Would not recommend and wish I saw the newest reviews earlier before booking.Absolutely terrible customer service - they sent an email to confirm at 430pm then called at 630pm to advise "the truck had broken down", when the clean was booked for 9am the next day. Everything was planned around this and instead of fixing the situation the phone operator (overseas call centrewas rude and dismissive. The best they could do to fix the situation was to offer a time slot 2 days later. Booked elsewhere and received much better customer service on the phone from someone local not another overseas call centre.

Sean was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain to me what the best procedure was to get the best outcome and quality of my carpets. He was honest, professional, efficient and polite! He was able to provide his services within a short time frame and for that I am thankful. I would highly recommend going with Sean and the Carpet Cleaning Kings team.

Service at its best from start to finish. Extremely happy with the price and the results. Had 3 large wool carpets steam cleaned that had everyday stains, dog urine and a yucky milk stain. I used to work for Daniel and Matt as a subcontractor for almost a year, maybe bit more. They are the most kind brothers that you can see. Their service is great and they are so helpful. I booked super clean as i have a dog. I did not hear vacuum and do not believe this was done . We removed everything from rooms except beds. Once operator said all was done and left i was completed surprised that the carpet under the beds was dry and had not been cleaned at all. My bed on castors and very easy to move. I would have been happy to help. Website states dry in 2 hours. Operator said 4 or 5 hours. Not a pleasant experience.

Daniel did an awesome job cleaning our large house with cream carpet! Stains from the pets are gone. Daniel was extremely informative and efficient. Arrived early than the appointment time, thats a good sign. The person was nice and helpful. Did everything quickly and properly. Except there is a small detail that is forgotten around the edges of the carpet. Some dirt still visible if you take a good look at it. Hence the four stars. Overall satisfying experience and would recommend to friends.

Carpets are clean and feel lovely and fresh. The only recommendation I would make to other potential customers, book early in the day as the carpets take a while to dry. I had booked for an early appointment but got pushed back to midday (I agreed to this - I had the opportunity to say nobut next time I would stick to the early booking.
