I love cellar barber shop I have been going there for about half a year and I wont be changing that any time soon. Both barbers are very kind and make the barber shop a personal experience. I love talking to someone else getting their haircut because everyone is so nice and appreciates the time you spend to converse with them. I honestly say that no matter who you are you will go to cellar once and automatically love the atmosphere. Overall just a great barbershop with great people.

This is the place that your grandpa, your dad, and your older next door neighbor goes to get their haircut. There are no frills or expectations. This is a classic barber shop from a bygone era. The shop decor isnt just a facade, its an extension of the barbers. For a cool $15 you get a stellar cut, hot towel treatment, straight razor neck shave, aftershave, and a shoulder massage. I want to tell folks to steer clear of them so I can continue to book appointments with ease, but honestly I cant recommend them enough. If youre tired of shops selling you gimmicky experiences and just want a good haircut for a fair price from honest barbers, then this is your shop. I know its mine.

I love this place. I have been coming here since I was 8. Even when I lived out of state for fifteen years, I would always come back whenever I visited Utah. The new owner is great. My favorite part has always been the straight-razor shave, but I do enjoy the back rub, which, I think, is new.

Ill rate this barbershop 3 stars. The haircuts are really great, but Im always rushed and theres not enough time in an appointment to get a good haircut with a line-up on the neck and/or beard, or a washing. Ive never gotten a washing and am generally told they dont have time to do these things because of their next appointment coming up even if Ive made clear what I would like upon scheduling the appointment and arriving. I think this place has a lot to offer, but they dont give themselves or clients enough time in an appointment to actually separate themselves from competitors and make it a differentiating haircut experience.

Melissa was excellent! She was beyond great with our 3 year old son. If you are looking for a great haircut and great service in an old school barbershop this is the place to go! I highly recommend Cellar Barber Shop and we will be returning regularly. Thanks again!

I tried Master Cuts in New Gate Mall with Terry, but she cant get the style that I wanted, its not really a difficult cut. But Yehudah was great, gave me the style I showed him in the picture. Hot tower rub, oil shave and shoulder massage for $15, man Id tip that!!! As picky and careless as I am, this is my first voluntary review!!!

This place is different than most Barber shops Ive been to. Been to lots of places in the ogden area. Ill say this up front best bang for buck ever. For more details keep readingWhen you walk into this place it feels like you walked into your grandparents place. At first I was a little put off. Im used to upbeat places. However I was surprised. Id recommend going in knowing exactly what you want or with a picture. Then these barbers can for sure get it done. The guy who cut my hair was a quiet man but thats ok. For $15 you get a cut, straight edge neck shave, aftershave oil, a warm cloth rubbed onto you neck, and finally a short shoulder message. I tipped the barber 25%

Didn’t have time to make it to my normal barber this morning, so I popped in hoping for the best. I’m very picky, and my normal barber does a decent enough job that I usually don’t risk going somewhere else. I’m glad this was the only shop open so early, Melissa did a fantastic job and I will definitely be going to only her from now on. She’s the only barber to have ever done a freehand fade on me and the results were great!

Best barber shop Ive been to in ogden. The guy did a great job and it included more than I thought (haircut, straight razor finish, aftershave oil, warm towel, plus a short massage). All for $15 which is half the price of anywhere else Ive been. Definitely will go back there again.

I have gone to numerous barbers within the Ogden area since I moved from Salt Lake City 5 years ago. I can say that this place is a one of a kind barber because they took great care of my hair and were happy to fix up my hair exactly the way i wanted it. Did you know they also do shoe shines, I didnt! Awesome atmosphere for family and children. They dress professional ( hard to find a barber in the Ogden area that has a professional image). Ill be a returning customer for a very long time. They dont come like this anymore.
