$55 with Bad skill. It’s absolutely bad service. Already explained clearly the length wanted, but hair dresser insisted she will fix later. Not happy with the outcome. $30 matches their skill and service. Do go there.

Went prior Covid-19 for a wash/cut/iron on short hair and paid close to $40. Went today and paid $70 for EXACTLY the same service! In the past they had some prices on the exterior of the shop but this time not! Didn’t see any price list around the counter! A rip off for what I received! Like the haircut but really overpriced for the location (it is not an exclusive salon)! They lost a client!

Asked for a cut and colour.I was asked to pay $465! I could not believe it...The hairdresser added $370 worth of perm without asking me.When I told the hairdresser that I did not ask to get my hair permed, she pretended that she did not understand English.Never go to this place unless you speak Korean.Very very disappointed.

I was the last customer of the day. The hairdresser looked tired (everyone wants haircut post lockdown).The hair washing basin most near the wall is faulty, making the neck/head/body/seat position very uncomfortable (or impossible). They need to fix it ASAP or customers may hurt their back or neck when put in that posture.The haircut itself took 5min. Maybe because of the mask wearing, hairdresser was not able to measure the symmetry of the hair. So one side is longer than the other side.I was still grateful that they took me when I booked only a couple of hrs in advance. They turned down many walk-in customers and said they are very booked up.

I wanted to get my bang permed (straighteningand I think they put chemical on my hair too long and my hair is burnt. I never experienced this poor performance at a Korean hair salon in my life. I am just so mad now looking at my bang. I thought it was a good value for money, but it turned out a disaster. My bang is short now, so I guess I have to wait for a long time until my hair grows out.

Price outside not true. Paid nearly 4 times that price for a perm. Ended up losing a lot of hair from heat damage. Staff not taking pride of what they do, they seem can’t wait for the day to finish.

없어도 너무 성의가 없이 머릴 자르고 아주 그냥 귀찮아하듯, 무시하듯 대충대충... 가장 놀란건 머리를 감겨주는것도 정말 대충, 말려주는것도 대충, 거기다 젖은머리에 매직드라이를 해준게 제일 어이없다. 머리에서 연기가 나는데도... 정말이지 호주에서 가본 미용실중 최악의 미용실이다.

I have been going to Calla Hair Salon for many years. The ladys who work here always do an excellent job at cutting my hair and the prices are always so reasonable! $48 for a wash, cut and style!

Been going to Calla for years. Good value, but you must find the stylist that knows how to cut your hair.

Very bad service. Literally spent less than 5 min cutting my hair. Did not use scissors at all. Only used a clipper. Will never go back there again.

Very weird with their pricing..... got a haircut with wash n blow dry $55. A couple of weeks agoWent in recently got a wash and blow dry.... same price.I feel like they guess the price depending on how they are feeling. Good service but fix the prices.

Terrible terrible place, first they don’t listen to your request properly, second they don’t apologize and still charge you full price for a mistake for cutting my hair wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy shorter than I requested. The chubby lady with green hair was looking around as she was cutting my hair, could you pay more attention next time? Gosh I hope they close down I should have read the reviews before decided to walk in, never have I been so angry to even consider leaving a bad review on google.

the last couple times I had my haircut there was terrible, I even showed a picture to make sure that the hair dresser can cut my hair the way I want it but the result was so disappointing.

Horrible place. Made the mistake of rushing a decision to get my hair cut here along with my girlfriend. They were brutal - hair washing/scalp massage was more like a hair ripping. Therapy for a bunch of stressed out zombies. Dont let the smile of the receptionist fool you.Felt like being a sausage in a sausage factory - no conversation nor listening. The hairdresser didnt listen when I said I needed damaged hair removed, and when I asked for more length to be taken off, she just ignored me. When she had finished and I told her it was still too long, she frustratedly and lovelessly cut more off as though it were my fault she wasnt listening.These people take no pride in their work. My girlfriends hair was left with split ends still remaining and lopsided bangs, with the ends completely unfinished and different lengths. They ought to pay you to come here for their haircutting practice - youll need the $38 back to take to the next place where youll get your bad haircut fixed.Dont go. Deeply un-recommended

Good haircut and care, really do like this place since Karen really takes care in your cut. Only mildly disappointed that I had to wait 30min even with a booking but otherwise perfect.

Reasonably price for cut and wash. Shop is bright and clean.

Dont even want to give 1 star. Should give this place -5 stars. Hairdresser was super unfriendly - pretty sure she didnt smile once, cut my hair unevenly, and when I asked her make my hair thinner she said no because it didnt look like the picture I showed her. Charged me $38 JUST for a cut. No wash or blow dry. What a waste of money. Avoid avoid avoid!

Waste of time, I asked for 4cm off my hair and they only took off 1cm while taking over 30 minutes. I know Im an impatient man but seriously, it doesnt take that long to buzz 1cm of hair. They charged me 28 dollars for that?! Going to a barber next time.

Wish i read the reviews before i went in! Wish i asked how much before i sat down! Went in for a full colour - saw the price outside $66. When i finished lady at cash register said $150!! My jaw dropped to the ground. I said your price outside says $66. She said thats for short hair. Actually for your hair we charge $180. I couldnt believe it and didnt know what to do. Obviously this is daylight robbery and fee gouging at its best!! She saw me coming a mile away!! I will be making a formal complaint to the ACCC and NSW Fair Trading. I rarely go to the hairdresser and when i do its for foils and i pay $120 (half a head, with colour). Full colour i have always paid between $50 (out westand $70. These guys should not be allowed to run a business. Such a shame, because i would have highly recommended them to my friends for colour and i would have been a recurring customer. Obviously they dont care.

Haircuts are good and cheap. Very simple salon, dont expect any fancy but for the price of my hair cut/blow dry $44 was amazing

This place has no set price. I was first told a ladies TRIMwould be $38. I came in the second day, a different lady said price is $66. Then when I asked for an explanation for the price difference. She said that’s ‘CUT and WASH’, haircut only is $44.... so a shampoo cost $22??I turned around and walked right out of that scam hole.

Bad experience with this salon. Went for haircut for my long hair and came back with uneven haircut, not even natural or smooth cut that other salon will try to do. Dont waste your money. Go elsewhere.

Terrible. I came here for a hair cut and it was wonky, and when k asked them to redo my roots (blonde hairI left with grey roots and a yellow line between the roots and old hair, they still had the audacity to charge me $150 too!

I like to give good reviews, but this store RUINED my hair for my wedding day. The manager Helen treated me horribly, cut my hair in a zig zag, didnt let me see what my hair looked like after the cut until I went home and realised why. She didnt want me to see what she had done. I get that people have bad days, but to intentionally ruin a girls hair for her special day, takes cruelty to a new level. Save yourself and go somewhere else with good reviews, skill and a good heart.

I have a bad experience in this hair salon today. Kims service is the worst one that I ever have. He is very rude and bad attitude. His new price for hair cutting is a rip off. I will never go back to this hair salon anymore.
