Passports were very fast and everyone was super helpful and really nice. Will definitely refer friends and family!

Im a resident and whenever I go in for help, the staff is friendly and Im able to access what I need. Ive never had to wait more than a few minutes!

I have lived in a number of different towns/cities and this is by far the most unorganized and unaccountable bunch I have ever encountered. Good luck getting a hold of anyone with any authority, and if you do good luck with the debate they are about to dump on you. Very rude and unprofessional. They are better at arguing and making excuses than resolving problems. I wish this area was part of Pleasant Grove City or Highland City. What a joke!

Businesses owners beware! Ive built many businesses in Salt Lake City. I tried to put a new business in Cedar Hills and the city made the process as difficult as Ive ever seen. Rude city officials. Very unnecessary ordinances and "policies". And highly unorganized, incompetent employees. Yeah, I know its typical for the government. I was just hoping the experience would be better since the community is nice.
