I’m going to give them 1 star just because the food it is good and they have reasonable prices BUT every time that I call them for a delivery or pick up service their attention it is the WORSE. The guy who usually pick up the phone it is very rude and always have an attitude. Today when I call for a delivery he was rushing with my order and when I asked him nicely to repeat the order he hanged up on me so called again and told him to repeat the order (which actually he got it wrongand then that I want to pay over the phone and he laughed at me and put on hold and never pick up the phone again. I hope management do something about it because like I said it is not the first time and they have really good food.

They are racist! Today I went to pick up my order using a $100 bill and they refused to take it from me. They marked it and it turned yellow (the color it’s supposed to beand they kept telling me no. They did not want to take it from me because I am black!!! After going back and forth with them I offered to pay another way and they gave me a hard time. The cashier (a ladythen shoved the food at me and pointed towards the door. She was rude and aggressive from the moment I walked in there . This is not the first time she was rude to me. They also were handling money and touching food with no gloves. They had no mask on and no hair ties. If I could give them negative stars I would. Please do not go there if your African American. They do not like us!!!

Me and my friend went to pick up our food during our lunch time. The lady at the counter is very very rude and the guy who im guessing is the ownere is as well. They dont know how to talk to you when you call. So we handed them a $100.00 bill the ladies face just tooted up she checked the bill it was the color it was supposed to be and she told me it was fake her and the owner said no again shoved the money back infront of alot of customers. Offered a different way to pay they still gave us a problem they finally let us pay and we let them know we was taking it somewhere else to be checked even tho we knew it wasnt fake and sure enough the lady at 7/11 said it was real I felt like we were racially profiled from the start

Asked if they could make a margherita pie. And the picture below is what i got. As you could see the ingredients you would think that goes on a pizza doesnt adhere well to the crust. Real margherita pies have fresh mozzarella. They should have told me they dont make margherita pies. The crust was the only redeeming factor but not enough to make me consider ever coming here again. After eating a slice, my stomach hasnt settled well. The inside of the establishment doesnt seem welcoming either. I dont usually give low ratings to pizzerias, especially those that have nice workers, but a trip here aint worth it. Youre better off going anywhere else in Secaucus.

I got the meat lasagna and a spinach roll and they were absolutely banging. Good job campanellos!!

Cheap with the sauce on the pizza, might taste a bit better if they added more sauce to the slice.3 Stars is just too generous.....Stop being cheap with the sauce...

Pizza was good and fresh but customer service average all employees should know how to ring up a purchase.

2 stars for their delicious spinach rolls and negative 3 for their customer service. I was ignored for over 15 minutes before I asked for service. I Loved this place but after seeing how I was treated today, I wont be back here.

Great cheap pizza right off the highway. But they obviously dont care about COVID or wearing masks. I feel bad for the one employee wearing a mask in the back.

Ordered lunch from hot trays, got Penne with vodka sauce with a side of 2 meatballs and a piece of chicken parm for 8 bucks! Super cheap and the penne and chicken were excellent! Meatballs were just ok. But soo worth going for lunch. You wont be disappointed...

Today I was laid off from my job due to lack of work in Central Jersey and I had to leave the company car at the employer’s warehouse. I was forced to take the train to Seacaucus, NJ, when I realized that my phone’s battery had died. I walked until I found this pizzeria. I went inside and asked the person behind the counter, whom appeared to be the owner , I asked if I could charge my phone for 10 minutes in order to call my wife to pick me up from his pizzeria . I even asked if I would buy several slices of pizzas would he allow me to charge my phone for a mere 10 minutes and he simply continued to shake his head and said NO. I started to cry as I had no idea how I would contact my partner to pick me up. I stepped outside the pizzeria and begged a total stranger to dial my partner, a local number, in order to communicate with my wife. I found it unbelievable how that cold and vicious person in the pizzeria would not allow me to charge my phone long enough to place a call. This person does not have a soul PLEASE think twice before you entering this pizzeria and spend your hard earned money. Would you want this person to serve you food that you will consume ?

