Bait and switch at its finest. Diesel sign said $4.699 and the pump showed $4.899. Told the clerk and she gladly charged the sign to $4.899 for me. What a joke that she thinks this is ok!!!!!

Never has pizza. Stop by here in the evening and no pizza ever. No pizza in the warmer no pizza available. Ive stopped by here multiple times on the weekends. You guys need to have a talk with your person in the pizza section shes always sitting around doing nothing.

Restrooms were dirty, blood on the back of the stall door in the restroom. No single slice pizza available, nine of the fountain drink options were out and the coolers of bottled beverages were very low in stock. 4 employees working that we could see and nothing was being replenished. Very disappointing for a newer store.

Have tried the pizza twice and sub sandwich once for lunch every time it has messed up my stomach, the last time being cheese pizza that seems to have given me actual food poisoning. Usually love Caseys food but this Caseys in particular has some kitchen issues it seems

I came for a visit over Thanksgiving and I ordered a cheese pizza with extra sauce, when I got the pizza home I found out there was NO sauce on the pizza. That time I let it slide- everyone makes mistakes. I came for another visit for Christmas and I ordered another cheese pizza with extra sauce- there was NO SAUCE ON THE PIZZA. This time I called and they replaced it with a large pizza- it did have sauce, the way swimsuit models wear clothes- that is to say very little 😂. I grew up eating Casey pizza, however I will never order another Caseys pizza

The shelves are always poorly stocked, the pizza is never fresh, and this morning the older woman working the cash register told a customer who asked if anyone spoke Spanish, "We dont speak Spanish, youre in our country."

The fuel pumps for 1 and 2 are super super slow. Also don’t offer cash back if your machines never let you do it!!!!!!!

Line was long and slow there was several ppl that worked there but only one on register. The coke has been flat passed 2 times I went there

You cant judge by my review. Youre on your own. I love Caseys in a deep and abiding way. I caught this love from someone raised on Caseys pizza. When I was forced to move to a place without Caseys, I would drive 45 mins to Caseys. I would call every few months to see when Lawrence would get a Caseys. Every day of the quarantine was spent watching the old Steak and Shake become a Caseys. I havent had another shops pizza since it opened. That might change, but not much. So, it is what it is, and you can only find out for yourself.

This is by far my favorite Caseys! You guys and gals rock! Bathrooms are always super clean and the store always runs so smooth! You want pizza? Come get the best pizza in town!!

Two stars only for it being a clean store.Would put negative stars for food experience if I could. Pizza took 20+ minutes longer than promised. Also all workers in food prep area not wearing masks or had them pulled under chin (3 employees total).

This place has some of the best pizza around. Always hot and fresh. Made to order. Always on time. Delivery or pick up.

So this Caseys is new with broken equipment. Been broken for more than a month. Its a great representation of the quality of services present in the town.

On 2/6/20 we ordered a pizza. The the kitchen was fairly busy, we asked for and additional ingredient on the pizza. They forgot to put it on prior to baking. Before they gave me the pizza they double checked and caught there own error. (not a huge dealThey with out complaint from me offered a discount on this pizza or to remake it and expedite the order. We chose to have them make a new one, they added breadsticks and went above and beyond to make sure it was right by us having to wait. Ive had this error happen before at a different Caseys, and the result was not the same. (didnt make a pizza at all and told us we would have to wait 45 min for one after we ordered with the app). I would for sure return to Tonganoxie caseys as they took great care of me as a customer and were very friendly. Thank you!

Nice to have a new Caseys, The 2 old employees are great. Going on a month plus now, and still sit for 5 minutes to get one cube of ice out of the machine. I have seen people walk out because who wants no ice in your drink. Credit card machines either work or not inside. Easier to park at a pump and go inside because you cannot park a truck in any of the stalls where Prius or Geo metros were ment to park.Update: 4 stars now that the ice machines and credit cards work.

