We bought a 2015 Silverado from here in feb-march of 2022 and we took it into the shop to see why the one of the tail lights that went out and even after replacing wouldn’t work and while checking the truck over the mechanic found that it’s missing one of the end links for the sway bar. It’s not like it just fell off if they properly installed And torqued down it will stay in place. The touch screen on the radio went bad within a week of having it and it had to be replaced. It’s leaking oil out of the back of engine and it’s apparent that it has been for some time now. Plus the original reason that we took it in to get looked at, they found that the inside of the tail light housing was cracked and sealed poorly with silicon caulk and had been letting moisture in which corroded all of the contacts for the tail light. Overall if your looking for a truck that may last you a long time DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

We got a Beautiful truck and a good price . You have to look at the car yourself when you Test drive it and take someone who knows about cars with you . You cant blame the dealership for things you saw yourself . They have a Nice selection of Cars and Trucks . Mike helped us with Everything we asked for . 🛻

Dont buy a car from here. Didnt make it 3 weeks and my exhaust fell apart. Havent even made my first payment. The office is super unprofessional. My salesman had his weed pen out on his desk and wouldnt stop talking about him and his lawn. Whatever mechanics they have there are hacks.

Great place to buy cars. Damon and the crew are real good in assisting you getting the vehicle for the right price and financing.

Prices are outrageous for anything that is not fixed or checked out buy a mechanic and car fax doesnt add up to show you everything that happened to the vehicle as well. Really shady business😒 they dont fix or check any vehicle its all about money.

0 star review.This was my first car purchase. I purchased a 2014 Ford Escape on July 13, 2021 with 46,748 miles from CarRite Ortonville.The passenger side rear view mirror was broken. They assured me they would fix it, and said the new mirror was on order. Despite repeated requests for them to do so, they have refused.When I test drove the car, I asked about a warning light on the dash and was advised it was the tire pressure sensor that wasn’t working properly. I now know that it was the transmission failure warning light.On August 20th 2021 at 49,932 miles the transmission was malfunctioning and my local mechanic advised me there is a transmission issue, but he wasn’t sure what it was. I went to the Ford Dealer and they said it needs a new transmission or a software update – they updated the software. The car now has 50,203 miles and the transmission has completely failed.It appears, and I believe, that CarRite of Ortonville took advantage of me and sold me a car that they knew had a defective transmission. They have refused to provide the mirror they promised. They should be proud of taking serious advance of a young woman and her first car purchase. I will never buy a car from these people again, and recommend you avoid them at all costs.

I have driven all over the lower part of the state they have been the most helpful knowledgeable staff I have encountered. Really looked for what I wanted in a car and asked all the right questions.

Very disappointed ! No safety inspection! Car fax is a joke didnt show the left qt. had been repainted, the front bumper had been repainted, the vista glass and sun roof had been replaced, the roof leaks, the ac didnt work, the left front head light goes out after its on for one minute. The tires are bald, and NO SpAre key! It cost me 200.00 dollars to have key made! W TF ! They did how ever fix the engine light that was on, and the exhaust leak . Yes I have buyers remorse!

Jamie was the absolute best when we were buying a car. We have a crazy work schedule that didnt fit dealer hours and she made everything so incredibly easy. We had the car within a day and my husband absolutely loves it. We will use her over and over again!
