Cedar Rapids Billiards in Linn County

Made a appointment to set up my table last October for January 6th 2022. On January 5th i started leaving messages to confirm appointment. They Finley answered the phone right about store closing time I ask to confirm they were going to be at my house to set up my table. They said no they were not going to make it as they had a death in the family and had covid I said ok was told I would be called to reschedule the next week. The next 2 weeks nothing so I called 5 times and left messages. Over next two weeks nothing no reply. So no I would not recommend them.

I have worked with CR Billiards a couple of times. Each time they have done great work. Great customer service and they do an excellent job communicating with their clientele. I would highly recommend and will continue to use CR Billiards in the future.

Honest, fair and friendly. Good people running good businesses are fewer and farther between these days. I’m glad my kids were with me to see what that looks like. Thanks for your helpful advice and great service. .

I purchased my first cue and case along with some accessories. The service and advice was excellent. I took my girlfriend back where she also purchased a cue and case. I am now looking to upgrade and will definitely be back to the shop for more advice and another cue.

Owners were very nice and knowledgeable on types and quality of pool tables.

Came out the same day I called them. Very careful when taking apart and hauling my pool table to my basement. Very professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

Horrible people who took advantage of me when I was selling a used pool table to another couple. They were hired to move the table and acted in an unprofessional manner and tried to get the couple to buy a pool table from them instead. Acted as underhanded opportunists. Would never do business with such dishonest people.

CR billiards very helpful in my move! Alerted me when the table I was buying was not in the condition I was told it was and gave me pricing on the updates that were needed. The movers were very honest and extremely helpful! Wouldnt use anyone else and will enthusiastically refer them to friends and family! Thanks a lot guys!
