This place! This place is bad for me! They always have cute clothes and, even when Im just going in to pay on my acct, I never make it out of the store without buying something....or several somethings! Im sure thats why the checkout is all the way in the back of the store! Lord, give me strength....to carry the bag to the car!

I really like Cato in El Dorado. The staff is usually very friendly. I didnt know that they closed at 6 until I got there, because the website said 8. I had about 7 minutes. There were a couple of other ladies in there and someone came in right after me.One of the employees met her at the door and made it very clear they were closing in 2 minutes then 1 minute. That customer turned around and walked out.The other two ladies said come on lets leave. I work retail so I understand that when its time to close youre ready to go home, but if someone comes in your store before closing time you should let them shop, and not make them feel unwelcome. They lost out on some sales.

Bad service. Walked in with my sister and spent 30 minutes looking at boots. Did not once get asked if we need help. All 3 of the workers stood behind the counter talking about another employee. Will not go back.

Cates has a great selection of beautiful clothing. The clearance section is always amazing. But its the staff that make the place. They are always friendly and super helpful with finding items in your size or helping put together whole outfits. These ladies are amazing.

I have been to Cato a couple times in as many weeks. Each time it was for a specific purpose. The sales people were very helpful and polite. They have a wide variety of sizes and even petite. The prices are very affordable.

Ive always loved cato! Sometimes they really dont have what I want, but I usually end up buying something! Im glad cato is here. Ill take data over the mall or driving to wichita any day! If its not at cato, then ya dont need it!
