Caffè Nero in Wrexham

The Nero café donut Spiti was absolutely amazing. The coffee decaffeinated was really very strong and very nice. Then a bacon sandwich which was so tasty was unbelievable. The decor in the place is really great. The staff are very friendly and welcoming would recommend it to anyone.

Just had a coffee, was very nice.Shame they dont offer defence discount.Lest we forget.

1st time using it lovely coffee plenty of room not all crammed in the guy serving an elderly lady was very attentive explaing she could downl7ad an app to use instead of stamping her Dard and they would help her if she struggled

We left it a bit too late in the day for our visit as we wanted a bite to eat too but there wasnt enough to choose from. Will visit earlier in the day next time.

I prefer Nero over Costa and Starbucks.I think it is because of the atmosphere of their location; it seems to be more organic in style, colors are more calming, and the vibe is more my personal taste.

Shocking experience, went in with a mate and there was a rat on the floor and I was asked to leave mid coffee. Place needs shutting down.

Gorgeous coffee and excellent service. The coffee shop was quite quiet so I managed to get a good table with views of the shoppers. I would return as cheaper than my usual coffee shop.

Visited Caffè Nero, Newport Retail Park today and was totally disappointed. The tables were dirty and weren’t being cleaned quick enough. Only 2 members of staff making drinks ( training in customer service, or a smile at the very least wouldn’t go a miss). Not very welcoming or inviting place at all. Won’t be going back

Good space and service

Amazing staff and amazing drinks, never felt more welcome in any other Caffè. Definitely recommend their caramel frap with a shot of espresso, 100% the best way to start your day with the staff being funny and welcoming!

Very friendly service, nice relaxed and cosy atmosphere. Tasty Salted Caramel Latte and Frappacino Latte too!

Amazing and warming staff with one of the best fraps Ive ever had, Im not sure of the staffs name however she made it perfectly with no struggle at all. Love the place.

Really really poor so much so I have sent an email of complaint to Nero.To start with it looked unclean and any vacant table had debris and the staff of had little interest in doing much about it. Had my latte made and was asked if I would like sugar only then to be told they had none REALLY A dirty big Tesco was a few yards away and Costa and M&S again a few yards away. If it wasnt an O2 freebie I never would have bothered MANAGEMENT take note

The staff member with specs needs to get some customer service training as the way he speaks comes across rude. Also worst chai latte no foam no flavour

Had sandwiches and coffee hot chocolate was dissappointing wasnt offered cream and marshmallows it was for my granddaughter who rated at 2 out of ten. Sandwiches were nice

Very busy but the staff were excellent, polite and produced an amazing cortado. One of the best coffees Ive had in a very long time and the micro foam head was amazing.

Coffee is always great but the room was dirty. I had to clean my seat before I could sit down and other people were doing the same. Floor was dirty too with paper and food.

Had a great lunch toasted mushrooms and mascapone cheese and a decaffeinated coffee. Just enough to keep me going. Clean tidy no big queues wonderful service

No went inside and so many windows could not get away from scorching sun. Love their coffee and had tokens to use. Surely the staff on a day like that could have closed a couple of blinds?

Comfortable and relaxed with seating spaced out. Outside seating available in dry weather. Staff are polite and helpful. Service was quick.A nice place to take a break. So nice I stopped for 2 coffees.WiFi is free via The Cloud.Toilet is available and is shared gender/disabled.

Signage all the same so you couldnt tell which door was in and which was out. Had to read all signs. Very poor social distancing. Only takes card. Except there are no signs to tell you that until you have ordered.If I could have given zero stars I would have. Would not go there ever again.

Me and a few friends went there for a cup of tea , the young man was wonderful but the older lady with blue eyeliner and brown hair was very rude! , she was shouting for the next customer to order when they were close to her and it was not very busy at all so there was no need to act as if she was in a rush and we noticed a group of ladies leave their table so as we are still in a pandemic I asked if we could sit at that table and she said “ whatever sit wherever” and when my friend asked about it being wiped down as people was just sitting there she asked us to clean it our self’s so we did otherwise there wasn’t really another option as there was 3 of us with bags so this table was the more ideal one ,I had a cup of tea and she didn’t give me any milk or ask if I wanted any at all so I asked about it and as usual she did it with attitude , the only good thing that came from this short visit was the good tea bags 🙄 ...we won’t be going back I have never had a problem with the other staff and I’m aware she has been there for a while as now and then I see her walking around in there but she was so unprofessional it just made us all uncomfortable.

Went to the cafe with my daughters to have a coffee before shopping in TESCO coffee and super sausage roll were DELICIOUS. Not Allowed to sit in the cafe at the present time I but the service and products were superb

Not overly impressed. Coffee was luke warm and distinctly average. Guy who served me was helpful enough but his two colleagues seemed more interested in chatting with each other rather than serving customers. Will not be visiting again.

We only had coffee, hot chocolate and an iced latte which we all found very enjoyable. We were going to have cakes as well though but because there was a fly in the cabinet landing on the cakes we were put right off that idea

Very comfortable experience, well managed, customers sat at seats social distancing, queue small and quick sevice. Capuccino lovely and welcome during our bike ride. Well done everyone. Will be back soon.

This is a wonderful place for a coffee and snack. Always clean and polite. Lovely staff.

Had a fully stamped drinks card, asked for a latte and flat white. I had to ask for another drinks card (even though I obviously used them). I was told the new card wouldnt be stamped because I was given one free drink. I had to explain that if I had claimed my "free" drink then any additional drinks merited one stamp per purchase. The flat white? It was a weak latte.

Great atmosphere, high quality drinks and very friendly staff. Location is in a good, convenient place and is even better when the weather is nice. I used to swear by Starbucks and it was the only coffee shop I’d visit. Now I’ve been completely converted by Nero (this place in particularand couldn’t imagine going anywhere else!

Lovely light all glass premises within large car park. Plenty of tables both inside and out. Friendly service and good coffee. Excellent location in out of town shopping area.

Lovely place to visit but can get rather crowded and therefore service slower at busy times which dont seem to be catered for very easily.Selection of food and drink is always great, the coffee is always hot and very tasty. The staff in the main are polite, friendly and helpful.

Lovely place. Little bit small but we thought it was cozy. Food was great but small portions,ordered the chicken goujons for starters and it was nearly a fiver for two. Steak was a little tough but it was sirloin and was cooked well. Went at 430 so service was quick but dont know what it would be like when its busy. 4 out of 5!!

Terrible experience. Waited 10minutes for y order and was used as a guinea pig to train their staff. Woman just slammed the plates on the table and commented something about me behind the till. Never going there again. Oh and their breakfast rolls were foul too, worst panini weve had Coffee too hot and terrible taste. . Where is the manager?!?
