Love there food for lunch the carne asada quesadia is so simple but so bomb
Great mercado vibe. Always find what I need here.
Authentic food. Great selection.Could use work on answer phones when ordering ahead
Super casual, Latino. Fresh meats at a butchers counter plus large selection of Latino ready -to- eat food. Casual tables and chairs for in-house lunch. I didnt rate the food because I didnt order anything, but it smelled wonderful.
They make the best tortilla chips
It was just okay. They did not have what I was looking for which was hibiscus flowers to make tea. They didnt even know what it was. I did buy some pan Dulce and they were mediocre at best. Service was decent though they really did try to help.
This was a grocery trip.Lotsa cool, authentic Mexican items.Seems a little pricey, but a great store!
Fantastic cooked and uncooked Mexican food. The only authentic bodega in the area.
Best carne asada around if you dont mind the price for the good stuff and that is the only way to go so delicious
Very Rude-No Customer Service-They Dont Understand English-Go Somewhere Else!
Only dang place I have found anywhere around prescott or prescott Valley where I have found legit baja style Carne. Makes sense since the owner is from SoCal. Most az Mexican food is trash but this place is straight up baja style legit! Staff is friendly and the selection is just like home, highly recommended!
Amazing food and great friendly service.
Asked for shredded beef tacos got all the way home anticipating yummy tacos but to our dismay they were street tacos and disgusting ones at that. Tasted like tomato paste meat and onion not at all a taco by any sence of the word. Very disappointed if they had told us we were getting street tacos for 8+ dollars we would not have made the drive. Waste of gas and money still need to get dinner now. Nothing about the taste of "tacos" rice or beans was mexican was more like chef boy after he started smoking Crack. Avoid this place, save yourself the disappointment, I wish I had.
Rustic, authentic Mexican served fresh right inside the grocery store. If you want your standard staples with more, this place has a ton to offer. Definitely worth a try!
This place is our favorite. Love absolutely everything here! Their salsa is amazing. Super authentic & our go to!
Their in store taco shop is probably the best in town with a solid A+ in service as well.My personal reccomendation is the al pastor corn tortilla tacos
Had the tacos and enjoyed them thoroughly. Also had the jamaica and it was some of the best I have had. Not too sweet and tasted the real deal. They also have many different Mexican treats and baked goods. Overall an excellent place to get what you needed.
Eaten here a few times and it is always very good.
My husband loves their menudo and I love their tacos. Also, what a wonderful market with a great variety of products. The staff is always so friendly.
Cool little meat market, it’s got everything you need for a Carne Asada meal.
I bought some beef steaks and some seasoned chicken ready for the Bar-B-Que or oven, enough meat for a few months to stock up on my food bill and the food is great.
They have a great variety of things that you can usually only get in a Mexican grocery. Very nice people work there
Tacos were great fast and reasonably priced
I love the abodaba and the chorizo whenever I make tacos at home I get my meat from here, great prices too!
The breakfast burritos make two meals . Excellent chips made there. Good selection of custom cut meat
The Cabeza and Lengua Tacos are Delish. Wish they werent so small. 😔
Okay, we first visited this market when it first opened-- and it was as expected not hitting on all cylinders...But, someone took the time to fine tune their menu and add some needed ambiance to a fledgling eatery..The food was fresh and served promptly...This is a rare jewel you have to experience it for yourself..Ohhhh-- did I mention home made tortillas...yummmm
Friendly people there and it was very clean and inviting. The carne asada and the chicken fajitas were excellent. Lots of Hispanic goods that you just cant find at the supermarket.
I come here for Carne Asada and chicken fajita when we want to get fancy with our tacos. Make sure to get the Carne asada marinated. Staff has always been friendly. They also have quick service food and tables and chairs.
Theres a good reason this place is always so busy. I am lucky to work next door and always get to smell the meat cooking. And unlucky that it makes me hungry every time. I love the burritos here especially, they are the size of my forearm. I always come here for their deli as well, they have an excellent marinade for carne asada. For anyone confused with their restaurant setup - order your food at the register and then wait up front, they will call your name.
