Bad attitude from the younger guy seems like he hates his job. Ruined my leather seats after going in for simple stitching. Refused to respond my message and they added "touchup" marker to cover up. Trash work hes lucky I even paid him. Their shop is realy trashy

This summer the lining of the inside started to fall down. I couldnt roll down my windows or use the sunroof. The lining would be flapping so much that I couldnt see out the back window. My mechanic RM Automotives told me about Castillos. Am happy with the work they did and friendly staff. Now we can enjoy the sunroof being open and windows down thank you Castillos and staff 💗

They were very professional and treated me as I was the only customer they had and I know they are very busy. I read other teviewa about poor communication and price problems, I think is a bunch of balony. I would recommend to anyone.

Great guys here. Been in town for generations. Been using them since the first time I needed upholstry work. They do it all from top notch show quality too quick fix repairs at a great price. Wouldnt go anywhere else. I had countless repairs done and even a full interior in a classic car and couldnt be happier for the price

On top of their game. These men do top notch work. Honest & RELIABLE craftsmen. I decided to have them redo a custom saddle for my 2000 special build Heritage Softail HD. Cost is very reasonable and turnaround time was awesome. I will be posting pictures once the job is done

Unfortunately they did not do quality work. I paid to have my armrest redone in leather. The stitching job was horrible! It’s crooked and thin in some spots, wide in others. They also did NOT do it in leather even though that is specifically what I told them I wanted. I have to pay someone else to fix their extremely bad job!I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Do not go here!

High prices but good work!!

I dropped a set of seats off back in May and left 50% deposit along with being told it will be two weeks for them to complete the job. 3 weeks went by without any call so I called them and was told that they didnt know what color I wanted. This was a bit odd to me as it was on the invoice but I figure things happen. I was told that it would be two more weeks because two of the guys who work there were in mexico but as soon as they return my seats will get done. Well here we are in the middle of July and nothing was done. I picked them back up and took them to a local guy and it was done in 3 days for half the cost for the same brand material and color . I cant speak to the quality of the work as I never got to see it but the customer service and communication gets a big fat 1 Star. Avoid this place.

I spent almost $300 to rebuild my seat 2 Years later The seat was sinking again The ask me another $80 I decide not repaired ther anymore I cant be spending $80 every 2 years

Dropped off my Suburban for new seats and these guys did a great job in just over 24 hours. Real leather and they match originals. In fact, i had bought some "leather" seats on ebay for them to install and just returned them to ebay because the cheap chinese vinyl was nowhere near what these guys installed. Great service and LOCAL!

Great service

He did my camaro top and did a horrible job. I had to point out the problems and he went to fix it and left it worse and now I have water that leaks through it. He blamed me for not having the parts when he is the guy who is supposed to fix it. Also his guys went and got lunch in my car. He said they went to go look for that part I previously mentioned, but I dont see why they had to get lunch in my car. and to top it off, my right fender was hit. I had to get it re-painted. They even changed my CD to put on music. Im at the point where I want to file a charge for the quality of service I received.

My sheepskin seat cover needed to be adjusted. Not only were we helped, it was done in an instant, we were not charged!

Martin the owner is a nice guy. But his son now being involved has torn his business. I came in and me being a social person tried to make conversation several times. He is very rude and ripped me off. I was promised 150$ to sew one seat and he was charging me double! I recommend to stay away from these people.

I have used Castillo for many years and have recommended many jobs to him over the years. However, Castillo has a new guy (his son?now heavily involved. The same cushions I had upholstered 2 years ago for $300 they just demanded $720 for with us providing the material. I was able to negotiate them to $600 but still a major ripoff.Sorry, I can only say stay away from these guys.

Broke my rear view mirror and the trim around my headliner but at least they offer to glue it back together I will never go back. To bad this review didnt have half a star
