Well where do I start ....I had 4 room done (floorsglue down I would never recommend anyone to this place, the seller was nice until they got my money all down hill from there when contractor came out to measure floors he left to figure price...then didnt add a room cost me another $1100 to finish room and on top of that I have flooring coming up that Im gluing down 2 months later....also took them a month to finish....wish I could add pictures

Purchasing carpet for your entire home can be very overwhelming. Aaron at Carpet One understood what we were looking for and took the stress out of finding us the perfect carpet for our life sryle. He knew his products and was able to direct us to the proper carpet for our needs.Corey and Steve were professional carpet installers. I loved my experience with this store! Aaron was extremely patient and helpful with my choice of all-over first floor luxury vinyl flooring. He was on the mark with my choice, and shared the best way to lay for protection against my two dogs. Also ordered luxurious carpet for my steps. Fantastic choice Aaron, and thanks for hearing me! The flooring team were the best I have ever dealt with. I have never seen two harder workers in my life! Their install was complicated, took four days, but they met every challenge perfectly! Hubby and I are both very impressed. As for the carpet installers, two funny guys that did a beautiful job. Thank you again Aaron. We WILL be back at some point for upstairs bathroom tile. Purchased carpet for entire house here in Barberton. Young man came to take measurements with a laser tape measure. He said there would be NO seams. Installation crew (2 mencame, moved large scale furnishings (couch, TV, etc. ). Seam is at entrance of dining room to family room. In the living room, about 1/4 to the fronydoir is a very noticeable SEAM. I telephoned company and was sent the same installer who said the carpet width dictated that there be a seam. I stated to him that we were told that there would be No seams. A seamless install! The installer stated that it should wear down in a few months. It has been a year and is VERY noticeable. I am not happy with the results.Had it been in a non conspicuous area, it may be tolerable. I guess since it was not a huge order, it is Oh well......Let the buyer beware. We wanted to support our local business. Go elsewhere for your carpet needs.Update review...Aaron emailed and telephoned asking to come out and view my concerns. He is working on a solution. Pleased with his quick response and hopefully the issue will be resolved. I shall keep you posted as to the outcome...New update: on June 6, 2019, new carpet will be installed. Tigressa maker Shaw, had a flooring inspector come out (Markand examined the carpet and determined that the fibers had "a loss of texture". Apparently, the run was defective. The cost of reinstallation is on us. WE have to pay $900 for the reinstall. We feel that Shaw should pick up this tab too since it was defective in the manufacturing process. Hopefully, there will be no seam issue this time around.

Just an observation. I encountered an interesting set of business/consumer relationship tactics via Carpet Centre Carpet One. Being the owner of 4 twinplexes 2 of which will be re-floored after they are soon to be vacated. I considered 3 carpeting stores: Empire, Spankys and Carpet Centre Carpet One to determine which of the three was the best choice. I took the following in consideration: Overall flooring choices; Timeliness of delivery and installation; and The business to customer relationship, as well. Just to state a few facts without cost being a factor. I contacted Empire which did not carry a full choice of options, as I wanted a particular type of carpeting installed in the unit I occupy. Thus, I visited Spankys which had a larger choice of carpeting choices. After my initial contact, I allowed Spankys to install carpeting in the first room. I have to say Spankys completed the job in a timely manner. Furthermore, Spankys moved all furniture for “free” and removed “doors” including the walk-in closet doors. After installation at a very competitive price, they even cleaned up the mess left behind. All Spankys employees had a customer friendly attitude with a willingness to please their clientele. I found that satisfying to say the lest. Now, on to The Carpet Centre Carpet One, in my very strong opinion, failed in three major areas of which one is halfway understandable. I hired The Carpet Centre Carpet One for the second carpeting job only because they had my particular carpet color. First, they charge too much to move furniture, I assume this is a “tack on” to earn extra cash. (So I did it myself Secondly, even though the installers were very nice, friendly and “on time”, did not clean up the mess they left behind. I called to inquire why? I was told because carpeting could harbor fleas or bed bugs. (To be honest that is a health risk). Therefore, it was not common practice for them to clean up the mess. I found that to be somewhat of a reasonable response. Yet, this was clearly a “ready-made-excuse. So I stated, “What if the customer had a vacuum cleaner”? Of course, I got crickets on that one. Moreover, when they removed the old carpet and padding they put it the in the ‘EMPLOYEE VEHICLE”. So, that practice made their “ready-made-excuse” flawed in nature. In any event, I was not given a reduction in charges for my time to clean up the mess left behind. I surely asked for it. At least Spanky’s, cleaned the mess up without “ands” or “buts” as though it was secondary. Finally, I am keenly aware all businesses have their own way of doing things and handling its’ customer base. Furthermore, I am also aware businesses that have a strong business-to-customer relationship tend to create a loyal and repeatable business following. In summary, based on these two independent carpeting installations, I shall choose Spankys for my next flooring needs for my other properties just because of their customer and business candor.

These guys are the BEST! They have a very large selection of carpet, vinyl, and hardwood options. We have used them on many projects over the span of nearly a decade now. Their prices are always reasonable; and we’ve never had a single issue with the installations they have done. Mike is a great salesman and knows how to take care of his customers. I’ll never go anywhere else.

Price was lower than empire, carpet looks good, installation looks good. The saleman (and owner), Aaron, wouldnt negotiate prices AT ALL.Be warned: the installers will make a huge mess in your house. Be prepared for a big clean up after they are done. They said they would not vacuum the huge mess of carpet pile they left on every square foot of carpet they installed. It took me and my girlfriend an hour to vacuum the three bedrooms and hallway they did. We even had to vacuum in the floor vents. They left finishing nails in the carpet (glad I found it before someone stepped on it), and I found cigarette ash on my bathroom counter!! I didnt smell cigarettes inside though. They smoked quite often outside too. Also, when they got here they opened ALL the windows without asking and didnt even tell me. I had the AC on. They even got an attitude when I asked them if they were going to vacuum. After all that the carpet looks good and feels good considering it was one of the cheapest they had.
