Camp Pioneer in Adams County

Very nice quiet place to camp out or go fishing.

Wide open space to camp for the night. Cabin on site. Off the beaten path in the middle of residents, which made it a little difficult to find. Great place to hang out for the weekend. Running water, small pond. Well-maintained. Great for a weekend trip.

Was my first time here, but our troop visited many years ago (no active members had ever been). This place is a gem! Pretty hard to find the entrance, but the facilities were great and it was pretty convenient to the Gettysburg Battlefield. We are already planning our return trip!

Very affordable camp for scout troops with a nice indoor kitchen. Cooking for 30 people was no problem.

Nice plce to take kids to be outdoors. They have a pond for catch and release fishing. And creaks for kids to explore!
