really good food!
Yeah, the price was a little high, but thats everywhere anymore. The staff was great, the chicken cheesesteaks were really good, and even though my wife didnt WANT fries, they were so good she kept coming back for them. Looking forward to returning.
Absolutely fabulous! The wagyu cheese steaks are AWESOME!!! Truly enjoyed the food, excellent!
No reason to drive to South Philly for a cheesesteak anymore. Amazing sandwiches! Even better with some WannaRub Spice and BBQ sauce!
The breakfast sandwiches shrunk to almost nothing. They looked like half filled hotdog rolls. Just charge more and offer a decent sized sandwich. Still hungry...
Amazing sandwiches and great staff!
If you want the gobbler effect of passing out, look no further than the Bobbie!
The chicken parm sandwich was very good. Price seems a bit high for a regular size sandwich, their medium. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only other item is for the chicken parm sandwich since is has Marinara on it the bread needs to be a hearty crusty roll to stand up and not get all mushy.
Great place. Their turkey sandwiches are awesome, cheesesteaks are also very good
IM SO GLAD that theres finally a Capriottis in Royersford rather than having to plan a trip all the way to Exton! I absolutely love this place because the food is incredible! If youre vegetarian/vegan, you will absolutely LOVE the plant-based options (my favorite is the Impossible® Cheesesteak... SO GOOD!). The staff are friendly and the facility is clean and beautiful! Its worth the visit!!
Purchase large Roast beef sandwich with coleslaw. Large quantity of excellent beef . A little pricy. But what isnt anymore
1st time customer. Looked at the pictures on the wall, & ordered a 6" Wagyu Roast Beef. The girl asked me what I wanted on the sandwich, & I just kept saying "yes that too"! Great taste, fresh roll, peppers, tomatoes, & all the fixzins Held the onions!
Why do you close at 8pm on a Friday night? While I was there 3 other cars came up and looked at the sign and drove away. It was 8:05
Big fan of this particular location. I stop in for lunch every so often, and Ive tried them for breakfast as well. Service is great, the people at the register are always friendly and helpful, even when their busy. Then theres the food. From the weirdly thin fries to the toasted Bobbie, the food is consistently top notch. Portions are generous and even menu items that sound kinda funky turn out to be surprisingly good. My only gripes are that the menu board offers very little detail and the food is a little pricey. If you need more detail on a menu item, you can ask or grab a take-out menu from the counter. As for the prices, I just dont go that often, but its worth it when I do.
Loved this place! Great vegetarian options too 💕
So pleased with our experience there tonight. Sandwiches were unique and delicious (real roasted turkey!), staff very friendly and helpful, and even decent vegetarian options, i.e., not just a vegetable sandwich. They actually have plant-based meats for their sandwiches, such a nice surprise. Well be back!
Very underwhelming and not worth the money. Ordered the Capastrami and there was more bread than meat. Better off going to a local sandwich shop in my opinion.
Employees are nice to the customers and the food is great
1st time here and its amazing. Great customer service. Food is AMAZING
Very good cheesesteak on excellent Liscio roll. Not greasy or overly salty. A little pricier than Philly, especially the sides, but this is closer for me than a drive to Philly. Ill be back to try other menu items.
Amazing sandwiches with reasonable prices for the size and quality
Pre ordered online, told to PU in 45 minutes, but once there waited additional 30 min for 2 sandwiches. Just one grill with 2 cooks plus 5 assistants. Company should consider adding more grilling space. First time here but determined we will definitely return, the sandwich that I ate was a hot Turkey with stuffing and Cranberry Sauce and it was awesome with chunks of real meat!
I’m so disappointed I didn’t try this place sooner. I got a chipotle chicken crunch. It didn’t anticipate it would be like a chicken cheesesteak but it was the best version of a chicken cheesesteak I’ve ever had. Also, the fries were really good, a thin take on steak fries. Not only was the food excellent, but the gentleman who took our order was phenomenal at customer service. We will 100% be back to this place.
Have been eating here alot lately, one of the best sandwich shops anywhere. Always quick and fresh.
Love the Bobbie sandwich! Really i have not tasted better❤ Busy, but a short wait time. Great customer service! Discovered this place when they donated food to the hurricane Ida victims. Really many businesses act like they care about their communities but really dont! Places like Capriottis really came through for us and we will never forget❤
Ordered classic cheese steak, got home and order didnt have anything on it that I asked for. Very disappointed!!!
Quality good quickly. A bit pricey, but what isnt these days. Worth it!
Got cheesesteak fries and a half Italian and the quality was actually horrible for what you pay. For the platter of fries, there was less than 1/4 cup of meat and cheese on the whole thing, just piled in the center. It was just an order of regular fries, really. The fries themselves were really cold and, oddly enough, tough. Ive never had fries where its hard to bite them in half before. The sub was extremely lacking too and had hardly any meat on it. Other items on it were also low quality and the bread, which was all the sandwich really was, was tough. Like, this was worse than a Wawa or Subway sandwich. For seven bucks for 5", this is kind of insane since the sandwich was 90% bread.I was really excited for Caps to come here as I really liked them back when I had them in Glen Mills years ago but this place is really not worth going to. Go to Primo instead.
