I visited this store on Saturday. When I walked in the man from the back office looked over and continued on with what he was doing. After about 5 -10 min he came out of his office and I then asked a few questions in regards to getting some carpet and hybrid flooring laid. I really felt he was not all that interested in what I was saying. After a few minutes the phone rang and he said he had to take the call. He answered the call at the counter and then left the counter to continue the call in the office. I was left at the counter waiting even though we had been in mid conversation. Five minutes past and he was still on the phone. Feeling awkward and uncomfortable I walked out and I will never be back.

Got carpet and floor boards laid in Warragul by these people two years ago. Was frustrated beyond measure at the delays and lies told at the time but didnt feel the need to leave a review at the time. Now that the carpet has all lifted and the floor boards have all buckled I feel the need.Disgusted with the workmanship and service. Never again. Avoid.

This is the place to buy all your flooring, the boys here are very good at their job and the selection of floor coverings is exceptional. Weve used these guys for our investment property and our last two homes and did up parents home with these guys. The best.

We had inquired about getting a carpet for our 3 bedroom house and had a lovely gentleman came visiting us to measure the rooms. He told me their priority was to get the best results for our customers. However, it was an absolute lie and I didnt find it to be true when I visited their store today. We went there to have a look at a wide range of the carpets and waited for good 5-7 minutes and guy (Markwas inside who looked at us from his office but didnt come out to ask what we are after. We were talking to each other about whats happening and he came out for a very quick second said hi and went back. We were utterly frustrated with the behavior they had for their customer and we chose to walk out as we were not being served in fact we were simply being ignored.I later texted the guy for not serving us and he said "i had to take an important call" thats completely fine but at least tell us that you will be back shortly or something.I simply refuse to go back there.Sharing my personal experience only. Not an advise to the others.

Great selection and also have cheaper carpet remnants if you have a small area to carpet. They gave me a great price and great value for better flooring than the other local retailers . Def recommend
