Tasty, modestly-priced, well-filled tacos with delicious salsa. Would eat again. Dont be surprised by the tyrannosaurus playing jazz on a saxophone in the corner, hes got a good feel for it, and hes a struggling musician in retirement. Just drop a few coins or medium-sized live animals in the hat.

Not the best place to stop. I wasnt expecting much after being on the road for a while but even with low expectations I was still dissatisfied. The service was very slow which seems to be a common theme for post Covid restaurants. On top of that the food was just okay. The servers didnt know much about the menu and could not make any recommendations. The chips and salsa with queso, were the only thing that was okay but not worth the visit/wait. It might of just been an off day I really dont like to jump to conclusions but Im also not sure if Im game to give them another chance either. Proceed with caution

This was a nice clean place with good sized portions. They give you a nice quest and salsa. The chips didnt seem home made. It was almost the best Carne Guisada Ive ever had. The enchiladas were very good and the Barbacoa was cheek meat, not Chuck Roast. The service was very quick and friendly as well.The only negative was the CC charge a percentage of the total.

Have eaten here a number of times over the past few years I can attest to the fact that not only is this solid Tex-Mex, quantity is great. There are a few really unexpected treats on the menu. Close your eyes and touch anything on the "fajitas" menu, you cannot go wrong.

Good place to stop for lunch wen in small town good service good meals decent prices not so busy at lunch have indoor dining breakfast good to really busy in morning so you know their breakfast tacos r good.good breakfast prices if in Refugio stop here for a bite to eat. Thanks.

Great place from the looks of it although I have not eatting hear yet. Out door seating that has neen remodel from it original place of business that used to be a gas station.Very nice and clean out side with a drive thru window.

great friendly service, the wait was a little too long but it was worth it I had the the asada and sunny side up eggs with beans and potatoes it tasted like real home cooked breakfast. my wife had the barbeque that was delicious by the way it tasted different from a lot of other places Ive been I give it two thumbs up. Down fall about the food dont get me wrong the is great but if are counting calories it wouldnt be a wise idea for yall, the food really taste like real home cooked meal.
