I rented with them in Greenwich and they are not responsive at all. It takes months to get something fixed but if they want to get something done from you, you will be bombarded with text, call and emails. If you have already rented with them then beware that you are logging every issues in the house with proof with photos with them (issue reported over email will not work otherwise you will have to pay the charges they think appropriate from your deposit without presenting the appropriate bills. They charged me 450£ for end of tenancy cleaning and me being new in London didnt know much about things and had to pay it.They are 2 person agency so once you rent the house they will not bother to check how are the things. Go with some agency which has proper teams and good support for customers. Just google the top agencies in your area.

Excellent and professional company, who know their market well. Good timekeepers, (unlike some other agents in E14!), and they did not waste my time showing me properties which did not meet my criteria. A pleasure to do business with them.
