company would be more focused on retaining clients.

This company will not give up until you are COMPLETELY satisfied. That means you can enjoy your outside time mosquito free. I highly recommend them.

JJ is an awesome fella. Great personality, and very friendly. Provided a lot on knowledge of the pest control chemicals used at my home and of the pest found in my area. Worth every penny!!!. BEST of all no my pest. GREAT JOB JJ!!!

I have used Byrd Pest for a while now. I know it is hard to keep the pest away when you live out in the country, however my technician JJ has tried his hardest to help keep the pest away and make himself available when a new pest arrives. Jj has always been courteous and available for any of my concerns. I would definitely recommend Byrd’s pest control and make sure you ask for Jj as your device technician.

Weve had Byrd Pest Control for nearly a year now and its been a huge relief not to deal with the cockroaches and spiders anymore. It was quite an issue when we moved into our new home last year. Garrett has been to our house number of times and he always does a great job! We love that he and the other technicians even clean up the spider webs. Theyre always very polite. Ive been recommending Byrd to friends and will continue to!

Had a need to eliminate some Ants and Wasps in and around out house, so I went on Yelp to ask for quotes. I asked Saturday, and received a couple of answers back slowly until Monday. While I did not expect a response as quickly as I got, Byrd Pest Control was kind enough to reach out to me on a Sunday and ask if they could schedule something this week. I stated that Wednesday worked, and the technician (ownerscheduled something for 8-10am. He was here promptly at 8am, and we walked the perimeter of the property (residential houseand talked about my pest control needs. We identified problem areas, and the technician sprayed for ants, as well as a perimeter to prevent future infestations. Offered to check inside, but I had no need at the time. Also as a bonus discussed Bi-Monthly services and one-time services. I believe $40/month gets you 6 preventative treatments a year. Overall: I would highly suggest this Pest control. If I have need for future services, I will definitely consider them. The owner stated that they have about 150 repeat / contract clients in our area, so hes familiar with pest control needs in this neighborhood.

Just started pest service with Byrd. They really do put the customer first. We came home to a house with pests. Byrd made it work so they could come same day to take care of the problem. My wife said the gentleman who sprayed the house was an extremely nice guy and did a great job! Thankful for a local pest service that takes care of their customers.Update!!! I’m still using Byrd and they are still awesome! JJ is a outstanding tech that always takes care of us! I couldn’t say enough about this outstanding business to do them justice!

Called Byrd Pest Control because of a recommendation from a friend that is a client.Had no idea that my house would have any critters hiding in a brand new house.There is construction going on all around my house, and I was informed by Byrd, that these little creatures have to go somewhere.Believe me, after they sprayed the inside and outside. this place looked like the walking dead for bugs.They also informed me that after the second spraying, I would not see any living or dead critters anymore. I was very pleased with the quality of service I received from John and his staff. I wasnt sure if I needed a bug service or not, I was having some trouble with bug bites and my children. John never tried to sell me something I didnt need or push me in one direction or another, as some companies do. He helped me solve the problem and was pleasant the entire time. This is my first experience with pest control. I heard about John Byrd (owner of Byrd pest managementfrom a friend. Since we had just moved into a house that had ants, spiders and TONS of snails I decided it was time to take the plunge. I am very picky when I am paying for a service, but John exceeded all of my expectations. John was on time and professional. He was friendly but I didnt feel like I had to supervise him (if I have to watch someone do their job then what is the point). He showed great attention to detail, even taking the time to knock down the cobwebs hidden on parts of the fence. Since the date of service; aside from two individual ants that I saw on two separate occasions I have not seen any ants, spiders or snails. John has checked in with me since the date of service and I am convinced that he is concerned about my long term satisfaction. You will not be disappointed.
