Thank you to the pharmacist on duty today 03/12/22! Our loved one needed a simple spirometer for post surgery. The hospital forgot to pack in belongings for home. You helped us get that to him in a very short time frame! Thank you !!!

Disappointed that I went to store at 553 and doors were locked. I needed to run in and get one thing quick for my daughter snd chose Cape over CVS to support the little guys. I ended up going to CVS.

Ive had a really disappointing experience with this pharmacy today. On Monday I went on their website to request a refill of a compound RX. I received confirmation and was told to wait 48 hours for a compound. So I did. I called this morning (Wednesdayto ensure it would be ready for pickup around noon so I can run out on my lunch break to pick it up. I was told they just never got it. So I reiterated that I HAD in fact submitted it and that it was quite urgent as I only had about a day left of the medication. The woman I spoke to clearly couldnt care less and when I asked her if that feature even works on the website she admitted that it does not. WHY EVEN HAVE UT THEN?! So at this point I would have expected her to offer an apology and to see if she can get it filled today still on a rush order. But no. I had to insist on that and express the urgency of the situation their system created, being sure to express that I know this isnt her fault so as to not take out any frustration on her specifically. Her response was terse and, frankly, rude. Its just not that difficult to express understanding in situations like this and not treat the customer like they dont matter. Overall really disappointing.

This is the best pharmacy we have in Lewes by far. They are personalized, cheerful, delightful, caring, knowledgeable, professional, experts! They always greet you with a smile, and how are you doing. If its your birthday 🎂, your going to get a call wishing you on that special day. They know how to put a smile on your face. Even when you might not be feeling your best.The only problem I have, is I dont know their birthday! And, I would like to make them happy, for all the happiness they bring to everyone else. Wonderful staff!They have helped me when I was in a jam with my medication, and also was able to fill my dogs order promptly.They are not my regular pharmacy as I live 40 minutes away, but every time Ive gone here, they have been great to me. I highly recommend.

THEY CONTINUE TO MAKE MASK WEARING MANDATORY. I WAS FULLY VACCINATED AT CAPE PHARMACY BUT, IM REQUIRED TO WEAR A MASK. WALGREENS AND CVS, ONLY RECOMMEND IT. THEREFORE, I HAVE DECIDED TO USE CVS. ILL USE A MASK IN A DOCTORS OFFICE OR THE HOSPITAL BUT, NOT IN A DRUGSTORE WHEN OTHER PHARMACIES ALLOW PEOPLE TO GO WITHOUT. IF I COULD GIVE YOU ZERO STARS, I WOULD.

Very rarely do I post reviews. But in this case I am so aghast by the owners’ poor attitude and service I feel it is necessary. I agree with other reviews that the staff is generally friendly and helpful. And we deal with them on a monthly basis. We have a young child with many medical needs, so we are well-versed in insurance navigation, dealing with many people in doctors offices, medical equipment, etc. All day every day.Then came several days this week when both my husband and I had occasion to speak to the owner. WOW! What a poor, distasteful experience with someone who should clearly leave customer service to those she has hired that are better suited. That said, the owner is a representation of the business. The base impression was clearly that I wasn’t important, she was annoyed to answer the phone and as a result made her typical, local, recurring customer feel we were wasting her time and she couldn’t wait to hang up the phone and do more important things. I may have given her more of the benefit of the doubt had this been a one off occurrence. Sadly, that’s not the case.

I was a new patient with a prescription. that no other pharmacy had, with 5 hours before, closing, Cape Pharmacy handled my emergency with superior and friendly service. When I got home with my prescription I was still in shock how competently they handled it

Staff are welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. Questions are answered fully and never leave customer feeling foolish for asking. We could use a mail order service but find them impersonal and unable to give time to questions we have. This pharmacy is a local resource of immeasurable value to all individuals and families. Great service, friendly and knowledgeable staff and pharmacists. They also carry homeopathic remedies and Rescue Remedy.

I just moved here from Maryland. My Drs are still in Md and I have an extensive medical background. The friendly staff filled my prescriptions and made my long day complete. I am thankful for having an EPIC PHARMACIES nearby me in Lewes DE.

The Cape Pharmacy is a locally owned and operated business in the small beach town of Lewes Delaware. The staff, pharmacists, and owner are never too busy to answer any questions I have about medications.
