Ive always admired the inventory at Cars R Us, and have often stopped in just to look and daydream. Dan and Brian do a phenomenal job keeping their used auto inventory clean and presentable. Finally, Monday, I got to make my day dream a reality. I got the opportunity to work with Dan. The vehicle I was interested in was clean and kept in very good repair, I was very impressed. I have worked in customer service for 15 years, and Dans customer service was spot on. I never felt pressured, nor was Dan ever pushy or shady. He was friendly, honest, and open about the vehicle, and the transaction went smooth and quick. Ive dealt with many used car lots, from small private lots to large certified pre-owned lots, and I will never use anyone else again, my next automobile purchase will be from Cars R Us Motors Inc., Thank You Brian and Dan for helping my Family out in our time of need.

Talking to Dan the salesman on the phone he was very nice and we easy to work with we came to agreement over the phone . I told him that i was picky and asked him to go out and look at the truck for rock chips and scratches because i lived 3 and a 1/2 hours away he was on the phone with me and said he was picking the truck apart that there was only a couple scratches around the handles but small and there were only a couple of rock chip back by the passanger tire not much. I went to my bank and got a loan and headed to the dealership when pulling up from 30 feet away it looked nice but when I got closer you could see all scratches and rock chip this truck had more chip than i ever seen on any truck even the tail gate had over 200 on it when i asked the saleman about it he replied that he thought it was from the mowers throwing grass on it not rock chip but since they cleaned it for me now it shows everything.
