These guys cant even book a assessment session I turned up on a assessment session and found out never been booked in the system and turned away. dont waste your time

We have been attending Carlile Swimming in Ryde since July this year with our 4 and 6 year old, both are having a great time while learning the highly valuable skill of swimming. We have been to a couple of other places over the years, but I have to say this is the best one by far. So if you have a child that needs to learn how to swim I would highly recommend

Poor communication an d business practice. Did not get to use my active kids voucher because they couldn’t even be bothered to inform us, that they did not receive the active kids voucher we sent.

My children went there for years and enjoyed the facilities and the coaches. My children now are older and still continue to swim every now and then :)

Its a small venue, but the staff are great and our 3 kids absolutely adore their classes and teachers.

Poor communication...I tried to tell daughters swim coach that daughter had hearing problems. I got told to go away....several months later discover that the coach has not even told the child when she is being timed for swimming group promotion hence she was effectively told to leave because she missed several weeks due to Christmas and me not being able to take her there as I was ill but they care not. Compulsory meets where no coaches turn up to provide feedback. No receipts for $++ taken every month. DONT BE FOOLED BY THESE PEOPLE