Bacon cheeseburger pizza is usually great. Not this time. Pizza was under cooked. Crust was soft and chewy and sauce was sporadic. ☹️

This review is simply based off of customer service. We are Tonganoxie residents and purchase pizza, as well as donuts and gas here frequently. The new gas station is much more spacious and attractive, however the customer service is still just as atrocious. The people in the kitchen stand around and dknt acknowledge you for several minutes while you wait for your food pickup or to place an order. If you order online and it gives you an estimate for pickup they almost NEVER have your order ready by that time. Donuts...dont even get me started. We have one cheat day a week and that is my go to cheat item. I love donuts and Caseys cake donuts are really tasty. However, I could go there 10 times and only walk out with donuts 1-2 of the 10 times because the people in n the kitchen "forgot" to make cake donuts. Or they give you an excuse such as the hopper was down or they didnt get the donut mix in that week.If I didnt love their pizza and cake donuts so much I honestly wouldnt even bother. Hopefully one day the management will care enough and hire workers that are proud to do their jobs in their entirety and give good customer service. Until then this gas station will continue to get declining reviews.

Paid $3.49 for some burnt potato cheese bites. The top 3 were cooked right and on the bottom they were completely brown.

The Caseys store in Tonganoxie has continually down-graded in quality and customer service. This little gas station use to be "the stopping place" for gas, pizza and coffee. There was always a quality staff, excellent costumer service, and a friendly smile... as you would expect from a small town neighborhood store.Over the past few years with turnover in staff, the quality of service has become increasingly disappointing.FOR INSTANCE: Everybody LOVES Caseys breakfast pizza. 1 of 5 times I stop, theres no breakfast pizza made. Ive been told they stop making it at 10am. In my experience they stop "making it" at 9:30, and stop selling it at 9:45. Why? Why stop at 10am? Its your best pizza! In the summer soccer league kids finish Saturday games at 10:15 am. Then everyone stops at Caseys on the way home...but theres no breakfast pizza. On Sundays families stop before and after church....but theres no breakfast pizza. Bake hot fresh breakfast pizza (as you advertise), and keep it stocked in the different varieties, in the carousel until 11:00 am on weekends, and you will have much happier customers.For years I stopped at Caseys almost daily, but too many trips have resulted in disappointment and frustration. Now I frequent your competitor. I want to come back home, but you need to step up your game Caseys.

Why would you give the option to "pay inside" & not actually let them come inside to pay? I had every intention of purchasing fuel & then grabbing a slice of pizza with a soda. Not only did you lose those add on sales, but you have lost a regular customer. (Usually I stop in the morning & this occurred in the evening. The truck next to me, pointed nose out was allowed to pay inside as well as the truck behind me.)

Place is usually clean and aisles neat. Pizza is always made great. The employees are friendly for the most part. Some of them do need to watch their language around customers. Many times I have come in while some of the staff are openly swearing in front of the customers, even their children. Service has been great other than some of the workers needing to keep their mouths closed.

Always have a great experience when I go in Casey’s during the mornings! The crew on days are amazing, always laughing and getting you in & out! Best gas station in a 20 mile drive!

Piss poor Manager cant do inventory. Cant keep decent help because she runs them off. Enjoy the "SORRY were out" flavors on the soda fountains DAILY!!!! Food is always not in warmer always out except pizza. Just the worst store with in 20 miles.....

The female cooks are very rude and impatient, the male cooks are awesome and treat costumers very well

A newer model Caseys, clean and functional. More room for cars at the pumps and for parking than older Caseys.

Main problem with this place is how they sell pizza for so much when they pay so little to make it. They sell it for 2,500% of what they paid to make it.Could use management too along with employees who know how to make an actual pizza. Ha too bad we all left.

I will never step foot into this store again nor support any other Caseys for that matter. I was hired on or around May 16th of this year and as of yesterday I was discharged due to being on my cell phone. Everyone else on the night shift uses their cell phones and doesnt complete their jobs 100% all of the time. So, why somone that was their less than a month that was truly trying to learn and get very mediocre training gets picked on? Especially having a disabled girlfriend you kinda put a boot up my ass over something you could have corrected me on. Instead they just wanted to see me out of the door. Let me guess, it was my car. Considering I drive something better than any manager their and no one was really friendly to me. Go figure.

First of all this is Gavins wife Maria. I like this pizza store. Ive ordered a couple of times and had no issues. The pizza is good (what I expectedand the people taking my order were nice. When I did carry out, I could see in and the area was clean and people were working. I never write reviews but it just didnt seem like the review left previously was fair.

Bad The people there are not freindly. Very impatient with elderly. the back area of Tonganoxie shop was filthy everywere you could see what appeared to be sauce everywere table,floors,doors we purchased a pizza for 14$ a rediculas price. and when we opened it it was smashed and a hamburger pizza we had ordered a large supreme pizza i dont know how you could confuss the two. save to say i will never return