Love the meat market, and they have one of the best asada burritos in town, in my opinion. Not cheap but worth the 10
We visited the butcher counter at the back got fresh carne aside to grill At home.also picked up some fresh hot sauce hot and medium and some fresh chunky guacamole. There Quality is awesome, bring your wallet$,its worth it!😋😋😋
Just WOW! Thank God for this place. Best food around for 100+ miles. This place is fair priced to us. $22 for too massive gorditas, 2 friend potato tacos and a stuffed quesadilla...we left feeling so good but so full. The food is filling and delicious. Beautiful store.
I would usually rate this the highest but......we went there for their carnitas. To take home and make into tacos/burritos. $10.99 a pound and bought 2 pounds along with several other items. Got home and most of the pieces were way overdone. Like on the verge of jerky. I was so disappointed. Their meats have such rave reviews. The store was well stocked and the employees were very nice.
I love this place. Best Al Pastor tacos Ive ever had and a great selection of meat and other groceries. Great service too.
Got my order totally wrong I called back lady got her attitude asking for receipt couldnt find at moment, so I called back once I found it and she got more of an attitude. So make sure u get you order right, rice is disgusting fyi!!!!
Great place to buy food already made. The carnitas were really good. I would highly recommend it.
We shopped and cooked 10lbs of Carne Asada and some Chorizo. Amazing!!! Home made Tortillas and bought some churros for the kids 30 sec in the microwave yummy. Tonight I’ll try their Fajita chicken thighs that we bought 15lbs of and can’t wait. Everyone was super kind and our family loved the store vibe.
This place had the most authentic and delicious Mexican food I have eaten in forever. If you want to eat the best tacos you have ever eaten, go to Azteca. You wont be disappointed. I promise.
The only place to get carne and pollo asada in the quadcity area. All the Mexican candy and fixing you could need.
I stay in Clarkdale , Az. and me and wife where driving by and seen Cariceria Azteca on our way to Prescott. My wife said we to stop on our way home , and we did . And we were very happy, the store was very clean and the meat looked like it was just butchered. We have found our meat store and more .We have no Problem driving over or around the mountain to get to Carniceria Azteca , I am a former cook and when I walk in the store I was like a kid on Christmas. Lets make this store go Viral Ill give this store 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and 2👍👍 up.....😁🤣
Oh so fresh and tasty! My companions bean burrito was filled with "the best beans in town" and my carne asada fries were too good to stop eating. Generous portions, reasonable prices and excellent service elevated this to our favorite place for Mexican food!
5 stars, 10 out of 10... This place has everything. We have lived on the east coast for the last 7 years. Real authentic Hispanic food was difficult to come by... I couldnt be happier having found this place.
Burritos are very good and also huge ( you need two hands). Tortillas are homemade on- site. As well as being a restaurant is also a grocery store. The meat counter is very impressive.
They have the best food here. Wether you by already cooked from the restaurant or food to cook at home you cant get any better than here. I picked up carne asada and tortillas and the family loved it. They also sell my favorite jerky, carne seca enchiladas.
Fantastic food! Very fast service! The shrimp cocktail and tacos dorados were particularly delicious. They also sell Mexican groceries, beer, piñatas, and wine. The aguas frescas aren’t very good though.
Outstanding food, just like abuelas cooking!
Best grilled chicken in PV. 5 stars for that alone. Burritos are top notch and can fill you up quickly. Whole menu is excellent quality and fresh ingredients. Definitely would recommend if you love Mexican food.
Oh my goodness! Decided to get some Carne Asada burritos here and they were absolutely the best weve ever had in this whole area! Amazingly delicious. The kids had some chicken soft tacos and they loved them as well. Weve finally found that authentic Mexican flavor weve been looking for.
Went to buy meat not available in my town and lunch. The online menu was very sparse but to my surprise they have an extensive menu and awesome food! The menudo was delicious. From all the people lined up for orders I think this place is a local secret. Theres a full meat counter and hot food counter, also market items and fresh produce. You can eat inside. Very clean and best was having management make me feel like a visiting dignitary with awesome service. Even though I live 87 miles north of there, I will definitely go back. Did I mention friendly atmosphere? Try it!! From Maxine Coleman