Wonderful establishment. Ignore the critics and go here. They use the best rolls (Liscios), which is the start to the amazing quality. From there, their turkey is fresh made and awesome. We had a turkey hoagie, which will now be our go to hoagie in the area. As well we had a wagyu cheesesteak which was equally as amazing. Obviously this isn’t Jim’s Steak or Dalessandros, but for a non Philly staple, this cheesesteak did the name complete justice. The staff was friendly and attentive. We will be back for sure. Get here. You won’t regret it. I just wish we tried it sooner.
After a horrible experience at Primo’s I came here for lunch. Thanks for the customer service I will be ordering food weekly for my office
Good sandwiches, friendly staff, fast service and decent prices
Staff was super friendly and nice. Food was delicious and came out quick. Resturant was clean and decorated nicely. Highly recommend eating here!
hi so um i love ur sandwiches but u forgot my mayo and my sandwich is dry now but i still ate it cause i was hungry
WOW! Totally impressed by their food and staff! The menu is delicious and cant wait to try more! Great place to try. Order ahead option made it so quick and easy!
Second time ordering sandwiches from here and I have to say they were again amazing! Orders were perfect both times! Sandwiches were delicious!!
The sandwiches here are nothing special. The quality just wasnt worth the price. I was expecting a really tasty sandwich due the time it took to actually made, which was about 25 minutes. My honest opinion is this place is overpriced for a sandwich shop.
Mediocre food that doesnt justify the horrendous customer service. Theyve forgotten sandwiches on two separate occasions that Ive ordered through Grubhub. Find somewhere else that cares about their customers more.
While waiting for food lots of order issuesEven mine was wrongBecareful ordering food re-checkUnique flavors might try when less busy
I was a little apprehensive because of some of the reviews, but I’m glad I gave it a shot! I ordered the Bobby hoagie and it was the best thing ever! The staff was super friendly and working hard to get all the orders done. I’ll definitely be back and suggest you try it also.
Amazing sandwiches! The Capastrami is probably my favorite sandwich of all time. Friendly staff and always great service!
Was used to the Caprottis in De. Always great . Went to the one in Royersford twice . Both times my order was wrong and on the second one the order was wrong and the meat was tough . I won’t be coming back
Very neat clean and efficient in processing the sandwiches. But the sandwiches are mediocre at best
Wow, such harsh comments. News flash: the employees are still learning, it’s a new business! Y’all could be just a little kinder ya know? Who knew the locals were so mean?! Anyway, I disagree with the the negative reviews, the sandwiches we got were delicious. The employees were kind ,attentive and helpful. The rolls, lettuce and tomatoes were fresh - and the tomatoes were ripe! We were very pleased with our meals, and will happily return again. And no, I am not a friend or relative of an employee or the owner.
Customer service was ok, I’ll give them a pass because they were busy. Crowd of people at counter was just a mess, and confusing. However, the food was under par for the price. I had the wagyu cheesesteak, which was good, however way too expensive for the size. I get the use of wagyu meat, but the roll was just not that good either. For the price and portion size, I will not be returning
Disappointed, no one knows what’s going on there, they got three orders wrong while I was waiting for my large cheesesteak, which was mostly bread, I used to love this place, I can’t believe they gave me this steak, they should be ashamed.
These reviews are relentless. I think the store listened though! Went in a few days ago, the greeting wasn’t amazing and they took a few min to finish up what they were doing before taking my order but hey I wasn’t in a rush and it gave me more time to read the menu. Ordered a toasted Italian and my husband got the cheesesteak, both packed with meet. A little on the expensive side but I did enjoy the meal! I think the head guys need to just be a little more friendly, I don’t want to feel like I’m rushing you or being rushed... Take a breath, relax, and dude slap on a fake smile if need be it goes far for Karen’s and Chads. I will eat there again we’ll call it opening lessons.
This store got my review deleted. So I’m reposting it exactly as it was“Walked in extremely rude. First thing out of the girls mouth was “we’re extremely busy it’s going to be over 30 minutes.” They have 10 people working in there. Great customer service! Never go back. Way to open a business”Maybe instead of deleting google reviews, work on making customers happy.
Beyond impressed with the American Wagyu Slaw Be Jo sandwich and fries! Will definitely be going back to try their other varieties that piqued my interest!
Poor service. You wait too long for sandwiches. You can order before 9 other orders and they will forget about your order. Over priced chips that say 1.99 but charge 3.45. So disappointed in the service. The food is good but not that good.
Theyre new and pretty busy, but I ordered ahead and it was ready when I got there... Got two 1/2s, the waygu cheesesteak, and a slaw be jo, wish I had gotten the largest of both though because they were both awesome... Definitely recommend.
