The owner of Carpet Court Campbeltown, does not, in my opinion, consider the satisfaction of customers as a high priority. After having various issues with our job I asked to speak with someone senior and I received a call directly from the owner. He came across to me as rude, dismissive and very unprofessional. I would never recommend Carpet Court Campbelltown.

The guys at carpet court were fantastic. They helped us source a specific carpet that we had laid about 3 years ago. The guy who came to install it was super friendly and efficient and did a great job!

Unless you enjoy headaches I would avoid this place. Firstly they don’t do measure and quotes on weekends so if you work (which I assume you would so you can afford to pay their overpriced flooring costsgood luck with that. Secondly the staff do everything in their power to not help you in anyway. Was advised that even though my flooring was in stock the wait for installation is over a month! Went to another carpet court who can get my floors installed in the next week. Staff are far from friendly and I was made to feel like a painful inconvenience. Should have seen the red flags from the start.

Recently purchased hybrid flooring. Walked in chose what I wanted, sales people answered questions and within three weeks my flooring was installed. They made the whole transaction simple. Installers showed up early and did a great job, could not fault my new floors. Very happy.

The experience overall was good. Would have been excellent if I was told earlier that I would need two sections of carpet rather than one for the master bedroom. No one likes surprises at the last minute. The two sections are very well put together though because I can’t tell the difference.

Staff were extremely helpful-from sales to installation. Made the whole experience stress free which is what i was after. Highly recommended

We recently had the carpets replaced in 3 bedrooms. From the moment we walked into the Campbelltown store we felt at ease.The shop assistant was very helpful & knowledgeable and even let us take home a few samples so that we could visualise what we would be getting. I didn’t know that was a thing but it really helped in us making a decision.Once we decided on the colour and type of carpet Dillon came out to quote the job. Which we received by that afternoon.Communication has been great every step of the way. Install day went smoothly and Jason even texted in the morning with an eta so I could go about my day. He arrived on time and completed the job in a timely manner and cleaned up after himself.We are so happy with the results which makes our rooms look so modern now. What ever we asked from them they were happy to obliged like bringing samples to the house to make shore it went with the other furniture. Olso did an exceptional job in laying. They turned up when they said I didn’t have to wait. A lot off other company’s can take a leaf out of there book. 👍👍

Installers where fantastic, quick professional and knowledgeable.The office staff where warm and accommodating every step of the way and Sharon in particular was absolutely heaven sent when we needed to make some last minute changes to our order and add carpet disposal due to health issues.Definitely the installers to use in Campbelltown

Everything went well from the time we selected our carpet and colour. We were given a sample of the carpet to take home to check colour scheme. The carpet layer arrived and within 2 hours our little cabin became cosy and beautifully soft underfoot.Highly recommend these guys. Carpet we selected was made in Australia 🇳🇿

Had a few hassles getting started but eventually we got an amazing floor and the absolute best floor layer in Junior.That man works like a machine and takes so much pride in his work.

I walked in last week with the exact laminate in mind I wanted to have installed at my place. I explained the measurements of my house and told the lady working there I was keen to get the job done. She asked where the property was and after I said it was in Glenfield she told me that they would not come out to have a look or give a quote as it was too far away. Business must be good if they wont even travel up the road for a potential sale. Have since put a deposit down with another flooring company.

Very pleased with the total new carpet experience. Amandas knowledge and helpful advice made the decision less overwhelming than expected. Our need to have the laying broken into two stages was happily complied with. The team of layers worked swiftly and skillfully ensuring all our needs were met.

Have just had the Hybrid Aquatuff flooring installed, and we chose Armory for colour. Love the feel underfoot, busy grain , and the colour not too dark.The product looks and feels great and has blended in well with the existing surrounds of our house.The staff at Carpet Court were very helpful, from first visit, to measure and quote, very informative.The installers were just lovely. Prompt, efficient, methodical with great clean up.Love the whole job, however were a little let down by scotia. as it really stands out from existing skirting boards.Great job overall, just love our new look.Thank you Carpet Court!!

This was the 2nd time I have used them over a 9 year period and again I was really happy with the service I received. Got some beautiful carpet at a reasonable price. From start to finish I was very satisfied with the staff and service provided by Carpet Court Campbelltown. I would definitely use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

We are very happy with the service from Kristel , and Nakeya in particular but we had a very positive experience with all service staff at the store who were helpful and knowledgeable with their products..Our carpet has been down for a week and some and we are still very happy with the colour and carpet.The carpet layers Jayden and Jason were very professional and demonstrated their experience by the finish they provided on tricky task of doing the bullnose finish on the staircase which we specifically asked to be done well as it is a feature of the entry.Well done to you all.

I had carpet laid by Carpet Court Campbelltown around 7-8 months ago now. It looks as good today as it did back then. They were very helpful and walked me through colour options given my wall paint colour scheme, quality with stain resistance and I was fortunate enough to be able to find a high quality carpet that was greatly discounted. They arrived on time and quickly had the carpet laid and left the home clean and tidy. I have used Carpet Court in the past and always had a good experience.

I have been a repeat customer to Carpet Court Campbelltown. Having used them several times over the past 20 years, I was always extremely pleased from start to finish with their service.Regrettably on returning once more to get another floor covering job done by them, I didnt receive the same quality service.The lovely ladies at the store told me they look after customers who come back and use them again. The guy who came to my house to measure up the job, was very efficient and professional and once again stating, repeat customers are valued.Unfortunately, when I finally received the quote it was very disappointing and substandard. I rang the store to get more information on the costing then just a total price for the job, which was all that was on the quote. I needed to know how many square metres they were charging me for and at how much per square metre. There were obviously extra charges in the cost, so how were these being calculated.As I really wanted to sort out the quote and proceed with the job as soon as possible, I expected to be treated professionally. BUT.... The person who I spoke to on the phone only give me vague responses to my questions, he gave me no enthusiasm to want to help me and worst of all, he didnt seem in the least bit interested in trying to keep me as a valued customer.I will use another company this time for my floor covering job and I will now also cease recommending Carpet Court at Campbelltown.
