This is the GO TO STORE when you want Great Friendly Service.I have been going to Cash Converters at Asgrove for around 6 Months and what a Pleasure it has been.Almost everytime SIMON has served me. It is GREAT to know he is at the Store, because he remembers his Customers by Name.The Service is Quick, and the Deals are what you would Expect for your Items... No Insults at this Buy Centre, as I have had from other Cash Converter Stores in the Past.Just fast friendly professional Service.I would Highly Recommend Cash Converters Ashgrove.

Great place to get a loan.Friendly staff, Simon is very personable ,great service and communication.They dont have a retail shop but have a small number of goods for sale on the premises.A++.

I have used this store for a while and used to generally like using their services knowing full well they are solely about making money. Anyway I used to have good repor with all the staff and they were helpful and fair as they could be. Went in recently and had the awful experience of dealing with a server named Matt I think. He was extremely rude, patronising, impatient and was solely out to take me for every penny he could. When I got my stuff back had equally terrible customer service from the same boy/man. Wont ever go back as Ill happily drive the extra 10km to gaythorne just to avoid this person. Just a warning to anyone who needs their services but can chose where to go DO NOT GO TO ASHGROVE. This is the first review I have ever done by the way lol.

Great store with excellent service. I genuinely enjoy coming to chat with the staff, they always give me a great deal and are so pleasant and lovely to talk to.

Absolutely terrible, the Red haired assistant wasted our time and rested his fat jelly belly on the counter while he gave us excuses for why he would only be offering us half of what was proposed online. disgraceful. I urge you to try and sell on gumtree or other sites like that first.

This place are rip offs I offered to sell a very expensive gold chain and they were willing to pay only $200 when the chain is worth over $2000 I didn’t sell to them as they are rip offs and very arrogant not good customer service at all as a business you would want to make you’re customers happy and of course still make a profit but not this place...
