Im very happy to have moved over to Capitol Dental! My mom was a dental assistant growing up and although my dentist was great as a child, Im even more impressed with my care at Capitol.

The staff was super friendly, professional and efficient! Dr Redd was so friendly and he made my kids very comfortable. It is the first time my kids have ever looked forward to going to the dentist!

Staffs are always friendly. They always go the great lengths to make sure I am comfortable and relaxed without pain.

Im one of those people who avoided going to the dentist for years. I just hated going. It made me nervous, and I knew Id be uncomfortable.Then I went to Capitol Dental to see Jim about 5 years ago, and Ive been going every 6 months since. I couldnt be happier and I look forward to chatting with everyone.

They explained everything they were going to do beforehand in a kind manner, and treated me like a person, not just another paycheck. They were patient with my need for extra numbing medication, and gave it plenty of time to kick in before starting to drill again, even though I ended up needing multiple extra doses. The front staff was very sympathetic about my nervousness and worked around my wonky work schedule with aplomb. The office was nice and clean, and best of all, wasn’t too cold! Thank you guys, I usually hate going to the dentist, but you made it bearable!

This is the best dental practice I’ve ever used. They listen and accommodate for sensitive teeth. They have laughing gas for general cleanings and they are the most reasonable price for dental work.I actually enjoy my appointments. Everyone that works there is kind and Jim Jones is very good at his job.Highly recommend to anyone who needs general maintenance or additional work done.

Our family really loves the dentists, but when I changed insurance, we made sure to call, as well as take our insurance card to the office to confirm they took our insurance. Now we are stuck with a 200 dollar bill, because they made an error and they don’t actually take our insurance, so now we have to pay out of pocket. A costly lesson.

Dr. Redd & his staff are amazing! Any questions I had regarding getting my wisdom teeth taken out, they answered. I visited both dental locations and the receptionists I encountered were very personable and welcoming as well. Would highly recommend Capitol Dental!

Capitol Dental is the best dentist that Ive ever had! Every time my husband and I go in for teeth cleanings we have a wonderful experience. Dr. Jim Jones and his hygienists do an awesome job and are very personable. I never knew that going to the dentist could be so enjoyable. Highly recommend!

I woke up with a toothache this morning and my daughter recommended Capitol Dental.It was so convenient and easy; they use the latest messaging technology to get things going quickly. It took about 5 minutes and I had an appointment set up. I met with Dr. Redd about an hour later, got x-rays and all finished quicker than I was expecting.The staff was both knowledgeable and friendly. Best visit with a dentist Ive had in several years.If you a dental help I recommend them.

We love Dr. Mark and his wonderful hygienists. It’s always a pleasant experience! We have had years prior of hating going to the dentist, but we always have a good experience at Capitol Dental! Their office staff is accommodating and try to get our big family in with one visit. All are friendly and make you feel right at home!

Have gone to Dr Jones for about 15 years or so, he and the staff are always very nice and helpful. They know how to keep the mood light, so it doesnt really feel like going to the dentist when youre there. The TVs in the roof are a nice touch too.

I absolutely love the kind and patient service I get here and have gotten here for a while! Dr. Jones is incredible at what he does and does such a good job of listening and makes going to the dentist as painless as possible. I definitely would recommend him and his team to anyone! Amazing!!

The staff at Capitol Dental are the best. They are always friendly and helpful. All five members of our family had cleanings today. Two of our children had cavities. They were able to fit both in for their fillings today so we didn’t have to come back. We live at least 45 minutes away. We have been coming to this office ever since Doc Jones took over the previous practice. Haven’t even thought about changing!**Same experience today. Family of 5 all had cleanings with 1 child having a cavity. They fit him in and got it all taken care of today. Friendly staff too!

Office staff is friendly and welcoming. Most I would actually want to be friends with! I’ve had both Dr. Jones and Dr. Redd work on me and my kids and have upmost confidence in both of them. They all make sure we are comfortable thoughout the entire visit. The dental hygienists are some of the best I have been to.

Super friendly down to earth staff! They found an opening the day of to try and help me out.. For someone who has had bad experiences elsewhere, it’s so nice to know that they will always take good care of me at Capitol Dental. There are plenty of dentists closer to me, but I would rather drive 20 minutes for the experience!

I was introduced to this office first as a temporary dental assistant while one of theirs was out of town. I quickly realized this was not only a fun office with great doctors and staff, but that they were also trustworthy and truly care about each of their patients beyond just their mouth! Love this dentist office! Sad it took me so long to find such a wonderful place. I feel like it has been constant dental fraud after fraud at other offices but I never feel like I am being taken advantage of at Capitol Dental. Highly trained professionals and equipment! The staff is phenomenal!! I always have a great time when I come in... not to mention I drive from south Salt Lake to be seen because you just can’t be the care you get! Love these guys!

I had been going to a previous dentist my whole life and felt like I needed a change and WOW, I was so impressed by Dr. Jones and his staff. They were so nice and they genuinely cared about my teeth and the concerns I had regarding my dental care. They answered all my questions and concerns and put my mind at ease. The billing staff was wonderful and explained my benefits and what was covered and what the cost of my work would be and there were no surprises on my bill. I have been going to Capitol Dental for years. It is important to me to feel comfortable when I am at the dentist. The staff treat you like you are family, and the office is modern and professional. My kids also feel very comfortable to go to see Jim, and they get excited to go to the dentist. When you see Jim or any of his staff out in the community, they remember you. I have had numerous procedures done at this office. I have had fillings, and cleanings, Invisalign braces, and teeth whitening. The office staff is great to work with your insurance. They text you for your appointment reminder and mail a postcard too. I have recommended Capitol Dental to all of my friends so they can have a good experience and awesome results.

I have been to many dentist in my life, and Capitol Dental is by far my favorite dentist office. The staff is extremely friendly and the whole office has a very relaxed . They have televisions in the ceiling so you can watch and relax while getting your teeth cleaned or a cavity filled. They work great with my insurance company, and even when I was having issues with my coverage they worked with me to get my bill paid

Going to the dentist has always caused me to have severe anxiety, but Capitol Dental makes me feel so at ease. The staff is so friendly and the doctors are great. I have terrible teeth so I have had multiple cavities filled by Jim. He is so fast! It takes more time to get numb then it does for him to actually fill the cavity! This truly is the best dentist office I have ever been to.

Growing up, I loathed going to the dentist and as an adult I did everything I could to avoid going. Several years back, the condition of my teeth had gotten to a point that I saw no alternative but to see a dentist and so I started shopping around. Dr. Jones at Capitol Dental was recommended to me by a family member and so I scheduled a consultation. I was so surprised at my experience and the level of professionalism demonstrated by Dr. Jones and his staff. They had instantly changed my impression of what it meant to visit the dentist. They took great care to ensure that I felt no pain or discomfort during my dental appointments. I happy to say that I no longer dread going to the dentist and it is all because of Dr. Jones. I highly recommend Dr. Jones to anyone who is in the market for a new dentist. In fact, I have enjoyed Dr. Jones dental care so much, we now have three generations of our family seeing him.