Make sure you check your bank statement cause they over charge your card without you knowing, the food is not bad

Its ok for local pizzeria its better than a dollar pizza shop I can tell you and they give you your moneys worth

Ordered lunch..1 chicken caesar salad and 1 soda...1 hour and 20 mins. Tried to call back. Phone never answered. My very first time orderimg and my last..needless to say i went hungry for lunch. They never even cared enough to apologize for the delay..NOTHING takes am hour and fifteen minutes. I guess i didnt order enough for them. Very disappointed. Never again.

One of the best with reasonable prices, great quality food and service. Campanellos make his own dough, I have seen him, the best pizzeria around, their chicken parmigiana!!! Try it, will never be disappointed.

Food is decent if youre desperate. Service should get negative stars but no option. Set up a normal delivery for 2 slices and mozz sticks - 1 hour and 20 mins later I call and they say they tried to call giving me the same number I gave them. Never ordering here again....

Ive liked their pizza but customer service out weighs everything. Its happened multiple times where I call to place an order and the just place the phone on the table where I could hear them answer another call and take their order. Last time Im ordering there.

I never leave reviews but i feel the need to leave one for this place. The lady behind the register is so rude and miserable, she takes out her stank attitude on the customers. I ordered a meatball parmigiana sandwich and i asked if she can add vodka sauce to it and i understand the price was going to be more than just a regular meatball parmigiana sandwich. She flat out said NO i told her i know its going to cost more and thats not an issue and she said NO. So whatever i tell her im not going to get that i will get something else. She says ok and hangs up one me. The only reason i give this place 2 stars is because the food is decent. But i will not be ordering from here again.

Very good lasagna. If you like alot of meat in your lasagna, then youll love Campanellos. Its served with a delicious garlic bread. Their tomato sauce is really rich in flavor and the cheese they use is of high quality. The staff was also very friendly and polite. I would recommend this restaurant should you ever pass through Secaucus, NJ.

Pizza served from day before then served cold had to ask to heat up more no flavor seems like cheap ingredients not the best pizza in my opinion and experience here

I didnt get anything because the food on the bar doesnt look good. The pizza looks old and dry. And the prices were too high for the type of establishment they have there. (I went during lunch. They breakfast may be good. Like I said I didnt try anything)

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE AND SO IS THE OWNER AND IF I WAS YOU I WOULD NEVER EAT FROM "CAMPANELLOS" I ORDER CHICKEN TENDERS & FRENCH FRIES AND IT CAME W/ GARLIC BREAD THAT HAD A HAIR FOLLICLE OF SOME SORT ON IT. NOW I DONT NORMALLY POST REVIEWS BUT THIS TIME I HAD TOO, I CALLED BACK TO SPEAK WITH THE OWNER AS IM EXPLAINING THE ISSUE TO WHOM EVER PICKED UP THE PHONE. IN MIST OF ME TELLING THEM MY ISSUE I WAS PLACED ON HOLD FOR ABOUT 15MIN WHILE THE #OWNER TOOK ORDERS FROM THIS HEALTH HAZARD OF A BUSINESS. THEN WHEN HE CAME BACK TO THE LINE I CONTINUED TO TELL HIM THAT MY GARLIC BREAD HAD A PIECE OF HAIR IN IT AND I DEMANDED A REFUND OF MY MONEY BECAUSE OF THIS MATTER. WELL THE OWNER DIDNT SEE IT THAT WAY HE STATED TO ME THAT THE GARLIC BREAD WASNT APART OF THE MEAL AND I WASNT CHARGE SO THERE FOR IM NOT GETTING NO MONEY BACK FOR WHAT I ORDERED EVEN THO THERE WAS HAIR IN MY FOOD. I STATED ARE YOU SERIOUS ME AND MY COWORKERS OREDER FROM HERE NOT TO MENTION THE RESIDENTS IN THE COMPLEX IN WHICH I WORK FOR ORDERS FROM THERE AND NOW IVE TOLD EVERYONE AND THEY WILL NOLONGER ORDER FOOD FROM HERE EVER.

The sandwiches are great and the salads are delicious. The service is good especially deliveries which often arrive withing 20 minutes of placing your order. Pizza and Calzones are good not great, but, better than most.
