Very slow service

Quiet and cool place to meet for meetings or a date maybe. Different sitting options are available. Rates are average not too high like Starbucks but not cheap either. But its worth the price of coffee and sandwiches are good.Can if you are looking for a decent place to have a conversation and a coffee!

I had ordered for cold coffee and paneer tikka 🥪. They add mayonnaise in this sandwich which i dont like. Otherwise sandwich was good and coffee is always a saviour.

Nice Place, Good Ambience, Friendly Staff, Clean and Hygienic.The quality of Food is Quite Upgraded. They Have Also Added Tons of New Items in Their Menu. Though A Bit Pricey, But Worth Visiting!!

Horrible experience, staffs r indifferent and didnt even get a glass of water,even when I went to the counter,to ask for one.

Service is not that much great and the prices were too high as compared too others n the taste was also not good.Place is noisy, full of working people I didnt find it a peaceful. This place felt like Im in a corporate office and not in a CCD, it was hot inside.

After many months I had devils own. They have managed to keep the same authentic taste. Enjoyed.

Decent place and allGood coffee, nice ambience yada yadaBad Iced Americano. Super weak.The guy didnt know what hes doing ... didnt know what he made etc.A year later, the Belgian Hot chocolate was a tad watery. Not as bad as the first time.

Standard coffee fare, decent seating, aircon works, accessible rest room, predictable interiors, great meeting place.

They customise the Cafe frappe as per our requirements....and it tastes awesome...It gives a smooth and blended taste...

This Cafe coffee day is situated in Kamla Nagar. Parking facility is good. Staff is very friendly and nice. Ambience is awesome. Coffee as always just like other cafe coffee days i.e good. But I like the hot brownie most. Its yummy and mouth watering. I tried 1 new thing that is chocolate shot and my 2 year old son really liked it. Overall experience is very good.

Overall Good atmosphere and its also very quiet if you wanna do ur office work too. Waiters are also very friendly.

Low on stock all the time. Low mobile network but very good seating arrangement. Ccd products are always good. M a big fan. But overall 3 stars. Still like hanging around for chit chat and a coffee🤗

Staff is pathetic especially Gopal and his team members. As soon as you will finish coffee they will come for next order else they will ask you to leave. I visited with my friends and they did same with us.

As good as any other CCD - good ambience , delicious coffee but not for everyones pockets!! If you like CCD , you would enjoy it here too - The crowd here is all DU student and professional peeps. In short, youthful, vibrant and classy crowd to go alongwith the all other trademarks of CCD ensures that you have a good time; especially with a friend or a special one!!

This is the best place to sit & do the working that you would not have enjoyed anyways at your workplace.INR 130 is what you need to shell out for a Regular cup of Cappacino, yeah it is expensive and doesnt taste that well too but you should look at it in a manner that they would give you a good place to sit in without any much disturbance.People working here are well trained, wont admire the tips so do not try that at counter.Self service is the BEST BET!

They lost their charms, the taste is not upto the mark as it should be. The rate is way too high but the quality is worse. The only best thing about that place is the ambience is good you can spend your time in peace. but seriously what happened to the CCD taste they really lost it.

Went to CCD in Kamla Nagar today, the lady at the counter were continuously asking if I wanted to order something else when I was done with my order and they were rude when I decided to not to order what she was suggesting. Overall the coffee was okay but the service was awful. CCD needs to reconsider their customer service.

Cafe Coffee day is one of largest home grown coffee chain.There coffees are really superberb,staff is quite friendly and helpful.The other items in the menu are also nice and delicious.The ambience is also good and spacious.

One of the best coffee places. Cool inside. variety of Coffees. Can be a bit costly for some people. The Cappuccino starts from around ₹130. You can consider it the cheapest Coffee you can buy there.

Poor service, absolute disregard towards customers discomfort. Renovation was going on in a cafe that was full of customers and with absolute disregard towards customers health was filled with smoke of construction.

My favourite place for a breakfast date. The ambience of the place is nice. We ordered filter kaapi with veg kulcha and cappuccino with chilli cheese toast. The combos were amazing. Enjoyed having them. They were fulfilling and worth trying. The staff here is friendly and cooperative. Ther service is also good. Overall, a nice experience. Recommended for a breakfast date with your someone special.

Ambience was good however the tropical knockout was not made the way it was supposed to be, It had chunks of icecubes instead of crushed Ice

Loved it. Cafe coffee day is just amazing....from their coffees to snacks to their coolers. The service was quick and good. The coolers are just so refreshing and are worth the price. Their coffee is also great. Takeaway option is also available.

Food is not fresh. Also, its overpriced. Coffee is good though.

Overall, its a nice place and typical of the CCD feel, but an improvement with regards to its staff can make it even better.

I love ccd. The chocolate tuffle cake and brownee with ice cream is my favorite. You all must try once

This Coffee Cafe Day is big ones and nicely maintained as compared to other CCDies. I personally don’t prefer to go to CCD due to its expensiveness and less variety of food but for those people who are CCD oriented and love to hangout, this might be the place for you.I’m attaching the outside and inside pictures for you guys to show how spacious this place is. The staff is also cooperative here.Overall experience is good.

worst ccd experience i had...service was poor..Answer was no when i askesd.for a glass of water..they wanted me ro buy mineral water.. i ordered cunch frappe and pure indulgence cake which was very bad compared to any other ccd
