Absolutely over the moon with the whole process from, communication, quote, service and most importantly the results.Curtis, was friendly, approachable, professional, a real asset to the business, he instantly made me feel at ease, comfortable and happy having a stranger in my home. And he was also fantastic with both my dogs, who were also very happy and at ease around him, another huge plus.I had all of my carpets cleaned and a large wool rug, Im over the moon with both the results and also how fast the whole process was from start to finish. The price was also fantastic and I would 100% recommend this service to anyone, and absolutely will be to all of my friends and family.Thankyou see you in about 6 months for a refresh.

If I was rating Tom as a person it would be 5 stars. He is a very nice man and really tried to help. Unfortunately the cleaning process pulled stuff up from the bottom of the carpet that it could not then remove, so what started as a carpet refresh then ended up leaving us with stains that weren’t visible prior to the clean. In the end Tom bought us a rug to cover the marks. Not ideal. I also noticed that other minor marks that looked as if they had disappeared the day he did the clean, seemed to reappear when the carpet was dry. I think perhaps the white foam/wetness just masked them. It makes me wonder how many of the other reviews may have dropped a star if they had waited before reviewing.However, as I said, Tom is really very lovely and in some ways I didn’t want to post this, but in the end I decided it was only fair in order to warn others of the potential for mishap.

We had a lounge and dining room carpet cleaned today. Theyve come up like brand new carpets. Would definitely recommend right price cleaning. What an excellent job ! 5*

Had my living room, stairs and landing cleaned today and the results are amazing, smells so good and looks even better, excellent customer service was really good, had a phone call last night confirming they were coming and again this morning asking if it was alright to arrive early!
